Julie Raye was my lawyer throughout an extremely difficult case and time for me. Not only was she a very good lawyer but she was a huge support system when I really needed it . She was very efficient with communication . I never had any issues with getting ahold of her . She was amazing in the courtroom . She was aggressive and fought hard for me . She was always on time and took hours of her time to prep me every time we had to go to court . She was knowledgeable and a strong advocate for me when I really needed it, even helping me to advocate for myself when I had never been able to do so before. I highly recommend Julie Raye as an attorney and would definitely use her again !

We have had the pleasure of working with Joe Riccio and his staff recently for our son's divorce. He was 21 when he got married, and was married in CA, where his ex still resides. We weren't sure if two states being involved would be tricky. Joe knew exactly what needed to happen, and when, to benefit our son, and our case. His expertise was very apparent in our consultation. The whole staff was incredible. Each person that had a hand in this, was extremely professional, empathetic, and always answered our questions in a timely fashion! Attorney Gary Zernich and his entire team were exceptional during my encounter with them. Mr. Zernich was objective, thorough and very candid even when it was not the response I wanted to hear. He guided me throughout my legal proceedings, responded promptly to my inquiries and constantly kept me updated on the status of my case. He gave me legal counsel but ultimately allowed me to make decisions which were in my best interest. Lauren and her paralegal Emily provided excellent advice at a time I was at a loss for how to proceed. The annulment process is quite complicated and Lauren accurately assessed the situation and was spot on with what actually transpired. I went in apprehensive and unsure and Lauren’s professionalism came across loud and clear during the hearing. I live out of state and it involved some international communication. Lauren’s knowledge of the local judiciary in the 9th circuit proved to be the difference. I was very very fortunate to have found this firm.

I was referred to this firm. The person who referred me worked with Joe Riccio for their case. Different types of case but nonetheless, she used this law firm. I worked with Kristina Kirigin and unfortunately had a terrible experience. There was a lack of communication from the beginning. I was never spoken to or prepped before any hearing. The bill just kept racking up. The paralegal asked for the same documents over and over again.
When I told Kristina my expectations, she stated that her only job was to get me the guardianship. She did that and that's it. There was no guidance at all. I wasn't even aware when I officially got the guardianship since that was not communicated.
They also did not notify me when another partner at the firm was going to represent me.
All I have to say is I am happy I chose to stop working with this law firm and self-represent. Unfortunately, I made this decision after losing over $6k of legal fees. This is likely from communicating the same thing over and over again. Also, going to court over and over again due to their lack of communication and preparedness. Ex. I would submit something to them and they would not file it. Or, they would ask me to complete something the day or the Friday before the hearing. Only towards the end was the communication a little better. By that time, I was already out $5k.
ALSO, they assumed I had access to a shared drive which was NEVER given to me in the 10 months they represented me. So, the new lawyer who took over my case assumed I had access to this shared drive. More wasted time as I was in town and unable to complete what I needed to do that required me to be in person.

I am more than grateful and pleased with the results I received with Kristina Kirigin!! I highly highly recommend this attorney after carefully reviewing several attorneys in nevada! My choice was left between her and Joe riccio before learning that they actually worked together. I was in a highly contested custody battle in between 2 different states with another very aggressive attorney representing my ex. I found Kristina Kirigin after having to fire my last attorney and she was able to turn my entire case around that was originally going in my ex's favor due to his constant lies. We went to trial and prevailed with me getting primary physical custody, final say with legal custody, no travel and attorneys fees!! She made my ex tell the truth which broke his entire case. She also worked out a payment plan with me during the process. Kristina Kirigin and her paralegals are life savers! They were all very quick with responses to each email, text or call I made.

Mr Onello charged 30k but simply did not do his job for the amount he charged. The divorce got dragged out much longer than it supposed to because Mr Onello wanted to charge maximum for the minimum work he did. At the end, I had to file my own forms because he was asking for more after I paid 30k. The case is listed as Cassel vs Cassel in Clark county so this is a legit one star review. Avoid at all cost.
One last point I want to make. Mr Onello spends more time removing one star reviews than actually working so I would assume all the 5 star reviews are not legit. Don't fall for false reviews like I did.

Mr Friedman took my divorce case on January 2. It was difficult case that involved domestic violence and incest. As soon as Mr Friedman took my case he filed for temporary protection order . I'm very grateful that I've received maximum allowed TPO for 1 year. My ex husband 's attorney tried to drag the case for as long as possible. His attorney send numerous emails filled with lies and unreasonable demands. Mr Friedman never stepped down and at the end our ALL demands were met. Mr Friedman did absolutely amazing job! He fought for me until the end and we won ! Mr Friedman is very knowledgeable and straight to the point kind of attorney !

Super hard to get ahold of, he wasn’t ever on top of it. He was always rushing us to agree to things we didn’t wanna agree to. Kenneth also would forget everything I would recommend to put in papers.
I got hit with a bill for almost 9000$. For nothing. When I feel like I could have done a better job my self.
He didn’t go for back child support or insurance. I have to provide insurance on the child and everything else. While the father gets half custody. And doesn’t have to support her or help with anything.

jack has been representing me in my child custody/divorce case (which has turned into a relocation case thanks to the father of the children who decided during a court haring that he was thinking about moving) for about 8 months now. the case is still ongoing, as my ex cant seem to agree to anything and keeps changing his mind. i am truly grateful for the help that Jack has provided me during this stressful time, he is smart competent and actually cares about my case and puts in the work, doesn't just take my money. he always responds in timely fashion (i have never waited for more than a few minutes for response to my questions via email) no matter how ridiculous my questions or concerns might be (this is my first time going through this). other things i like, is nothing about my case was ever sugar coated with fake promises of this and that, it was always best case scenario, worst case scenario and most likely scenario, so I'm grateful that i was prepared for all. What I'm happiest about is the way jack represents me during court hearings in front of a judge, he is fast and to the point and wont let the other side waste any time. My ex's attny is a complete incompetent dummy who doesn't even know the case, so when he says things in court that are completely irrelevant Jack is sure to speak up and nip it in the bud with the nonsense. i would totally 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a sincere, trustworthy attorney to handle child custody case. it has been one of the hardest things in my life to go through child custody case, and I'm forever grateful that i found an attorney who has been the most helpful, dedicated and efficient for my case. He has always filed all paperwork, motions, orders etc.. on time and so far has never missed a deadline.

Jack is not cheap, but what do you expect from an excellent attorney? You get what you pay for. I received a knowledgeable, diligent, committed attorney who was able to obtain MY overall desired outcome for the custody of my children. This was a very emotional matter and although I was not always able to think straight, as an attorney, he looked out for my families' best interests. He had to keep bringing me back to dealing with the issues and not the emotions. From day one, an overall goal and plan was set into motion. He never sold me a dream and let me know worst case scenarios. Things went exactly as he predicted. This comes from experience and wisdom. I could not take any chances with custody of my children. I would hire him again, and again, and again.

After an injury at work, I mistakenly thought the doctors that workmen’s comp sent me to would help me recover. Instead, I found that their loyalty was to the insurance company paying the tab.R. Trent McAuliffe helped me get the medical treatment I needed when workmen’s comp kept trying to close my case. It took a few years to go through the process, and I am grateful that I got the surgery I needed. I’m very satisfied with the results of Trent advocating for me. I wish I had consulted him when I first got injured, instead of several months later. Get a consultation with him as soon as possible, it’s in your best interest!

Michelle represented me for a very short time, yet, charged ALOT of money. She acted as if she was with the other side and did very poorly with my case. She actually yelled at me at one point for things the other side accused me of as if they were facts instead of seeking the truth. She did not help me nor my children, my son is now dead and my daughter has been stuck in the home of our abuser for many years despite having substantiated DCFS/CPS cases against him. Michelle is the worst attorney I have encountered.

I have been a client of Berkich Lucey Law since early 2019. Lauren Berkich represented me through 8 months of mediation and through another 6 months of the litigation process where she helped me deal with a difficult ex-spouse and obnoxious opposing council. I do not have enough AMAZING things to say about Andriea and Ashley. They walked me through the process, they were quick to respond, led the whole divorce process and kept me in the loop at all times. I honestly don’t even know why what ex’s attorney did because Andriea was so on top of it. My ex would ask me to ask Andriea something knowing it would get done. My divorce was final 3 months after my first conversation with her. By the end, I felt like she was almost family and I always felt like she had my back. Another thing to note, is that Andriea know’s the law very well, so don’t think you or your ex will be able to sneak anything by her. Thank you Andriea and Ashley!

This is an unprofessional law firm. I hired them last year. I had my custody and divorce case finalized in September 2023 and have reached out multiple times with mistakes made on my custody agreement after it was finalized and I receive no help at all!
I hired aAmber Robinson to help me get visitation of my daughter and somehow there was a wording mistake that cost me 2 weeks of visitation that I can’t get back unless I pay out of pocket to fix.
If I’m hiring a lawyer to help with custody of my child, I would assume they would read over the custody agreements so something like this doesn’t happen! My daughter is 15 she will be 18 in 3 years, so 2 weeks is a lot of time to miss out on.

Helped my child custody & support case in the very beginning but in the middle he turned into a monster! I was ignored constantly and he refused to complete preparation for trial after having me sign a fee agreement for it. Hired john for my custody trial and he literally didnt take time to prepare for it. Refused to file and motions. Didnt show up twice for our meetings. I had to file a grievance with the state bar. Fired him and he refuses to give me my files! This person wont even file his motion to withdraw as council even after the judge ordered him too...didnt do anything but hurt my case...

I originally hired Carlia through Right Lawyers. I trusted and believed in her she left two firms in the time being of my case to which I followed her since she knew my case. She also made it sound that if I stayed at the firms I would be left with inadequate and inexperienced lawyers In the end she promised to finish my paperwork and never did. I bugged her for months and she just lied and put me off. She never did finish it. I wouldn't trust her with something as simple as my will. I can only imagine she has carried to Standish Law firm the same untrustworthy traits. All I wanted was my paperwork done as promised.

Please do not waste your money or time on this lady. She will move slowly and not pay attention to your emails, and then come back asking for information you've already provided weeks ago.
She will talk to you like you are an idiot. In one of her emails to me she said "Ok, let me break it down to you.. read slowly" this is verbatim and "don't for a second treat me like I don't know what the F... I am doing" when I showed frustration and used the "damn" word in my email. Mind you, you are the one who's paying her and she's talking to you like this.
She will sign away your money without your consent. She offered the other side a lot money after I explicitly told her not to and then she comes back with "well, it's too late, they've already accepted".
Why did I keep her and keep paying her? Because I thought my ex and I reached an agreement but he would then change his mind and ask for more. Which he kept getting.
Yes, she will settle your case for you, for sure. Just be prepared to have her give the other side EVERYTHING they ask for and avoid court at every expense. She will tell you over and over,
" I just want to get you divorced and save you money", all the while giving away your money like it's water.
Do not hire this lady if your case is remotely complicated or you are a high income earner with your own business. And of course if you are looking for someone who remotely respects or listens to you.
This to say, that by the time, I brought another lawyer in, it was too late to undo all the damage she had already done and I was out of money to keep paying more and more fees. Wish I had someone different from the beginning. I would possibly still had paid alimony but much less than what was projected by the time another party came into play.
The whole justice system is not just people. Be prepared to lose as the lawyers make all the money. Divorce law is antiquated and needs an overhaul.

Hired Mandy sept of 2017. She files a motion which cost me 1500 roughly that was rejected and not even heard. She talked to me like I was a little kid and was disrespectful in our face to face conversations. Emailed her paperwork to file in court and she never filed them. Have her legal paperwork to review before court she failed to. Had no game play at the hearing I had to schedule an appointment with her day before court just to come up with a game plan. Was an hour late to court because she told me the hearing was at 11 when it was at 10. Made us both late that day and it hurt my case. Judge asked her to file the order and she never filed it. Asked her set up an appoint with other party per the judge order. She charged me for setting up the appointment but never got the sit in. Asked her to erase the extra charges she charged me and she didn’t then she filed a motion to withdraw as counsel and even charged me for the motion to withdraw. Very unorganized counsel. Other attorney looked professional and she was never prepared to counter. She charged me for motions that were never heard failed to communicate file paperwork correctly and was late for court. Very below standard and do not recommend. She doesn’t care about her clients
