Terrible...they never answer or return any calls. She takes multiple cases at the same time and cannot handle them all, so she won't focus on your case. Hire a firm with multiple lawyers that will care about you and help you win your case.

She is a very good lawyer I trust her and she gives me the best advice. The first time I went to her I was very upset and I am deeply sorry for the first review I left. She tells you the truth and she won’t steer you wrong. She is the only family lawyer I will ever go to. She made me feel better after talking to her and she told me to call her if I have any more questions. The last time I gave her a bad review but I was not my self at all, I knew deep down she would help me if she could but at the time I thought she was hurting me on purpose but depression can make you think bad things and I am so sorry.

If you're looking for a lawfirm that covers the bare minimum for a reasonable price then I'd look elsewhere because Jason Dibble couldn't even provide that for me. Almost a full year after dealing with Wallace & Dibble, LLC I am still trying to clean up the mess that they left me with. Lazy and unprofessional.

For a number of weeks prior to our custody trial, he didn't answer emails or calls with two exceptions. Two weeks before our trial, I sent an email and got an auto-responder saying he would be back from vacation the day before our pretrial statement was due. He actually didn't turn in any of the evidence with the statement so the judge didn't see any of the three inch thick pile of evidence I had prepared and organized into a google drive. So all he really ever got during our two days of trial was a he said/she said argument with nothing to back it up - except for the incomplete, chauvinistic custody evaluation. Twice, this attorney replied to my emails in the last month and he directed me to file PFAs on my son's behalf which I was reprimanded for in the courtroom because that wasn't the correct motion to make in a custody situation. Meanwhile the attorney was home packing his bags for a vacation. He just didn't want to be bothered and the judge ultimately accused me of misusing the legal system to wrongfully withhold custody. He allowed a custody evaluation that wasn't even completed (the broad-based personality assessments and parenting questionnaires weren't completed by "father"), to be admitted to court. I paid $7,000 to get that evaluation because the father is mentally ill and poses a threat to my child's safety! Everyone from the doctor to the judge to this attorney, treated these evaluations like their just some kind of expensive joke. I really don't think anyone in the legal system cares about the well-being of a child, certainly not mine. They're all collecting paychecks but no one is doing their job... Unfortunately, my little boy is the one who has to endure the heinous abuse of his biological perpetrator for the next nine years!

Do not hire her. Melinda does not keep you updated or inform you of anything going on with your case. She would not respond to calls, emails, or texts for weeks at a time. I would end up asking my ex what certain papers were and what I needed to do. She works at the pace that is convenient for her. It would take her months to send one letter to my ex’s attorney….but as soon as I fired her, the motion to be removed and done with me took her ONLY ONE DAY to get handled. I’m not sure who I hated more during this process, her or my ex…it was a tie most days. Save yourself the frustration and don’t use her. Hopefully I have saved someone from going through the torture I went through. 💞

Nasty divorce and custody issues, Theresa was NO help at all. She did not advocate for my children and me. She believed the lying counsel of my ex over me. Kept remaining retainer even though she did nothing to move my case along.

She is so amazing and caring. She doesn't over charge like some other attorneys. She sincerely cares about her clients and asks questions. She even gave me a ride once to her office from the court house. I finally got primary custody of my son after fighting for it for around 4 years. Laura is professional, organized and absolutely has calls returned in a reasonable amount of time . She listens and can be compassionate at times. With that being said I would not recommend her if you are a male dealing with a PFA being filed. I never abused my wife in 11 yrs of marriage. I did not abuse her physically, emotionally, verbally or financially. I had a PFA filed and when it was served to me it was of a denied PFA because the judge saw right through it. However, due to persistence by outside pressures and the coaching by counselors at the Women's Resource Center , another one was filed with a couple of blatant and obvious lies and was granted. I hired Attorney Robbins to fight the PFA. The agreement was to fight it. I was devastated to even have my name in the same sentence with abuser or wife beater. When we got to court, Laura cowered to pressure from the Women's Resource Center and Assistant Prosecutor. I had only been to court a few time and never for a charge of abuse. Laura decided I should plead guilty. Her explanation was that if they can convince or prove of even one incident of abuse and I plead not guilty that it would be bad. I admit I forget the exact consequences. This happened several years ago and I have learned a lot since then. In the county in Pennsylvania that I live in now, my wife would not even have been granted a PFA or her PFA would have quickly been denied. Yet, due to inexperience in life and law I listed to Laura and plead guilty. She convinced me by asked Ng if I had ever raised my voice at my wife, now ex....I said well yes, but rarely and I did not yell or step or call her names. Laura said something like but you raised your voice and that's enough. Now, in Laura's defense, when this happened, abuse by men was a hot topic in Centre County. A retired State Trooper had around that time gone into a Weis Market in Philipsburg and shot his estranged wife. In a custody exchange a man shot and killed his ex wife at a Sheetz on Buffalo Run Road. As you can see I'm being honest and explaining the whole story. But the thing is, I really did not abuse my ex. In fact a couple times she abused me and even got a summons from a state Trooper for smacking, hitting and scratching me up. We should of fought it, she should of fought it. Does anyone understand the consequences of a PFA being granted by a judge during a separation, custody and divorce. I'm not even going to describe or explain how bad pleading guilty to that PFA did that day, I could write a small book about all the consequences that followed. A couple of quick highlights...In the very beginning of this s mess it became a major issue to even see my kids. I also could not work certain community service events that I like doing and lost many job opportunities. It got worse from there. I cannot speak to how well she does with custody and alimony, I did not use her for that. As for tough cases, fighting false PDA's, no way. Also if I could go back in time I would file for malpractice.

I must say how much I appreciate Laura and her attentiveness to her clients. She was the fourth attorney I saw in State college and the one that got my divorce finalized. I did some of the work to eliminate cost, but she made this happen. I knew after our first consultation that she had empathy and understanding of my situation. Very controling. Not out for your best interest. Makes many mistakes. Also over charges and double charges. Does not consult with you before proceeding. Waits till the last minute and doesn't give the full information. Regularly asks for postpontments. Charges for research. Also tells the client what to do, forgetting that she work for you not the other way around. Definitely won't be using again.

No one ever wants to have to go through a divorce, but if you do, Kristen and Shah Law Group are the people you want to call. They were always very responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and worked with me even after all was said and done. I always was able to speak directly with Kristen. I was never pushed off to someone else. I trusted their advice and they steered me in the right direction. I formed a great relationship with them and still feel comfortable calling with any questions. I had a full blown custody trial with Ashley. I have a lot of experience in the courtroom. In fact I fired my previous attorney I had and hired her to take over the case. In my case Ashley was the last line of defense for my children. I say my case but this wasn’t my case. This case was my children’s case. Ashley has impacted me in a way I can’t explain. She did exactly what I hoped for and went above and beyond for my children. I don’t know where her career will lead her but she will have me as a client to whatever law firm she may be with for the rest of her career. She is an amazing trial attorney which is truly the highest of compliment I can give to any attorney. Any attorney can settle cases as it doesn't require a tenth of the effort and work that a trial would take. A trial attorney is where the elite stand and that is where Ashley is in my book. She put countless of hours of work into my case and all of that showed on display during my custody trial. Yes we won the trial but more importantly it was her presentation, compassion, and hard work that impressed me the most. She is a quick thinker on her feet which is another ingredient to be a great trial attorney. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Never once did this woman even try to "get to know" me, my children, and our needs and wants. As such, I lost primary custody. She never fought very diligently for our side in mediation, giving in to all of the other side's demands. Then, on top of EVERYTHING else, she left the Myers Law Group to become employed by "the ex's" law firm, Cordell & Cordell with no notice!!! They *say* that my info, little as it is, will be confidential, but we ALL have heard of "water cooler chat," now, haven't we?? I do NOT recommend her.

Over the past five years I have tried time after time to resolve custody issues for my two children with a previous attorney. I requested Jennifer's services to help me respond to a divorce proceeding and determine jurisdiction for a case. You expect a basic level of client service form any attorney, but this was severely missing from Ms. Dumin. I never received a briefing anytime before our court date. She was not readily available over email, as I had to send multiple follow ups. She came to court wholly unprepared and very flustered. She could not even answer basic questions on my behalf leaving me stranded and embarrassed. I understand that you are the legal expert but your clients are not idiots and it is your duty to keep them informed and step up as a professional. This was a disgusting experience through and through. I am surprised she is not immediately disbarred. The firm also had the nerve to try and charge me full price for the judge appearance knowing that I did not receive a proper deposition. I had to advocate for decreased charges. Ms Dumin, please don't practice law ever again, or work on your client service especially with "diverse" clients. We're not all stupid and you are not this god that is above approach. Humble yourself.

He’s not the kinda of attorney that will make false promises for you to hire him. He’s very honest and up front. He also focuses on the big picture and how a judge will see things. He’s very knowledgeable on the laws. All around he’s a good attorney. We have kept him on retainer for two years now for child custody purposes and he has yet to let us Down. I hired Jill on a two occasions and both were criminal. Jill did an amazing job in both cases. The first case I had all of my major charges dropped which would have resulted in jail time. The second case, Jill did another amazing job. I was looking at a few years in a state facility and Jill ended up working with the DA for me and getting me into a treatment program. Jill is a very knowledgeable person and she goes out of her way to please all of her clients. I, in fact chose Jill over a lot of other high profile lawyers because of her track record and from recommendations from other lawyers in the area that are personal friends.

She never pushed me to make a decision, but presented the facts along with my options and allowed me to decide. I am currently involved in a custody battle with the father of my son. I hired ms. lubin off of the pro bono reduced lawyer list. Let me tell you she is one of the BEST lawyers we could find. we had already been recomended a rebecca fegnoletto (sp?) and she turned out to be one of the WORST! i have to say despite ms. lubin's thirst for cash she really turned out to be the absolut best choice for me!

My husband and I couldn’t be more satisfied with Scaringi Law. Both phenomenal and professional. Working with Jeff Schott on our exemptions was such a great experience during a very stressful time. Jeff went above and beyond to help us. Between my medical conditions and still not knowing how much longer it would be until I can go back to work, there was a higher chance we would be so deep in debt since we were down to one salary. Jeff worked hard and fast on my husband’s religious exemption, as his company was asking for a lot with little time. Everything went through perfectly and my husband actually just hit his 20th year with his company.’ And taking the stress off of me as I was battling and am still battling another major surgery coming up no doubt has helped me to continue to fight without worrying about my whether or not we’ll have the money for my all natural treatments. I have recommended Jeff to many people and he also helped get our Aunt’s exemption through at a different healthcare facility, she is a one household income for her daughter and herself. I have to say after a very very long drawn out divorce. With appeal after appeal. Linda was the constant professional dealing with an extremely difficult opposing counsel. Elizabeth Beroes and her team were terrific to work with. As the executor for my father's estate, I found the inheritance tax process daunting and quite confusing. The Beroes Law Center relieved me of that burden. I simply brought in my files and they took care of the rest including the property deed work. I only needed to come into the office twice. Elizabeth and her team completed all the necessary forms and filing very quickly, so that I was able to get the discount on my inheritance tax. For this type of work with the Allegheny County Probate Court, I highly recommend this firm.

I retained Lance Nelson as my divorce attorney a little over a year ago. Throughout the year he provided me with complete feedback on a regular basis and represented me very well. His staff went above and beyond! My divorce was final in November of this past year and everything turned out successfully With a reasonable settlement, I can’t recommend Lance highly highly enough. He’s outstanding in every way and beyond reproach .I would recommend them to anyone who is in the unfortunate situation of going through a divorce.

I highly suspect the 5 star reviews are fake. They keep you in the dark, hold internal meetings without your awareness and make decisions without your input or knowledge (only to learn about it at the next billing cycle) and are very, very difficult to get hold of. Almost all emails are met with out of office replies and no voicemails ever responded to. When a status hearing I did not know existed was extended by my attorney without my knowledge (only to learn this in the next billing cycle) and saw my attorney had answers to interrogatories for nearly a month without telling me only to discover this from OJS = you're fired. OJS literally laughed and smiled... like yeah good luck with that, seemed par for the course. Not to mention a strong, positive person for my case was not contacted three separate times my lawyer told me he would, only for him to say when I finally called him out that he didn't think he was important, is more than messed up, it's unethical = you're fired. Didn't trust me, and didn't even contact the person... so how would you know? That's just a small piece. I highly do not recommend this "law" firm.

I gave him an average rating only because he did get the job done after months and months of back n forth emails and a lot of ignoring my emails, if he didn't know what I meant in my emails he would just ignore them instead of asking me, seems like he procrastinated a lot... But at the end he did get my case handled except at the end I had to beg for my remaining retainer back, I seen a disciplinary board online about him which I still took my chances with him being he was one of the cheapest attorneys around... But take this review as you will and make your own choice on hiring mr. john foster...!

Our experience with Ms. Laskowitz was exceptional. She was very professional, brought clarity to our discussions and was accessible. She treated us with fairness and understanding. She listened and advised with integrity a strategic plan for our complex case while she and her team worked in a timely manner to execute and connect with the necessary parties. She was empathetic to our financial situation and was gracious with our cost and time spent on our case. Our only wish was that the outcome would have been in our favor at our initial attempt, which wasn't due to her lack of trying. We will continue to work with her throughout this custody process. We are grateful for her willingness to see this through with us.

Went with my newly married grandson, his wife, my son, his wife and little girl, another grandson( that takes his dates there) my daughter and myself. Orders were across the board and all were excellent. My son and family are going to add this place to one of their regular favorites. They eat out at least 3 times a week
