Kristen Buzzelli did a fantastic job representing me through a very difficult, emotional divorce with two children involved. It went to trial due to mediation being unsuccessful (only 5% of divorces go to trial). I originally selected Kristen based on her past social work and current family law experience. I found her to be a great listener, empathetic, supportive, patient, understanding, honest and real even when it was hard to hear as the client. Kristen is a very ambitious lawyer determined to represent her clients to the fullest of her abilities to get the best outcome possible. I am a returning client to Stange after a really good first experience, but after my experience on the phone with an extremely rude woman, I have cancelled my consultation and vowed to never use Stange again. The call was to tell me that instead of the $175 consultation fee I was told over the phone, I was told it would be $250 because I was a returning client. I asked how that entices people to come back to the firm if the cost was 45% more? She responded with , well it's whatever, and I told her I thought that was a lousy response. She asked me if I wanted to keep the appt. scheduled for today, and I said not at the increased price. She said she'd let it 'slide' for today, but for next time, I needed to be aware. Strictly because of her tone of voice, candor on the phone, and not being kind and/or pleasant on the phone whatsoever, I asked to cancel the meeting and get my deposit refunded, where she then hung up the phone on me. Not a good look for Stange, losing clients because your front office is rude, but who knows, maybe they don't need the business!?

Would not suggest Bradley bodeux ever he's a family attorney here I had a case he was my lawyer for and lost the case with him but that's not even the issue the issue is years later someone asked him for information from my side and he spilled it all including video from the office this person was in favor of the otherside I found this information out when I started talking to the other side about going back to court. DO NOT TRUST HIM HE WILL TELL PEOPLE YOUR PRIVATE STUFF AND NOT FOLLOW CONFIDENTIALITY!

Evy Luckett is amazing! I got my kids back 100% because of her!!! She was not working for PCB at the time it was different firm. However, NOTHING had been done on my case until she came on. Then two months later I had my kids. I do not know about any of the other attorneys at this firm but if they hired Evy they definitely have some good sense.

I did feel my case was given the time it deserved. At first meeting Phil was very attentive and ready to help. As we started, the amount communication was less than desired. I felt I was in large part ignored and pushed to agree to a parenting plan at the very last minute. I would not use him again.

It is a shame it has taken me more than a decade to find a law firm that knows the law, operates in a top-caliber manner, and treats the client like a human. I have had a couple of attorneys at Hale, but the one who helped us the most was Suzanne. Not only is she a bomb a** attorney, but she also knows how to handle and run a business, be classy, and professional, and have customer service. I appreciate her no-frills approach to handling cases and client situations.
She keeps a client-centered approach and looks out for everyone's best interest. Attorneys are indeed expensive but Suzanne makes sure the money spent on your case is allocated in a manner that does not leave your account on zero or paying unnecessary fees. She believes in transparency, honesty, and integrity; which is rare when an attorney is involved in difficult cases. She understands that the way she is represented in and out of the courtroom is a reflection of her business and there is not a time that she does not take her work seriously. The few times we had to speak with her on the phone, she has always been patient and attentive while listening closely to our concerns. She is very responsive and treats the attorney-client relationship as an important investment. You are not just a number to her, but a human. I had a long drawn out custody case pursuing custody of my son. Right before trial I had an attorney file a motion to withdraw so when I showed up to trial I had no attorney. I was forced into having a trial without an attorney or to set up some kind of visitation. So I had a zoom call with Tana explained my whole situation and she told me that she would take the case and I would be responsible to pay such and such amount. She did not follow through with her obligations as my attorney she never filed a form 14 to get the child support straightened out. She filed a continuance cause she was sick and showed up for one court date via through zoom and then filed a motion to withdraw. She did not help my case In anyway and she took my money then filed a motion to withdraw now I have to come up with all that money all over again and hire another attorney to pursue my rights as a father. I do NOT recommend any attorney that will do their client in the way Benner Law did me. Do not waste your money. She made thi gs sound good In my consultation but just took my money and ran with it.

I cannot express how disappointed and frustrated I am with this attorney. From the very beginning, it was clear that they had little to no interest in my case. Communication was almost nonexistent, and I had to repeatedly chase them for updates, only to get vague responses or no response at all. At one point, I had to explain the details of my case over and over because they seemed to forget key facts every time we spoke. Not only was there a complete lack of professionalism, but the attorney also seemed unprepared in court and failed to present a coherent argument. I paid a significant amount of money for services that were ultimately useless. To top it off, they were extremely condescending and dismissive whenever I expressed concerns. It felt like I was just another number to them. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you want someone who genuinely cares about your case. This attorney is completely incompetent and untrustworthy!

We had an extremely disappointing experience with James Pietz through MetLife legal plan. During a phone consultation regarding a significant vehicle issue, he was dismissive and very rude. He cut off my husband mid-sentence, claiming he didn’t need all that details, and abruptly ask about irrelevant information. When he shared the amount of the damage $20,000 as that is what he was mostly interest in the $$$$, he said for that amount of money and he abruptly stopped talking and went silent(mute) and despite multiple attempt to continue the conversation he refuse to answer. After waiting for 3 minutes my husband hung up and call back. His assistance answered and said he was in court which was false After I pointed out that I had just spoken to him, she put me on hold, then hung up without a word. I would never recommend this office due to their unprofessionalism.

0 wasn’t a choice.
Retained an attorney from this firm who quit three weeks into the case, right when my daughter’s case was getting messy and complicated. I had paid the firm $2500 in advance for services. Asked who would be handling the case and they suggested Chandler Frick….. called her four times and she was never “in” the office. When I stated my dissatisfaction to Colleen the terminated attorney Chandler requested to be removed from the case and began getting threatening!!! I refused to sign her dismissal until I received a copy of the billing to this point in the case. She/they refused until we we retained Sydney Garcia who was able to get me a refund of $1,146.85.
Worst Law Firm I have ever dealt with!!!!!!!
They are never “in!”

It was just last Friday that she sent me an email asking me to make a payment so that she can prepare for a trial. so I made the payment Friday night. It's Monday today that she sent me another email. I thought it was a thank-you note for my payment. No. It was about that she is withdrawing from my case and suggesting me to hire a lawyer who shares her office and her paralegal. In the email, she was literally trashing my case and placing all the blame on me. I have all the proof against the points she was trying to make in her email. and Most importantly, there was no change in term of the situation between before and after she entered in my case. I had explained to her everything about my case during the initial consultation. i also personally delivered a summary of my case and about two thousands of supporting documents to her office. In addition, I was diligently and promptly corresponding with her and her paralegal. They charged me $1,500 for the frequent correspondence (for just one month). and Now she's complaining there has been problem in terms of communication.

I was recommended by a co worker who was actually on the losing end of Mr Massey in a divorce case. I was told if you want to win call Rick. I took his advice and hired Mr Massey, it was one of the best decisions I ever made. As a father of two children I thought I had no chance in winning my custody battle cause the mothers traditional have the upper hand in these circumstances . Mr Massey said that's not always the case, we can win and we did. If you're in over your head, do yourself a favor and go talk to Rick .

I met with attorney Erin Z. She greeted me by assuming I was going through a divorce and wanting custody of my kid. That was settled 8 years ago....
She next referenced the property portion of my divorce decree. Again, this was handled amicably 7 - 8 years ago. I then got legal advice. It seemed mostly legit. Too bad I'd never hire someone so unprofessional. She wasted her time and mine... imagine what happens after I pay the retainer...

I feel as though I was wrongfully arrested for a DUI. I am a pretty boring mom who never goes out and had not had a drink in years. A friend came from out of town and for the first night in years I took her out in KC, had 1 drink, than drank water for about 2 hours, grabbed a bite to eat, and about 3 or 4 hours after my one drink got in the car and forgot to turn on my headlights and got pulled over by a thirty to arrest DUI officer. He did three field sobriety test and I lost my balance on the walk, the last test, due to nerves/anxiety (was shaking), it was on an elevated surfaces and a uneven cracked sidewalk. He arrested me and gave me a PBT which I easily passed but still insisted I was under the influence. I called many lawyers and many stated that many prosecutors are hard on DUI’s due to MAD and even though it seemed straightforward we likely would have to go to trial. I looked up Denise and was impressed by her credentials but once I talked to her I knew she was hands down the one I wanted to hire. She was confident in her abilities and what she would be able to do for me. I could have gotten a cheaper lawyer but I she was well worth the extra I had to spend to get representation that would fight for me. Denise was able to get charge completely dismissed. It is disappointing that you can do everything right and still get wrongfully arrested by someone stacking up cases but thankful for people like Denise who are able to represent people when they feel like the odds are stacked against them.
Denise, thanks for everything you did to represent me and get my case dismissed. I shouldn’t never need another DUI lawyer but would/will recommend you, hands down!

I got charged with a DWI in September, 2022. I hired Denise Kirby and she started by calling me and getting all the information she needed from me asap. She was very impressive with how she handled the case and she constantly kept me in the loop with what was going on. After watching the video of my arrest, she filed for a motion to suppress and won that, which resulted in the case being dropped. She came to court incredibly prepared and had a counter for everything the prosecutor said. Overall, watching Denise handle this case was very impressive and I would highly recommend her to anyone in this situation.

Unfortunately Kathy passed away at the end of Oct 2020. Im grateful the time she put into my case with my small budget. She helped me quite a bit and almost got to the end. I wanna review most of the lawyers in this town that dont know how it works in this situation and look into a case for a couple of days and say NOPE cant help cant gouge u when its just signing settlement and reads the way it should and I dont get lied to. Her $300 consult was a waste of time and money. It was clear during the meeting that she hadn't really read any of the advance material provided about the case. She was very defeatist and provided no strategy for getting any of the things I was proposing in the custody modification. There were no outputs from the consult meeting (eg.: summaries, proposals, assessments for path forward). When I called the office to follow-up I was told she wanted another $300 consult fee. No return phone calls. Very unprofessional to the point of ethically questionable.

Maybe a good candidate for a cupcake eating contest, but even the most casual observer can discern her inadequacies in a courtroom. The only argument she ever made was on behalf of herself trying to justify why she was so ineffective at very fundamental task.
We spent 3.5 years concluding a fifth grade math problem and they still screwed it up.

Sara represented me in a custody battle. My ex threatened to raise support every time she got mad at me, gave me the kids when it suited her and changed plans without giving me a choice. This attorney knows how to use you just for your money. My case was solely in regards into pleasing one parent and not the child. Totally got jacked by the attorney and the other person on specific paternity case and the child misses or loses out both bad for the child. I wouldn't even give a star. Kids lives matter.
