Nearly ten years after my divorce, he came into my very complicated child custody case and immediately went to work understanding the intricacies that previously led to me obtaining primary custody. He validated my immediate concerns, and he worked tirelessly with a laser focus on my kids best interests. Ultimately, he settled our case one month prior to trial, and in a way that gives me peace of mind for my kids and their future. In fact, the settlement turned out to be better than I ever imagined it could be and I credit that solely to Michael Flaxman.
Throughout the course of litigation, his communication in court and with opposing counsel was articulate, compelling, and charismatic. It was obvious that Michael Flaxman truly cared about our case. Ms. Jacobson became involved in my case within 4 days of a serious car accident. She immediately handled the issue of my totaled car on which I still had a loan. She not only asked questions but she encouraged my participation and always returned calls and answered every question and concerns. As my case was medically complicated she also brought in an attorney who was an expert in medically complicated cases to ensure I had the best possible representation. My "issues" with the IRS dated back to 2001...during that 17 year period I must have spent $30,000 dollars in attorney fees in my efforts to resolve it....all they accomplished was temporary "fixes" that resulted in more aggressive actions from the IRS...just when I gave up all hope I was referred to the Randolph Law firm....he, personally, guaranteed to end this nightmare within a year and with the help of his amazing staff, thank you, Christina, it was finally done. My debt was discharged... My nightmare was finally over.....in this case my 5 star rating isn't nearly enough.

This review is not even enough to express my families gratitude to this law office. As I’m writing this review I’m literally in tears. Tears of joy that is. Last year I was involved in a vehicular accident. My first major hopefully last accident. I woke up the next day feeling defeated. But we found this place through a recommendation. What a blessing in disguise. Upon receiving a phone call from Cecilia she put me at ease. She walk me through step by step and explained things in full details. As I never had any experienced of the logistics of car accidents. The day after our phone conversation. I went to their office. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile from their receptionist. Then Cecilia further explained everything. Ben introduced himself which I highly appreciated. From medical to the end of this journey everything was smooth. As if my Grandmother dying wasn’t hard enough on me and my family, I then had to deal with the horrible experience of probate. I was fortunate my grandmother was adamant I use her lawyer JK Nelson for the probate. Attorney Nelson and his team were compassionate and patient as they guided us through the months long process. They were able to respond to my questions and/or concerns same day if not immediately. What was most important to me was Attorney Nelson’s stoic demeanor whenever there was a stressful situation with our probate. And there were plenty. He is my attorney for all legal issues I may have in the future and I recommend anyone needing legal help to call him!

I was referred to Mrs. Dawson by a separate party as a good fit to my child custody/ relocation case so I hired her on the spot and I’m glad I did. Not only did she win my case and got me everything I asked for, but she did it with the utmost integrity and professionalism. She is extremely punctual and organized, which is my favorite thing about her, right along with her drive. I could tell right away, she does not like to lose, so I had faith that she would fight for me as hard as she could, and she did not disappoint. She strives for greatness and her standards are high, so I wasn’t surprised at all to find that her paralegal, Ms. Mora, was just as hard working, punctual, and the perfect balance of professional and compassionate. Situations like this are never easy for the parties involved but with every email and every phone call, even if it was just a minor concern to ease my own mind, Ms. Mora never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or a hassle, never rushed me off the phone, and always made my concerns a priority, no matter how minuscule. I hope I am never in the situation where I need to go through this process again, but if I ever am, I will 100% be hiring her again. I should added a review years ago this man is older he does his job and he will take care of you he took me and my brother's inheritance case when nobody else would our case was very complicated and we were very poor and he guided us through the process and took care of everything even though there was complications and problems they always call you back and they explain the process this lawyer is worth your time and they are very much worth going through for probate. They also have connections and relationships established for dealing with all the aspects of probate and it made the process a lot easier on us.

Peter James esq. has been my armor and shield against my narcissistic Borderline personality ex-wife saying anything she thinks might sway the judge including (I kid you not) that I treat our daughter like "a modern-day Cinderella" in her actual motion! Peter often cited cases of precedence from memory during consultation and always included these in his written and verbal arguments. He did not waste time with hearsay and stuck to referencing actual requisites of family law for the judge to weigh against whatever false or twisted half truth that (sadly in Nevada) must be taken as true unless evidence to the contrary is provided. Peter is the only reason I have maintained primary custody of my kids and I am so grateful.

A divorce judgement that needed to be moved to Nevada, alimony in arrears and current alimony all had to be resolved. I could not have asked for a better firm than what I found at Christopher Tilman's office. The interactions I had with Kathy and Paulina were excellent and calming. This was a stressful situation for me and I always got an answer, either by phone or email. My interactions with Christopher were illuminating and honest. I never felt ignored. I got a bill every month with fees used out of my retainer, which had all been spelled out during my first consultation. I would hire the firm again in a heartbeat.

Radford Smith and his partner Garima Jain are wonderful, genuinely caring people, and they provided unmatched legal counsel on my behalf as the plaintiff in my divorce. I had the additional complication and distraction of a life-threatening illness which requires a significant amount of daily care. Radford and Garima were extremely accommodating and made sure that opposing counsel was respectful of my medical challenges. Radford and Garima were deliberate in dealing with opposing counsel, without being provocative, and used their well tuned legal expertise to bring about a settlement, avoiding the expense of trial preparation and a trial. I can think of many opportunities where Radford and Garima could have taken a path that would have increased their billable hours, but instead, the path they chose prioritized what was best for me to achieve a swift and fair outcome. I estimate my costs would have been double what they were if we would have had to go to trial instead of a pre-trial settlement. I think that it’s typical for both parties to feel like a divorce settlement is unfair, but I felt like I got a more fair settlement than my ex. Even though Radford was a distant friend of the family I still interviewed with 4 other divorce attorneys. One never showed for the appointment, another never returned my calls, and the other did not sound confident I could get what I wanted. My meeting with Radford was professional and to the point. After our in-person meeting, we were all on the same page and the bulk of the work was assigned to Garima Varshney, Esq. Garima was very professional, returned emails quickly, and pushed through the settlement hearing to get a fair outcome. My main objective was to keep my home which was paid for with medical settlement funds and she made that happen. It would have been nice not to involve lawyers but sometimes that's just not possible. So if you need a good attorney that is going to walk you through the process, this is the firm to hire.

Not professional at all. She asked for non-refundable fees for a matter that has been canceled before she even started to work on the contract draft she was supposed to review, but never accepted to refund us. Also, she replied to our email weeks after, when she was even replying. I thought lawyer were trustable, but they can also be true scammers.

Took 6 months to file a SINGLE MOTION that used up the entirety of the retainer ($2500) and withdrew right away.

I had been thoroughly deceived by a shady group that took $63,000 from me in exchange for an "investment" that promised high returns. When that never materialized, I realized I had been scammed.
