Right from the first contact she was knowledgeable, professional and caring. She explained the custody process and advised she would assist me with everything. She was quick to return phone calls and never made false promises. I highly recommend her for any family law cases.

I cannot in good conscience recommend Attn. Tigue for anyone who needs fast resolution. I retained Stephanie to assist with my divorce and child custody and initially (after my retainer of 2500 was paid) she was responsive. However as time went on it would be days before she returned calls or emails, she did not take initiative and I often had to prompt her to get things done. When the safety of your children and assets are involved this is not acceptable. When I asked her to assist with child support I was required to pay a separate retainer and she was responsive for a day and then went back to ignoring my questions. I have had to show up in court pro se because my own attorney never responded. I asked for an itemized bill at least 15 times and never received one. I chose Stephanie based on a recommendation of a friend and they too are experiencing the same issues. She seems very nice however I truly would never recommend that anyone retains her.

Julie Potts is it, She is horrible with a horrible haircut and think she knows everybody and everything she will destroy anything you have left with your family during the divorce. Not to mention everybody will be broke at the end!

I have worked with several attorney’s in Chester County, and hands down, Julie Potts is the best. She was recommended to me, by another attorney - who said, he would hire her over anyone else. I would not recommend anyone else for a family law matter.

Julie was the attorney that brought my prolonged, nearly 2.5 year Court Master-involved divorce case to resolution. After two previous attorneys had gone on maternity leave, it could have been easy to become frustrated at the prospect of having the case transferred for a third time, however Julie assumed the case seamlessly and confidently assured me the case would continue to move along without disruption. Zanita was a tremendous asset during a very tumultuous time for my family. She took the time to understand my situation and she provided good practical advice, beyond just legal advice, through the entire process. In a rapid exchange with another lawyer, Zanita demonstrated knowledge of the law that clearly surpassed the other lawyer. My custody case had some unique challenges but Zanita expertly navigated the situation to the best possible resolution. It was a difficult time in my life, but I will always be glad that I had Zanita on my team.

Zanita or Z as she likes to be called, took me through my divorce with a great deal of concern for me as well as for my children. Z didn't let my "hurry up, I just want it over" emotional responses to the divorce proceedings cost me in my sanity or in my settlement. She certainly is not the stereotypical lawyer yet with a combination of compassion for all sides (children have a side with her), toughness at the negotiation table and experience practicing law she is a lawyer I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends going through a divorce.

I retained Jill’s services in 2016 after my ex forced my son and I out of the house. Jill has been fighting for my son and I ever since. During the divorce Jill was able to find pin holes in the documents from opposing counsel that could have been detrimental to my future and finances. Her articulation is supreme in and out of the courtroom. When it came to custody court, Jill was diligent in ensuring we had all the documentation we needed, and walked me through the process with such patience. During the actual hearing, I was blown away with her performance! Kind and compassionate where need be, but also tenacious and dare I say tactfully ruthless when fighting for me. I continued to retain Jill’s services for all my current custody matters and future custody potentials. Since hiring Jill as my attorney, she has displayed attention to the numerous intricacies within my high conflict custody case. She quickly became familiar with all the moving parts and players that have been introduced over a lengthy period of time. Mr FOGLE recently did my husbands and my will and living will. We had considered legal zoom, but other cheaper legal websites didn't protect us as litigiously and thoroughly with other states and likely wouldn't have held up in court. His hourly charges on my bill was a little more than doing it via the internet myself, but for the hours and time he put into our wills and the pages upon pages covering all our assets and last wishes were above and beyond any other lawyer in the region. He's also helped us with family members who needed criminal counsel in court and won every case including my divorce iwhich included a PFA, child support and the full custody I sought and won thanks to him when he represented me with in court (and won my cases), before doing our wills once we were eventually married were worth it. His cost for the hours he spent on the phone 24/7/365, in person meeting us in the office, as well as coming to our home with just a few hours notice to him and the hours he spent prepping before and in court were above and beyond our expectations! I would recommend him to any and all family and friends without hesitation for both my civil needs and family criminal cases rendered were worth every penny. He saved my life and worked with me on payment! He's the best lawyer and not your typical uncaring, money digging lawyer most lawyers typically are these days!!! He reminded me of the rainmaker! Thank you Mr. Fogle!!!

I would recommend Cindy Trellis Bernstein without hesitation. Cindy handled my divorce case (no children) more than 20 years ago. There was a complicated settlement, which Cindy handled with utmost skill. Many years later I had occasion to hire Cindy again to handle a dispute regarding the divorce settlement. She was even more impressive, if that's possible. Her knowledge of the law, professionalism, attention to detail, response time, and ethics are beyond expectations. I was impressed by her treatment of the opposing attorney as well as the understanding of the case. I would not want to be on the other side of the table from Cindy Bernstein. Recommend highly.

I hired Cindy, after being unhappy with more than one previous attorney. What I really liked and appreciated was the fact that Cindy was always on my side, through some very difficult divorce, custody and support proceedings. In looking for a lawyer, I wanted someone close, with experience and a good reputation. I found that with Mr Gardner. Our initial meeting, he was very detailed in explaining the process. I had seen him a few times after and he thoroughly answered my questions and did not rush me through the appointment. I was also very happy of how the fee was worked out. My spouse had filed and I was only charged the hourly rate. Which I will forever be greatful for. I would also like to say that the receptionist at the Lititz location is a gem. She was always friendly and gracious. I seemed to have the last appointments of the day and never felt like I was holding her up from leaving for the day. Thank you again for your great service! When I was looking for an attorney to assist me in obtaining custody of my child, I met with 6 attorneys prior to Michelle. She was the only one who genuinely seemed interested in helping me gain custody of my child. She knew the laws, other attorneys in the case, and the judges we encountered and thoroughly prepared me for what I could expect. Michelle fought for me and I ultimately got shared custody 50/50 of my daughter, exactly what I was seeking. Rebecca Smith took my case and I honestly didn't think out of all I been through she would make it possible, I' have t seen my kids in about 10 months by the time I finally seen them because she did all she could, I filed for divorce and custody I won't get into my situation or story but I'm forever grateful for this woman, long story short I finally have my children back in my life, Rebecca made my life whole again and gave me more reason to keep fighting to do better , she worked with me didn't judge me basically took me under her wing and worked with me I couldn't stress enough how amazing this firm is I've never had an issue they have treated me with respect any questions I've asked via email they responded pretty fast, not always can everything be answered quickly they are lawyers and have other cases keep in mind but when they can it is pretty prompt , I would highly recommend her to anyone , she has a heart of gold and is extremely caring she has not a mean bone or heart in her I absolutely love her she again made me whole again!!!!

These traits are invaluable in going through a divorce. He can be intense at times, but it's because he is invested. You will appreciate this quality in the end. His paralegal, Angie, is also impressively knowledgeable, very organized, handles stress like a pro and is very compassionate. Attempted to be a returning customer by calling and asking for representation on a new case. After i was told my case did not need representation, two weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $60! Thankfully there's is plenty other lawyers that don't charge for asking a simple question.

I know this attorney from personal experience/co workers! She is pure awful! greedy! And unconditional! As a family law attorney! Who pushed so much against the children and the dad involved that the kid was left more then traumatized, and now backwards as an adult!! It’s not even funny how much she is against all sides when her pockets are involved! She is not someone I would recommend to babysit my hamsters rights! This individual is just awful as a human being!! She doesn’t think of the incident children are either party!!

This guy is a joke of a lawyer. I used him a few years back. All he wants is your money and is more interested in playing on Facebook rather than helping you out. I’ll use my dog as a lawyer before I use him again.

Inquiring about a child with major disabilities to retain help is hard. As a parent it feels like your speaking of your child in a negatively eventhough you aren't. To have to repeat it over and over again while looking for the right firm takes a toll. THIS FIRM WAS NOT IT! Not a shred of dignity or any type of bedside manner was shown at all. I had to ask myself "did that really just happen," when I ended the call.
