Mark Dunevant was recommended to me by a long-time friend and her lawyer husband after I was served with papers in a civil suit. I found Mark to be very professional and thorough in all my dealings with him. He was fair in his assessment of my case and many times told me things I did not want to hear, but ultimately his counsel was always correct. Mark explained any legalese in a manner that a layman like me could understand, but was never condescending. He is friendly, personable, and very capable. I firmly believe the plaintiff's lawyer was outmatched by Mr. Dunevant, which, over time, contributed greatly to a mutually agreed upon settlement between the two parties. Mark Dunevant is hands down the best divorce lawyer in the area! Mark helped make a difficult time bearable. He listened, guided, and fought for me to have the best outcome possible. After an almost 27 year marriage ended in divorce, Mark helped secure my future financially! In negotiating with the opposing attorney he was calm and confident even when my emotions were not! He knew when to push for more and when to encourage me to take advantage of a negotiated decision. He helped me settle my divorce without going to court and come away with more to secure my future! I had a lengthy property settlement & divorce. And it was because of her that we were able to keep it as amicable as possible. She first helped me through the Property Settlement. Followed by guiding me through the Divorce that followed. Patience was the key to my particular situation. But I know ifthe situation had called for more feistiness, she would have been right at my side for that, too. Everything is finalized now. And I know things would have been far worse and more stressful if I hadn't had her in my corner.
Everyone at NOVA Legal Professionals that I've spoken with is kind and knowledgeable. I spoke most often with Corrie and Brenda Membreno (paralegal). Separation and divorce are, by their nature, unpleasant and emotional situations. But they were amazing at helping that sometimes complicated situation feel less overwhelming.
She was the only attorney I have ever hired on my own, for any situation. But I did a lot of research before I did so and I read a lot of reviews. Her specialties and the other reviews seemed to say she'd be a good match for my situation. And the consultation I had with her confirmed that for me. Divorce lends itself to a lot of complicated feelings, but hiring her was never one I felt torn about. I'll always be grateful to her for helping me through this.

Corrie was incredible to work with, you can believe everything they say on their website. She treated me and my divorce case with compassion, respect, understanding, and honesty. In my opinion, honesty shouldn't be understated in today's world. I happily settled in mediation. She was very well prepared for any eventuality that could come up. We used most of her preparation too. The opposing attorney wasn't as well prepared, and it made all the difference in the world for me and my case. I feel for anyone going through a divorce but very highly recommend Corrie Sirkin and Nova Legal Professionals!

Frugal Legal Services should be the staple for how all parents are represented in custody cases. Ms. Burroughs worked hard and diligently on my case and set realistic expectations. My case had a ton of unrelated issues to custody and Ms. Burroughs was completely understanding and worked through our nearly 9 month case. Ms. Burroughs is a magical and enlightening person who gets results. I went from having no contact with my children to now everything is 50/50 and I get to see my sons every other week and have the assurance that no one should be able to change that. The only shame here is that I can only give Ms. Burroughs and Frugal Legal Services 5 stars because it doesn’t let you show off the absolute brilliance of the firm or Ms. Burroughs. Ms. Burroughs and Frugal Legal Services are the prime and top option of any family matters should anyone require those services. I will recommend them for my entire life because of the amazing work that was done.

Sarah stepped in to help me when I had no one to turn too. I could not find my previous attorney who was working my case and in desperation I came across Sarah with Manassas Law Group. I had a mistameanir in virginia on my way home to Illinois, was not aware of the sudden change of speed limit, when i was presented with a mistameanir and a court date, of course i was devastated. I reached out to Miss Kimberly Phillips, and Esha, and i have to admit Esha was caring and professional with all the information i needed, and Miss Kimberly phillips took care of case at court and bought the mistameanir to a ticket violation. The fine was bought down to 250.00 and i did not have to return to virginia. I really do not think i will ho back after the scare, but i highly recommend Miss Kimberly and Esha, they know what they are doing, and truely took my case in there hands.
Thank You Miss Kimberly and Miss Esha from the Bostom of my heart. I appreciate you both.

I started to used Rhonda after my divorce was final and there were items in the MSA that were not being followed. She is an incredible attorney that gets things done quickly and efficiently. One of the things I appreciate the most is that I do not have to wait long for a response; many times you are waiting and re-calling/checking on items. She works fast to get things accomplished. I know whatever I bring to her she will take care of in the best way possible and in a timely manner.

Eric Demetriades with the Marquis Lw Group is the most competent lawyer I’ve ever met. I was arrested for a complicated DUI case, which he handled flawlessly. From the first consultation to the final hearing, he was there to answer all my questions and got back to me expeditiously. Eric suggested a continuance to give me time to follow his recommendations which proved to be the right path. On each of the two days I was to be in court we had great pre-trial conversations which put my mind at ease. In court he was communicative and explained his expectations. His ability to work with the prosecutor and show the positive steps I had taken (Eric’s advice) yielded 100% of the sentence suspended with minimal fines. I couldn’t ask for a better attorney or result.

My brother was hit in the of his truck on duty. The defendant and the cop in charge of reporting the crime to the court have tried to intimidate and blame my brother to be at fault of the incident. We asked for Mr. Yeargan’s help and he fully represented my brother and won the case. My brother was not found guilty in anyways.

Mr. Beale has been assisting me with a very painful, complicated, and unexpected divorce case involving shared tax debt, a co-owned business, and the custodial arrangements for 4 homeschooled children between the ages of 4 and 13. I have found him to be sensitive to my emotional trauma, knowledgable, professional and yet approachable in his demeanor, honest in his assessments, responsive to my calls and texts, and reasonable and transparent in his billing.
He helped me find a private investigator who was efficient and effective in confirming the suspected adultery. He was always receptive to, and respectful of, my input. He reviewed written exchanges between myself and my estranged spouse to assess the nature of our relationship and of our disagreements, and to protect me from conveying things that could be misunderstood or misconstrued. He encouraged me to stand up for myself, while helping me keep my focus on the most important aspect of the situation - the wellbeing of our children.
Due to the high costs of divorce cases, from the beginning, Mr. Beale encouraged me to pursue mediation before involving the courts. He recommended two different mediation groups, and was open to helping me prepare my position for presentation to those parties, either with or without his attendance. I was warned many times by others I was speaking with that attorneys commonly drive these cases into the courts and bleed you dry. But Mr. Beale never encouraged that, and has always respected and supported my desire to avoid unnecessary formal litigation. I have always felt that he legitimately cared about my wellbeing and my financial security, and that he feels he does not need to take advantage of clients to support himself.
I have been pleased with Mr. Beale's service and advice, and would recommend him to friends and family without reservation.

I am in the trenches of a divorce. I have a 5 minute hearing via phone call to schedule a two hour circuit court hearing. I have a Caroline on retainer and its nearing its end of funds. I briefly had conversations with Caroline about POSSIBLY retaining other representation for a more aggressive attorney but nothing solidified. Caroline no shows to my 5 minute hearing/phone call. Even if she thought I had retained other representation which she knew I had not, she chose to not make time for me as a paying client. I am pretty surer this skirts the laws of some kind of malpractice. What is more is that Caroline nor anyone from Ambler warned me that they WOULD NOT continue representing me for trial. t would appear that Ambler Law is deathly afraid of trial. Now I find myself without representation as I am approaching my trial. As she is successfully avoiding helping a willing paying client or the court room. If you are navigating divorce and you seek representation that plays the terroristic game of practicing law to harass the other side of marriage to avoid trial then I would submit to you this is the law firm for you. If you seek representation that seeks not to get rich but to argue cases on behalf of those who seek justice, find someone else. Depending on how my trial and divorce goes, I may pursue taking Ambler law to trial or court for malpractice. Best of luck to you.

Mr. Daugherty handled multiple cases for me. I was involved in a very controversial separation to divorce. Although I tried to work with my ex toward an amenable resolution and get treatment for his addiction issues, my ex's family and the opposing lawyer made that difficult when they proceeded to file multiple fraudulent claims against me.
