From my first call with the receptionist, Kim Harris, I knew I'd be in GREAT hands! Kim was welcoming and comforting right from the start. She set up my consultation with Shari Lee Genser, and from my first meeting with Shari, I knew she was the one for me.
Shari was honest, kind, detail-oriented, and straight to the point. She listened to me and offered advice even before I retained her. Once I did, she got right to work on my custody case. She kept me informed and at ease, answering my long-winded emails and all my questions. She was there every step of the way.
Shari is truly a FORCE to be reckoned with! She helped me win my case, and she is worth every dollar. I also appreciate Kim Harris for being a listening ear and for her kindness.

I just want to take the time out to thank Ross and her team Shari Genser, for bringing my divorce to an end and getting me closure. Melissa and her team provided my partner and I (international IPs both in the UK) with legal support during our second surrogacy journey in the US. Melissa and her team helped us to have all our paperwork done in record time! We are a Spanish couple so it was even more difficult our case, but with their support, everything went smoothly!
From the court order to the birth certificate filling and other required official documentation, everything went perfectly so we could have our baby registered, and with no issues.

I do not recommend this firm. As seniors, we needed a will - a simple will. We went to T. Dengler who, as an estate lawyer, was trusted to advise us properly. A few simple questions turned into a Trust that we did not understand nor did we ask for and we told him so. He gave us a brief explanation and we told him we still didn't understand - he encouraged us to sign. Also, although we were quoted a price for this will, the Trust fees were never discussed or mentioned. Asking him how much he replied he had to "figure it out". We were distressed and sleepless worrying how much this would cost. I will state that this was settled after our complaint but now we have to start over and this has left us to distrust lawyers, Do your homework, you can get more info from Google.

I had a deeply troubling experience with Attorney Raj Saddah and his firm. Initially, everything seemed fine, but the situation took a turn for the worse when my assigned attorney left the firm. As I was nearing the end of my case, I chose to follow my attorney to her new firm, believing it was in my best interest.
Since then, Raj Saddah's firm has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite having funds in escrow, they have been bombarding me with exorbitant bills and threatening me with collections and legal action. It’s baffling to me why they are trying to garnish my wages when they already hold money that should cover any outstanding fees.
I have reached out multiple times seeking clarification and resolution, but my attempts to communicate have been met with silence. It seems like my former attorney's departure has led to vindictive actions from Raj Saddah’s firm. The lack of professionalism and courtesy in handling this matter is beyond disappointing.
It feels like my situation is being used as leverage in a personal vendetta between Raj Saddah and my former attorney. This kind of behavior is not only insensitive but also highly unethical. I should not be caught in the crossfire of a dispute between a law firm and a former employee.
If you’re considering working with this firm, I strongly advise against it. Their defensive responses to similar complaints, coupled with their inability to separate personal grievances from professional service, raise serious concerns. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for legal representation.

Unprofessional and predatory billing practices. My family was quoted a rate for a foreclosure of around 15,000, and the price nearly doubled. The day before filing foreclosure, the law office demanded payment for services or they would refuse to file documents my family had already paid over $25,000 for. We were then charged over $12,000 in late fees during the time we sought arbitration to clarify the unreasonableness of these fees. An arbitrator found many of their fees unreasonable - including fees for reading a blank email, and 5% flat fee for expenses without any justification. Would not recommend - please BEWARE

I tossed and turned on whether to write this review all night.. I called on 8/26 the woman who answered the phone was sweet, I asked how much for a consult and how soon could i get on the schedule, I then explained the situation with the closing on our home.. she says ill leave a message and he will call you back.. first time needing a lawyer not sure what that meant.. Scott calls, is very to the point but still vague on if we even have a case or if we need a lawyer, what the expenses would be ECT.. I then call back to ask one more question to better help us understand.. Scott was rude and incredibly cold basically because i didn't put money out to retain him ( while still not understanding if we need a lawyer in the first place) he didn't want to answer any more questions... I got off the phone and cried i was more confused than before i called.. we have a small child that has acquired a year of mounting medical bills putting out for a lawyer that we are not sure will make our situation any better isn't on our bucket list. My best advice is to avoid this practice..they dont seem to have much compassion and are in it for the money and places like this will bleed you dry charging for every minute. yesterdays phone call could have been handled differently and they would have another client.. there are other really great practices in the area.. good luck on your search

Mr. Dunleavy was not the original lawyer on my case, I met him in court, the morning of my case, my lawyer was called away for an emergency. Within ten minutes of meeting Mr. Dunleavy, I knew, I was in good hands. His warm demeanor and knowledge of the law and my case in particular, eased my mind. I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to attorney Michelle and her amazing staff for dedicating time to my case. I was a law enforcement for 26 years on November 1, 2023, I retired, I had to give my ex-wife money from my pension after 18 years of been divorce. Angela Scafuri, I was referred to her by a retiring attorney. It was the best possible turn of events for me. She listened attentively and non-judgmentally to my issue and to my hesitations. Her responses showed that she immediately understood the issue and me. Angela presented insightful points that I need to know even before we formally began. She tenaciously defended my interests even as I faltered. Low pressure with me but unrelenting aggressive with my Ex. So much so that she was referred to as the “shark”. I knew I needed a lawyer. I didn’t realize I how much I needed a “defender”. Luckily, I had followed the reference to her.

Unprofessional and predatory billing practices. My family was quoted a rate for a foreclosure of around 15,000, and the price nearly doubled. The day before filing foreclosure, the law office demanded payment for services or they would refuse to file documents my family had already paid over $25,000 for. We were then charged over $12,000 in late fees during the time we sought arbitration to clarify the unreasonableness of these fees. An arbitrator found many of their fees unreasonable - including fees for reading a blank email, and 5% flat fee for expenses without any justification. Would not recommend - please BEWARE

We used their services but it was really bad services. The workers were very kind but their work is very unorganized. An application that was supposed to last a few months with them took almost 2 years. Due to them, we missed our opportunity to visit our sick family member. Despite our repeated efforts to reach out and get the process finished their negligence and procrastination caused us to miss our window. Do not use this law firm.
