Going through this divorce was the most difficult road I’ve had to take in my life up to this point. Throughout the process Saminski Fuller stood with me and helped me navigate towards a conclusion that gave me my freedom and a positive outlook on my new life. Siobhan Fuller was incredible to work with, she was always prepared, helped me understand information if I was confused by any legal jargon and worked with me to reach the best possible outcome. "I unfortunately had Alexandra Coglianese appointed as our parent coordinator. She exhibited bias and manipulated facts to fit her own narrative. Her dishonesty led to false statements, some of which she corrected when confronted. She even presented inaccurate information to the judge, some of which she later amended in an email sent at 7 PM the night before the hearing. Whether this was deliberate or due to incompetence, she failed to prioritize my daughter’s best interests by presenting misleading narratives to the court and making false statements and unsolicited recommendations.
If you’re seeking someone who is fair, honest, and genuinely looks out for the child’s well-being, I recommend avoiding Alexandra Coglianese.”

I cannot recommend The Law Office of Blair Zwillman highly enough. When my then 19-year old son got his only traffic ticket a few years ago, Mr. Zwillman pulled off a miracle. My husband and I are both non-practicing attorneys and almost lost our minds when we sat this ticket. It was over two feet long and contained 6 or 7 separate violations adding up to a more than $700 fine and so many points that my son almost lost his newly minted driver’s license. The NJ cop who pulled him over was clearly on a mission to more than exceed his quota that mouth as many of the violations he was cited for were clearly discretionary and over the top.
Long story short, we contested the ticket and Mr. Zwillman represented my son in traffic court. He vastly exceeded our expectations and got the ticket down to about $100 fine and just a few points. As a former traffic court judge myself, I can attest to Mr. Zwillman’s incredible skills in working with prosecutors and judges to achieve the best possible results for his clients. He is one of the best attorneys I have ever had the pleasure to work with.

Amy Cores is professional, knows the laws, always made herself available anytime (even weekends), and took the time to explain actions in my case. Several times in the courthouse while Amy was not near me for a moment, other attorneys approached me telling me that she was the best in NJ and that I was in good hands. I certainly did not need the reassurance that I selected the right attorney but more impressed that her fellow colleagues spoke so highly of her.

I came to find out that she took my money was over an hour late for the first hearing and sent a stand in kid with a pony tail for the 2nd hearing. I guess $1800 was small potatoes for her. I had three different attorney's during my divorce and she was the worse by far. During a hearing she was actually asking me what questions she should ask the witness. Was totally unprepared. To add insult to injury tried to double charge for her time. Due to her I missed 3 months with my children despite a court order saying I should have them every other week. Was prepared to offer less time with my children than a court order that was already in place. Once I changed attorneys their first course of action was to fix the mess created by Amy by reinstating an order that was already in place. In my opinion I would stay away from her at all cost.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Gary Borger while seeking legal assistance for my divorce during my deployment. Given the critical nature of my situation and the challenges of handling legal matters from afar, I expected a level of professionalism and responsiveness that Mr. Borger unfortunately did not provide.
From the beginning, communication with Mr. Borger was problematic. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email, I found him to be extremely unresponsive. It often took days, if not weeks, to receive a reply, and when he did respond, his messages were curt and dismissive. This lack of communication was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially considering the time-sensitive nature of legal proceedings.
As someone deployed and serving my country, I needed a lawyer who could be both understanding and accommodating of my unique circumstances. Unfortunately, Mr. Borger's approach felt very selective and indifferent. He did not seem to prioritize my case or show the necessary empathy and support that one would expect from a legal professional. This was in stark contrast to other lawyers who were far more cooperative and helpful.
Mr. Borger's dismissive attitude and lack of availability created additional stress and uncertainty during an already challenging time. It became clear that he was not invested in providing the level of service and support that I required. His lack of responsiveness made it difficult to progress with my case, leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued as a client.
For anyone in a similar situation, especially those who are deployed, I would caution against relying on Gary Borger for legal representation. The combination of his poor communication, unprofessional demeanor, and selective responsiveness made my experience with him deeply unsatisfactory.
In conclusion, my interactions with Gary Borger were marked by frustration and disappointment. I would not recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and empathetic lawyer, particularly those dealing with the complexities of legal matters while serving abroad.

Jerry D’Aniello mediated during my highly contentious and complex divorce, consisting of pre-marital and marital assets, which were both exempt and non-exempt, including bank accounts, stock and retirement accounts. I cannot recommend The Law Office of Blair Zwillman highly enough. When my then 19-year old son got his only traffic ticket a few years ago, Mr. Zwillman pulled off a miracle. My husband and I are both non-practicing attorneys and almost lost our minds when we sat this ticket. It was over two feet long and contained 6 or 7 separate violations adding up to a more than $700 fine and so many points that my son almost lost his newly minted driver’s license. The NJ cop who pulled him over was clearly on a mission to more than exceed his quota that mouth as many of the violations he was cited for were clearly discretionary and over the top.
Long story short, we contested the ticket and Mr. Zwillman represented my son in traffic court. He vastly exceeded our expectations and got the ticket down to about $100 fine and just a few points. As a former traffic court judge myself, I can attest to Mr. Zwillman’s incredible skills in working with prosecutors and judges to achieve the best possible results for his clients. I was recommended to Sal in 2016 from a reputable Morris county lawyer who knew my divorce would be high conflict. I was told Sal Simone would be the best for what was ahead in my case. I was referred to Sal Simeone thru a friend with a post divorce issue also. My case was about terminating alimony due to ex claiming he was disabled. Mr Hartstein has proved to be incompetent when it is a complicated divorce case and he cannot remember the facts and misapplied the facts without consulting me. Mr Hartstein is scattered during phone conversations and can't retain details . Mr Harstein placed me in a precarious situation and was unable, even after acknowledging his error, to correct the mistake. Mr Hartstein loves to share stories about other clients, wasting precious time and billing for his non sequitor babble. Mr Harstein is filled with himself, manipulative and spent more time talking about himself and other cases and then billing me. The results were doing nothing of any value. Mr Harstein is not technical with the new computer age and using him is a waste of money. Mr Harstein makes it appear that he is interested in your case, but don't fall for his concern, his main focus is to talk a lot and then bill, bill, bill. Instead of Mr Hartstein working on your case, he spends the time bragging and patting himself on the back Don't do it... you will be wasting your money.
