I came to Bob with a very difficult situation, with a wife that had a long history of mental illness. Bob was there with me through the entire system, including both the domestic violence and child custody. In the end, my 3 children now live with me, and we are back in our former marital home. While the process with the courts took a long time, Bob was excellent about pacing this so that we did not waste what little resources we had. I believe he is an excellent attorney as is his partner Ms Knopf, and the entire office staff.

Julie Davis Lisa helped me through a very difficult time with my divorce proceeding and assisted me in getting the sign off on the deed from my ex.
She was very responsive to my phone calls and email and kept me up to date every step of the way.
Her follow up was outstanding
despite the fact that divorce is always a difficult time it was so reassuring to have her on my team

In the “interesting” world of family law Mr. Haggerty is 10/10 for what he does. I spent most two years going around and around with the same case spending capital on both a personal/feeling and financially. I decided to seek new council because after two years later no progress of any kind. Mr Haggerty took the time to hear me out read the previous orders and came up with a plan. He also was very good at explaining possible best and worst case scenarios. While they were obviously not a guarantee it felt good having an idea of what could happen. Within 6 months the issue was resolved, and I no longer receive harassing phone calls from the defendants attorney about frivolous things. If you need someone in family law I would highly recommend giving him a call, if you have another issue that he doesn’t handle at the very least he will recommended someone just as capable as him in that subject.
Again I can’t stress enough if you need council start with Mr. Haggerty first, save yourself the frustration, emotional, drain and financial drain of having inadequate counsel.

Kasia and Neil represented me in my divorce. It was relatively simple because we had no real property but they still took it seriously and I felt like a valued client. They even looked into the best way to word the joint custody of our dog which seems trivial but I appreciated that they cared about what I cared about. Although there is no such thing as a "good" divorce, Rita Polonsky Esquire helped make the settlement and dissolution of my marriage as painless as humanly possible.
For a reasonable cost, I received quality legal representation from the time of response to filing in New Jersey court, review of assets, to negotiations with my ex-wife's attorney. During the entire process she kept me informed as to what was going on with only minimal reminders and prompting.

I found Sameer on google while looking for an immigration lawyer and I was sure that I wanted to work with him after reading his reviews, he helped me initially in getting my green card and helped clarify all my questions about it.
I reached out to him again to take help in getting my green card renewed where he guided me about the entire process on getting the condition removed from my marriage based green card.
Unfortunately due to my budget I could not work with him (which I really wanted too) but

as i was married for 15+ yrs i anticipated the divorce process to be much lengthier and more stressful as that is the experience my divorced friends and relatives have had in the past.
that was the opposite at fradkin law due to the small office atmosphere. things are not "dragged out" and there is a commitment to quality other firms sorely lack.
i attribute much of the speed and ease to ed's paralegal Amy. she handled all matters with expertise, swiftness, and i was never made to feel as if I was a bother (there were weeks i had to call her daily). she extended emotional reassurance every step of the way from day 1 to finalization which meant the world.

I came to find out that she took my money was over an hour late for the first hearing and sent a stand in kid with a pony tail for the 2nd hearing. I guess $1800 was small potatoes for her.
