I had a mistameanir in virginia on my way home to Illinois, was not aware of the sudden change of speed limit, when i was presented with a mistameanir and a court date, of course i was devastated. I reached out to Miss Kimberly Phillips, and Esha, and i have to admit Esha was caring and professional with all the information i needed, and Miss Kimberly phillips took care of case at court and bought the mistameanir to a ticket violation. The fine was bought down to 250.00 and i did not have to return to virginia. I really do not think i will ho back after the scare, but i highly recommend Miss Kimberly and Esha, they know what they are doing, and truely took my case in there hands.
Thank You Miss Kimberly and Miss Esha from the Bostom of my heart. I appreciate you both.

They charged me a consultation fee. Then when I was ready to move forward with the agreement, they told me I have to pay and get another consultation because the attorney I talked to is no longer working with them and that this was a “firm company policy” — as if it is some type of government regulation.
I am not sure how good attorneys they are since they never gave me a chance to work with them but judging from how unreasonable and uncooperative they are, I would say stay away from them.

There aren’t enough stars or a rating system sufficient to capture what Ariel and the team at Livesay and Myers did for me. Everyone from the front desk to the paralegals worked as a seamless unit, led by Ariel’s steady and capable hands. I originally hired Livesay & Myers based off their Google reviews I read when I got served divorce papers. I can say that I had nothing but a positive experience with the firm.
Ms. Stone Swart and Ms. Humiston were true professionals for the entire length of the case (which seemed like a lifetime!) however they stuck with me till the end. They were empathetic when needed but they also did a great job of keeping me in line when I was disagreeing with a certain path ("Look Scott, this is what the law states..."). Yup, got it!
Ms. Humiston was amazingly organized and helped keep me on target for due dates as well as explain what certain things meant.
Ms. Stone Swart was a pleasure to work with. She knew every inch of the law inside and out. Though my case got difficult (and I even gave her an escape route!) she stuck with me till the end.
I would not hesitate to work with both Dani and Amanda and the firm again.

Yancey and Zach are phenomenal attorneys and I couldn't be more pleased with the way that they handled my case. Grant and his team are an amazing group of people. Grant was able to step into my case midway and navigate through all the complexities with visitation, custody and financials relating to the PSA. He saved me time in court by being able to strongly negotiate my terms using various strategies to get the other side to come to terms. I especially found is demeanor to be most reassuring, he uses a fact-based approach to resolve issues and really stands his ground. He truly fought for me and my children. He also fought for my financial well being, he created agreements that stated remedies I could take on my own if the terms were defied. This helped preventing going back and forth in court. My family has been working with Phil Menke for nearly 3 years to resolve the probate of the estate of a cousin. Mr. Menke is so far behind in processing the estate that he has been censured by the probate court and had to pay numerous fines. He no longer responds to our emails in a timely fashion. Such a disappointment.

When you hear him say compassionately. He really lives his work ethic up to that standard. He goes over and beyond any lawyer iv ever attempted to talk to. And he is not afraid of a fight. Mcgraw law has been a heaven sent. Our situation (custody) has been extraordinary with many curve balls. Hes handled all of them with confidence even at times where i was extremely doubtful of my luck. He got me way more than what i expected and was incredible in the court room. Carole and her legal team are outstanding! Carole is a sharp strategist and truly cares for her clients. I always felt that my needs were met and she invested in me and my case. She was easily accessible, got back to me quickly and was aggressive in her approach with my particular case especially in the sensitive nature of child custody (main focus). Overall, Carole immediately recognized my ex-husbands personality issues/concerns and knew how to use this to our advantage (she was clearly very familiar with personality disorders as she used terms that only make sense for ‘insiders’ who have dealt with manipulative, aggressive people with power/control issues). Despite my complicated case, Carole significantly made progress towards a settlement by working with the opposing counselor and moving things forward. I was working with a different attorney and unfortunately, things weren't going anywhere for more than 6 months. When that attorney left the office and Carole was assigned to work on my case everything shifted for the better. She is very cooperative, responsive, and very approachable at any time to answer questions or even just rant about the situation. I gave them 1 star because I called to get my remaining balance to pay off. Their accounting person was awful and rude. She did not know what the fees are being charged for nor the remaining balance that I would had to speak to the lawyer handling the case to get the final balance. That was fine but why be nasty and rude if clients are asking. They really need to train their front office or accounting staff better customer service or how to properly talk to clients better. My husband called a second time and asked to speak to a specific paralegal or lawyer involved in the case to get the final balance and they mistakenly transferred him to this accounting person they had again. She was soo rude and spoke to us both slowly like you are talking to a 1st grader like we did not speak any English. I do not know if it’s because of our last name but we both were born in the states so there was no need to belittle people that are trying to pay off their remaining balance. Makes me think she speaks to all foreigners this way and everybody should be spoken with respect regardless what race, former or current client. We will not be using them ever again for any services knowing they have rude and nasty accounting or front office staff that are not properly trained. I will also be telling others I know about this awful experience.

Jason Weis represented me in a post-divorce matter to look at spousal support. This case was a bit more complicated and required hiring a couple experts and Jason was awesome throughout everything.
