Sean Aiello worked with our attorney Brad Carter in representing my son.
Sean has a very pleasant way about him and it is easy to feel comfortable in his presence.
Their diligence and dedication to represent my son is what we received from their team. We never saw the hours spent preparing for court appearances nor the times spent speaking with the plaintiff’s attorneys; yet, we know all this was instrumental in negotiating the favorable outcome in the Civil Lawsuit against my son.
It took two years for the case to be settled in our favor.
Sean’s assistance in this case for my son was due to his and Brad’s expertise in law, research, skilled collaboration and attention to detail were sure components to him being able to deliver the best solution possible for my son. He was not the lead attorney but whenever we met with them, it was obvious he was an intricate part of the process in turning this in my son’s favor. They were prompt in relaying information regarding any new developments and any court related issues.
The day we met to retain Brad Carter and Sean was a very dark day for us. It was like walking in the dark; groping for a glimmer of light and direction out of this deep hole my son had fallen in. In his sympathetic way, we got that glimmer of light we had hoped for; though he laid out the worst case scenario, we felt confident that we had been led to the right place. We were not made any promises, but that they team would represent my son with the goal of getting the best result.
When people come to an attorney seeking counsel, the response of that attorney should be as reassuring as possible that he/she is on their team. We were not given false hope. Yet, we felt some relieve knowing that Sean Aiello and Brad Carter would be doing everything they could to represent my son well.
I close adding, they not only represented my son in such an excellent way that leaves us feeling forever grateful , but they also represented their profession and their law firm to a high level of honor. I admire and think highly of these two men knowing that though they may have had some personal reservations regarding some of the details in the case, it never hindered their acts of professionalism.
I pray that, I nor any of my family will ever have a need to be represented in a court of law again; but should I ever know of someone who does, I think I could honestly refer them to Sean Aiello.

I remember the day I was referred to Mrs.Gordon I was in a very dark space, 100% depressed, and ready to just give up. Mrs. Gordon listened to my concerns and situations. I had multiple child support cases that were very expensive causing me to constantly fall behind. Not to mention I suffered a major injury yet bills and child support continued to pile up. I didn't know what I was going to do. Needless to say Mrs. Gordon had a plan and she began work on a long and lengthy process. I'll spare those details, let's just say I have never had the experience of having a lawyer that was compassionate, caring, and an just an all around good person. I highly recommend hiring Mrs. Gordon. Not only did she help me get through some very tuff times she got my payments reduced to some thing I can manage. I came in to speak with Mrs. Gordon about a case of mistaken identity on a DNA test. She was extremely understanding and very empathetic about the whole situation. When it came time for court we spoke briefly then she spoke with the judge. When she came back to speak with she informed that I would have to take one more DNA test and she explained my situation to the judge. She assured me that this would be the only time I would have to take another one. Fast forward to the next court date and after the judge does roll call and spoke with the clerk she tells me everything has been dismissed and I'm free to go.

I was maliciously attacked by a room mate that knew ways in which to manipulate the boundaries of the law for his personal spite towards me. Having been referred to by a neighbor I sought out Mrs Gordon for legal help after this room mate filed a false order of protection against me. Upon meeting and reviewing my case, I had instant confidence in her ability. That confidence showed in the court room as in the middle of proceedings, the judge stopped the hearing and dismissed all allegations that had been placed on me calling all charges against me ridiculous.

As in the last review I too hired Edward at the lowest point in my life. He was very good with me and let me know what my options were right away. She had a ruthless lawyer and he handled her very well. We all know the system isn’t set up to settle these issues easily and if your spouse is uncooperative it can be tough, but Edward calmed me and kept me going. He is a great guy and friend. I hired Mr.Porter at one of my lowest moments in life during the divorce, he was there to calm and give me real and honest advice and expectations about what was to come.. He was there every step of the way for me when i felt so alone in more ways then one.. I would refer anyone i know to Mr.Porter who is going through a divorce. What can I say...Chad is more to me than just my attorney. My case was long, drawn out and very emotional. Not only was he able to get me an outcome that I was very happy with, he was always there for me when I just needed to "vent". When I was looking for an attorney, I literally opened the phone book and ran my finger down the list of names and called the first one I stopped on, it was Chad. I truly believe that God lead me to him particularly because He knew that Chad was the only person that could keep me calm and grounded through my ordeal. When deciding to advertise that I had a small house ready for renters, many friends advised me to have a legal arrangement. They told me horror stories of how their renters destroyed their property and how renters collected damages when various unforeseen events damaged their property. I heard that it was hard to evict a renter if a legal agreement was not made. Jake was a life saver. I had no idea where to begin. He covered all the basics and things I would never have thought about but could become a big problem if Jake had not included the possibilities. My friends wished they had made a legal agreement when deciding to have renters on their property. Jake was knowledgeable and had my best interest his top priority. I will no doubt be contacting Jake next time I have legal implications.

Mr. Judkins assisted me in winning a case in 6 months where a previous attorney that had had my case for over 2 years had failed and refused to carry on any further. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and communicated well with me. His entire staff was very professional and seemed glad to assist me at every turn. As this was a social security disability case he didn't stand to make a ton of money off his labors yet he worked as if he did. This has been my first experience meeting with a lawyer. Surprisingly, my meeting with Jason went so well. It was very informative and educational. After listening to my situation patiently, he advised me on what steps I need to take to protect my children and myself in my pending divorce case.

I went to him concerning a custody issue after I was pretty much told by another lawyer that my children's emotional feelings were irrelavent & I had no argument as long as they were not coming home bruised or physically broken. He took the time to talk with my children. He fought for my children's rights & he is - in my book - a child advocate. He was very informative & great with the kids. I had a problem with a matter concerning child support and there was immediate urgency in the matter. Court was going to present my case within five days. By chance, I ran into Mr. Dupree and he reviewed my file. He listened and assessed my situation. Then he crafted a solution and told me what to do (He told me to do very few things - for the most part he worked his magic :-). Mr. Dupree went to court and got the child support matter dismissed.
If you want a great attorney who is extremely knowledgable of the law and skillful in executing a winning strategy for his clients, hire him. He is great at what he does. I recommend Mr. Dupree whole-heartedly in any aspect of the law.
