I recently hired Andrew to represent me in my alimony case. He was actually recommended by my wife's immigration attorney who used him in his divorce. I had consulted with many attorneys in Ocean and Monmouth county on my matter but not one of them would take the case or thoroughly look over my documentation.
That all changed when I consulted with Andrew.
People go to attorneys often at the worst time of their lives when their worlds are crashing down. At these times people need compassion support and understanding not opportunism. From the first few moments of talking to Andrew I could sense his compassion. As we progressed through our consultation it was quite evident that he had a mastery of family law and most importantly a heart. He painstakingly went over my evidence and indicated that I certainly had enough to address my co-habitation case. Andrew understood that I was apprehensive but assured me we had a good shot at termination of alimony. Throughout the process Andrew exhibited a strategic mind and a solid mastery of the law and issues that where presented. All of these factors are obviously important when hiring an attorney. What struck me most was his human side. I could see that he loved his work and the catalyst for that was his love for helping people when they need it most. Andrew put my mind at ease through each pothole in the process. Don't worry "now we do a little dance". He understood his adversary and each angle of their strategy. Often pointing out details that escaped me. My divorce attorney showed none of these qualities. My only regret in my divorce was that I didn't use Andrew as my attorney. I'm normally not a review person but I want people to know that Andrew is a compassionate, honorable and skilled litigator and tough as nails when he needs to be. He exhibited a true mastery of family law. My case ended favorably and that is a testament to Andrew. When every attorney i consulted saw no way out for me Andrew was front and center with a "bring it" attitude. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this attorney. They showed no interest in listening to my concerns or understanding my case. It felt like their main focus was on getting paid rather than providing any meaningful representation. Instead of offering real solutions or strategies, they kept repeating the same things without addressing my needs. Communication was also poor and unclear, making the whole process even more frustrating. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone looking for someone who actually cares about their clients.

I generally do not write reviews but I am compelled to write about my experience with this law firm. It is so hard to put in words what the Elphant Rickett Law Firm has done for me and my precious daughter. Esq. Rickett gave me back a sense of relief, peace and most of all hope. For too long my life seemed to be in shambles. Darkness and despair hovered over and almost took a grip on me. After two and a half years of no movement from my previous lawyer, Esq. Rickett agreed to take my case and immediately produced results.
She fought for me as if we were family. Her energy, heart and legal knowledge was what I had been praying for. Esq. If you want a great lawyer that will fight for you, you have found her! I cannot express how amazing Rosa and her team were while going through my divorce. I was dealing with a Narcissist and Rosa knew exactly how to handle that type of personality. Rosa is a no nonsense professional with years of experience.

as i was married for 15+ yrs i anticipated the divorce process to be much lengthier and more stressful as that is the experience my divorced friends and relatives have had in the past.
that was the opposite at fradkin law due to the small office atmosphere. things are not "dragged out" and there is a commitment to quality other firms sorely lack.
i attribute much of the speed and ease to ed's paralegal Amy. she handled all matters with expertise, swiftness, and i was never made to feel as if I was a bother (there were weeks i had to call her daily). she extended emotional reassurance every step of the way from day 1 to finalization which meant the world.

Michelle handled a very difficult divorce with professionalism and grace even when I thought all was lost. My wife got rear ended on the highway and hurt her back so badly she had to have surgery. She took her case to Mark and he immediately went to work to get this case settled. Worst experience of my life. Charged me way more then he first said and he did nothing but screw me over and kept postponing my court date because he had more important things to take care of he said. I was fighting to see my son more and had to wait 7 months to get to court bec of him. He Charged me 5000 to do nothing then wanted another 5000 to goto court. He was a horrible horrible laywer. My case was so easy I ended up not going to court with a laywer and i got 50 50 custody and got more then I asked for by myself. Don't waste your money on this guy.

I would not recommend this attorney. After paying $5000 he made my child support turn from $20 to $800, sent me an email telling me he was trying to contact me for more than a month when clearly the email was working fine and in zoom court he doesn’t know how to present himself professionally. One instance where he was representing me against my ex-wife, the camera was pointed only at his mouth from the nose down. Another instance, he had a picture of Scarface with a machine gun in the background in his office during court. Shop around.
