Andre’ Boyda has represented over 50 of my patients over the last few years.

To be laughing as we leave is highly unprofessional and the biast you have shown is utterly unacceptable and will be asking for you to recuse yourself from this case and any cases involving my cases as the biast you have shown in my cases in the past and current ...from making deals with out lawyers saying "I don't normally make deals like this with out a lawyer but in the Christmas spirit I will "to saying we're not ready for trial when said last court appointment saying we are going to trial in December then not being ready for trial to comments about contacting the attorney general when I won the case against the city of Gower for my snakes this has festered since that day with you and chief Adam Hill I will be asking to file a motion under rule 2.-2.11

After I hired Kirby it was one excuse after another. 2.5 years for a simple modification and he couldn’t handle that. He canceled meetings after I took day off work and drove 200 miles because his tummy hurt, very hard to reach, little to no follow up and zero gumption. All he did was take my money. Had to fire him because he was completely incompetent.

The absolute BEST law firm! I cannot say enough about the level of expertise and professionalism of Kirby Minor! Stressful legal situations are made much more bearable with Kirby Minor by your side! My questions are answered promptly and in “regular person” terms! Although no one wishes to be in the need of a lawyer, I know at times I was an unbearable client, but my case was anything but easy. I got the results I wanted and even if I could be gruff at times with him he kept a professional manor. Thank you for all that you do for your clients!

The attorney I meet with at this practice couldn't tell me if he knew for sure he could help me with my situation due to laws. I paid $175 for him to tell me doesn't know for sure. Then he let me know their extremely high rates. He maybe spent 10 minutes with me, he didn't even seem like he had any sympathy. He told me they charged $5000 just to help me get my daughter a restraining order and he cont even guarantee that I would work. This practice is definitely out for the money and don't care about their potential clients. Just a disgrace.

Your money is spent better elsewhere. This company does not have your best interests or your families in mind just thier wallets. They Will idavidualize every case to make the most profit even if the cases or motions should be or could be filed jointly. If you do your own research that contradicts what they are saying, they will lie to your face and tell you that you are wrong. Thier invoices do not add up and the entire operation seems shady. Avoid at all costs. Thankfully we switched our attorneys before they lost us our case and more money.

Shannon was the GAL on my divorce case. She is extremely biased towards men and treated me as such during my divorce. I was constantly receiving antagonistic e-mails from her. At a meeting in her office she told me “Katherine doesn’t have a backbone, so I have to be one for her”. This continued throughout the entire divorce. There were dual standards put in place for me that my ex-wife was not required to follow. One example is I was told I couldn’t take my daughter’s cell phone for discipline. She then allowed my ex-wife to punish our son by taking his phone away from him so we couldn’t communicate. I brought this up with no resolution. A major concern was she allowed my ex-wife to accuse me of being intoxicated, mind you when I didn’t have the children. She was not objective and did not ask me a single question before refusing to allow the children to come over for our shared 50/50 visitation. I was never given an explanation as to why and fully disproved the lie against me using scientific evidence, a blood test. Even after Shannon had the results she refused to allow the kids to come over or change her decision. This decision showed her bias, made her look like unhinged in her decision making and further showed she is an incompetent lawyer. An active bar complaint is being filed and a suspension of her GAL responsibilities is being sought. She does not make decisions keeping in mind the best interest of the children. In fact, I was told this is indicative of her character because when she was in law school she had an affair with her husband Robert, causing him to get divorced. She is a biased lawyer who’s decision making is clouded. 10/10 I would never allow Shannon to be the GAL on your case.

Casey Elliott provided top-notch legal service to a friend of mine who was an Air Force veteran with cancer and in hospice care. Casey came to the Hospitals at both Boone and later at VA to get the information needed and to get the necessary legal documents executed by him in a timely manner. Because of her speedy assistance, when my friend passed away only weeks later he did so with the peace of mind that his legal affairs were in good order and that his wife would also be in good legal shape. I engaged Tonya after having to transfer counsel from a collaborative practice attorney when the respondent chose a litigator. Things started out well, but concern increased as my assigned attorney, Ms. Khofeld, had trouble grasping the core financial issue and did not seem comfortable stating a strong position to opposing counsel. Repeated settlement proposals from Page Law progressively eroded my position and gave ground to opposing counsel and when Tonya became personally involved I did not see the direction turn around. We were going to give yet more ground in hopes that we could settle. I lost confidence in counsel and transferred again. I would not be critical of Page Law but for the behavior of my third attorney, who aggressively represented our case, halted further appeasement and presented a settlement proposal with term far more favorable to my position, effectively pulling back 5-6 individual offers made in prior settlement proposals. Of course opposing counsel accused us of reneging, but since they chose not to sign anything, we were under no commitment. When respondent was deposed opposing attorney knew that her case was very tenuous and we settled on grounds quite favorable to my position. That never would have happened had I continued with Page Law. To be fair to Page Law they certainly know the mechanics of the process, but I have strong reservations regarding their advocacy and ability to push a position. My situation was very simple with limited property and no children. Maybe it was too simple and not within their practice scope. I really can think of no other reason why they would take so long, and accumulate such a billable hour count, to achieve nothing whereas the third counsel got a signed settlement in one fourth the time and one fourth the billable hours. Admittedly he had the benefit of the documentation Page Law accrued, but in turn Page Law had the benefit of documentation the collaborative process counsel accrued. We had to throw away Page Law's proposals and state a new one. We did not back down from the core tenets and settled.

He does not deserve any stars at all, actually. Unfortunately, that's not an option.
Be very careful if considering hiring Joshua Roberts. He demands money, money, money and does nothing, nothing, nothing. Check out his other reviews online. I gave him $24,000.00 and he did nothing of value in representing me. He eventually withdrew from my case without reason or warning. Shortly thereafter he told me that the $24k retainer was used up. There was absolutely no way. I demanded a refund and he refused, saying "That's the nature of the business." I have hired attorneys before who have done a fantastic job and ripping people off was certainly not the "nature" of their businesses. He actually had the gumption to tell me I needed to pay him more money. Once he withdrew, I scrambled and tried to raise the money to find a legitimate attorney that could actually help me defend my position. I was unable to afford getting a different attorney, had to finish the case by trying desperately to defend myself, and ended up losing my case and getting a massive judgment against me.
This man (if he should even be called one) is no good. He's a liar, cheater, and a thief. He thinks he's superior to the law. Again, he's a liar, cheater, and a thief.

The attorney I meet with at this practice couldn't tell me if he knew for sure he could help me with my situation due to laws. I paid $175 for him to tell me doesn't know for sure. Then he let me know their extremely high rates. He maybe spent 10 minutes with me, he didn't even seem like he had any sympathy. He told me they charged $5000 just to help me get my daughter a restraining order and he cont even guarantee that I would work. This practice is definitely out for the money and don't care about their potential clients. Just a disgrace.

Your money is spent better elsewhere. This company does not have your best interests or your families in mind just thier wallets. They Will idavidualize every case to make the most profit even if the cases or motions should be or could be filed jointly. If you do your own research that contradicts what they are saying, they will lie to your face and tell you that you are wrong. Thier invoices do not add up and the entire operation seems shady. Avoid at all costs. Thankfully we switched our attorneys before they lost us our case and more money.

DO NOT USE! I hired an attorney out of the Troy location. But they assigned me an attorney out of the Arnold location, I was charged $700 in attorney fees just for him to drive to court every month. I was told I had to hire a 2nd attorney in the case. Another $2500 retainer. This attorney was out of Washington, Missouri, and he used all of my retainer fee just to show up to the first court date for the judge to dismiss it in the attorney never to say one word. my first attorney quit the law firm and moved to Texas and I was assigned another new attorney which I was charged for him to review all my case file. in total, I have spent over $14,000 at 6 court dates for nothing at all to happen. The law firm constantly put my money into the wrong trust account, which causes me to pay interest on my bill. Customer care is horrible, I highly recommend finding counsel somewhere else, and not using Stange law firm
