The attorney manipulated his client by not disclosing cost on his end and cost for supervised visits at $400 an hour. Kids are back in an unsafe environment since attorney refused to go to court. Paid $13,000.00 and came away with nothing. My children are in danger and this attorney only cares about money and how many cases he can close in a 3 month period.

Robert and Alysha are great and accomplished what a lot of people told me was almost impossible. I sold a car a few years ago and the person never registered the car and had an accident while it was still registered under me. Almost a year later I find of that my license was revoked. I didn't have proof that I had sold the car. I had over ten thousand dollars in damages that i would have to pay before getting my license back. I was charged with a class d felony. Tammy didn’t look at me as just another client or another paycheck. She treated me and my family like her own. From the beginning I was looking at 2 years in jail and it was more or less certain that I was going to spend a good amount of time in jail. I settled on the first plea deal we got and it involved no jail time at all. She went above and beyond in every aspect of this case. Where most attorneys will stop at a certified letter or a notarized note she went a step further and had them come in to testify. She really put her time and effort into getting the best possible outcome for my family. I didn’t get to see my wife or children for three months and she made it her mission to reunite us all. This morning they moved back in. I cannot speak higher of Tammy. There are no amount of words I have to give her the credit she deserves. She is and will always be a part of our Little family.

I'm a single father who has been through countless false accusations by the mother of my child. My son's mother wanted to pass my son off as another man's that she had been dating on and off for years. She started all of the false accusations right after I had her served with court papers to see my son for the first time and be involved in his life as his father. Attorney Huddleston was in my corner every step of the way and fought hard for me and my little man. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have even had the chance to meet my son, know what he looked like, bond with him, or anything. It is because of Attorney Huddleston that my son and I were granted 50/50 joint custody time together and get to enjoy our favorite meal of tacos together! I am so grateful to Attorney Huddleston for all of his help. I have worked with some lawyers who have taken my money but then only half represented me in hopes of getting more money or flat out failed me in court costing me more money and then they have had the nerve to demand more money from me after their complete failure. It's downright unethical and immoral. Attorney Huddleston is not that kind of attorney and any money spent for his services is well worth it. He really does put his all into fighting for his clients. Even though I am still fighting in court against false accusations from the mother of my son claiming that I am molesting my son, beating him, and abusing him mentally, while she continues to refuse to bring him to pick ups and drop offs, slander me to doctors and therapists that she's set up for our son, and continues to file orders of protection (all dismissed) with her 4th one just dismissed recently, and not knowing how my son is doing or haven't seen him since October, I still hold true to faith that something will change. Having Attorney Huddleston in my corner through it all has truly been a blessing. If you need a lawyer who will go into the court fighting hard for you and for what's morally & legally right, choose Attorney Huddleston. I did and I don't regret it one bit. Donna was my attorney through a two year fight with a very contentious ex wife and her equally contentious attorney.
Everything from 50/50 custody to every financial decision (including the realtor chosen to sell the marital home) was fought for or had to be decided by the court because of my ex and her attorney.
After a long and drawn out process I got the 50/50 custody that I wanted and am much better off financially than I could have ever imagined at the start of this process.
Furthermore, Donna was very good at talking me through the process and calming me when I felt overwhelmed or just wanted to cave to their scare tactics. This saved me thousands of dollars and helped me through this emotionally.
I couldn't have asked for anything more from an attorney than what I received by hiring Donna.

Honestly, I have went through many experiences with lawyers, and so far only Mingy has worked to my expectations. She answers phone calls, if not she definitely calls you back. My son was arrested on a weekend on a mistaken identity, and Janie's first comment was "I've got this." She went to court on Monday morning, had the warrant and extradition recalled that morning, and worked non-stop to have him released in another state - all two days prior to July 4, with everyone else headed out of town. At the follow-up court hearing, all was dismissed. Janie was incredibly knowledgeable and prepared, which contributed greatly to the speed of handling the case. There are not enough stars for her.

I was arrested on November 12th 2015 in Oregon on an outstanding warrant for Probation Violation from Chattanooga, TN. I was extradited back to TN. My 85 year old Father and I live in Pennsylvania. We had a family member who lived in Tennessee with which we needed to bring legal action against. Sean Aiello worked with our attorney Brad Carter in representing my son.
Sean has a very pleasant way about him and it is easy to feel comfortable in his presence.
Their diligence and dedication to represent my son is what we received from their team. We never saw the hours spent preparing for court appearances nor the times spent speaking with the plaintiff’s attorneys; yet, we know all this was instrumental in negotiating the favorable outcome in the Civil Lawsuit against my son.
It took two years for the case to be settled in our favor.
Sean’s assistance in this case for my son was due to his and Brad’s expertise in law, research, skilled collaboration and attention to detail were sure components to him being able to deliver the best solution possible for my son. He was not the lead attorney but whenever we met with them, it was obvious he was an intricate part of the process in turning this in my son’s favor. When people come to an attorney seeking counsel, the response of that attorney should be as reassuring as possible that he/she is on their team. We were not given false hope. Yet, we felt some relieve knowing that Sean Aiello and Brad Carter would be doing everything they could to represent my son well.
I close adding, they not only represented my son in such an excellent way that leaves us feeling forever grateful , but they also represented their profession and their law firm to a high level of honor. I admire and think highly of these two men knowing that though they may have had some personal reservations regarding some of the details in the case, it never hindered their acts of professionalism.

I remember the day I was referred to Mrs.Gordon I was in a very dark space, 100% depressed, and ready to just give up. Mrs. Gordon listened to my concerns and situations. I had multiple child support cases that were very expensive causing me to constantly fall behind. Not to mention I suffered a major injury yet bills and child support continued to pile up. I came in to speak with Mrs. Gordon about a case of mistaken identity on a DNA test. She was extremely understanding and very empathetic about the whole situation. When it came time for court we spoke briefly then she spoke with the judge. When she came back to speak with she informed that I would have to take one more DNA test and she explained my situation to the judge. She assured me that this would be the only time I would have to take another one. Fast forward to the next court date and after the judge does roll call and spoke with the clerk she tells me everything has been dismissed and I'm free to go.

I was maliciously attacked by a room mate that knew ways in which to manipulate the boundaries of the law for his personal spite towards me. Having been referred to by a neighbor I sought out Mrs Gordon for legal help after this room mate filed a false order of protection against me.
