I hired Caleb as my back up for amicable mediation. When this plan failed, Caleb stepped in as my full time lawyer. In the 2 year 9 month long divorce process, I was unbelievable impressed with Caleb (and Susan, his para-legal!).
There was no detail overlooked.
He was totally dedicated to representing my needs and more importantly, what was best for my three kids. He is a fierce negotiator which resulted in avoiding court and ended up with a fair and reasonable settlement. I HIGHLY recommend Caleb.

I found Caitlin to be honest and transparent while representing me in my highly combative and emotionally charged relocation trial. She was professional, thorough with her research, and was always prepared with a backup plan, and a back up plan to the back up plan.

Rich was by far the best attorney I have had! I was impressed by his knowledge of family law matters and his attentiveness to my case. He always kept me informed and was quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. He also genuinely made me feel cared for as a client as he helped navigate the challenges faced. The billing was phenomenal. Often that is one of the most stressful parts of a case. I had previously gone with a few attorneys who had excellent ratings and reviews and they left me wondering if there was a decent attorney out there. I quickly learned that good attorneys are hard to come by. Often I left stressed out of my mind and in worse shape than when I came in. When you are going through a tough case you need top notch representation for your mental and physical health. Looking back, most of the ratings were either from other attorneys or clients from simple and straightforward by the book cases. I appreciated speaking with Rich on a regular basis and forming a positive attorney client relationship until the end. Often you only see your attorney in court and otherwise speak with paralegals. Please do not hesitate to set-up a consultation with Rich. It will save you the time of having to go through multiple consultations to find the right one or multiple retainers as you change attorneys before your case is settled. Highly recommend.

After interviewing three other attorneys Karen was my choice. She asked good questions pertaining only to my case, she took good notes (in a note book not a laptop) and I didn't feel as though I was another number in the days quota.
I found Karen to be firm but fair in dealing with all that were involved and very helpful in guiding me to make the right decisions for my case to have the outcome that I was happy with.
The staff is professional and very friendly and good communication between all parties seems to be a priority. They make the office run flawlessly.

I really wish I knew what to say to describe my experience with Ross Amkraut. I can only convey the feelings that I experienced after each consult. Ross gave me strength throughout the beginning process of my divorce proceedings. Whenever I was feeling anxiety, it seemed as if he knew, and would call to inform me of updates in my case. I would highly recommend Lisa Elliot. She helped me through my divorce. She was very knowledgeable through the whole process. What I appreciated most about Lisa was how responsive she was. This is a very disrespectful law firm, they are very sloppy with their paperwork, emailing the wrong documents to the improper clients, poor response times, problems with payment, and their staff (sierra is the problem employee I spoke with) is grossly incompetent. Worst law firm in the country not just the state. Convinced me to accept a deal (for significantly less than they had originally advised I settle for and well below their “do not accept less than” prep talk) in mediation assuring me I would not be billed further and opposing attorney would handle all closing paperwork. Hen billed me again saying he didn’t do it right, then when I objected and reminded them of what was said, they doubled the bill and sent it again. ANYONE BUT THIS LAW FIRM, I was warned about them but unfortunately was too far in to back out and hire someone else. Any time I confronted them about anything they just threaten to withdraw and keep your money.

Going through a divorce, whilst separating from an unhealthy and confusing relationship is without a doubt one of the most painful experiences I’ve been through - emotional, confusing, and exhausting. Advice to anyone going through it - get professional help, do not try to DIY this. There’s too much complexity.
Deborah Gordon and her team were a perfect fit for me. I am highly, highly detail oriented and rather obsessive about getting everything right. Throw the emotion of a divorce into that and it’s enormously stressful. Deborah was stable and straight forward with her communication - clear and simple. She also balanced this with a strong degree of empathy along the way. There were times when I was clearly going around in circles in my head. She recognized this and was always able to provide clarity and calmness, so that we could move forward.

Tristan came across very sympathetic and caring during our first meeting when I was deciding to hire her or not. After that it all went down hill. During my legal separation she made many careless mistakes filling out paperwork and when mistakes were pointed out she was rude and short tempered. At one point she even sent me word documents and told me that I should make the corrections myself. She charged for time that she used to make corrections and withdrew as my representative before the final paperwork was even delivered to me. I had to hire another attorney to complete the work. I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for representation.

September 12th, 2022 police arrived at my door to tell me they were investigating sexual claims made against me, outlandish as they were I immediately panicked because as everyone knows, once these rise against you, you’re pretty much screwed. I immediately reached out to any attorney and was recommended Vindicate law, I spoke to the receptionist and explained the case and was assigned Carrie Fulton Brown. She accepted my case. The path to freedom was long and arduous. After the arraignment they told me I was facing 60 years in prison. Many continuations later, my anxiety and stress were at an all time high. Me and Carrie never really talked to each other about the case itself except a few times as my case was entirely hearsay, but because of the fact that it was from a minor the case was stacked against me 10 fold. Communication with Carrie was very rough, as most people sitting in the hot seat just want a shred or a glimmer of positivity but Carrie did NOT deliver on that front in the slightest. But that was okay, because she was dedicated to working against the state in a screwed up system. Most of the beginning of my case I knew most people and even Carrie didn’t believe me when I say I didn’t do it. Later on I passed 3 polygraph tests trying to prove I didn’t do it, and only after the 3rd one when I passed it with the actual prosecutor / State did Carrie tell me she strongly believes I didn’t do it. She gave me the best options to follow forward and going to trial with a minors words against mine was bleak, Carrie fought for the best outcome, I served 0 days in jail, no fees or Fines, Didn’t have to sign a sexual registry, all 4 counts were dropped to a Class C Abuse of a child. And 1 year of DOC Probation in which I spent 3 weeks on before the DOC discharged me from probation saying my crime didn’t fit criteria of having probation as I was a zero risk person and this was the only thing I’ve ever gotten on my record.
All said and done, I’m glad Carrie pulled through for me and allowed me to stay out of prison and remain with my family and to continue working she’s a tough person to understand and rough around the edges when talking to her but she’s nothing but business which is what you want in an attorney. Thanks Carrie for giving me my life back! 60 years was a long time to be away.

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for my situation shown by Carrie Fulton Brown from this Law Group. I entrusted her with my case, believing her promises of dedicated representation, and instead, I received nothing but empty words and an empty bank account. She happily accepted my retainer, and then proceeded to do absolutely nothing. During the 6 months period she was my attorney, before her withdrawal, phone calls went unanswered, meetings/appointments were canceled for no apparent reasons. No investigations were done on my case, she did not interview no witnesses, and the so called ”victim“. Furthermore, Carrie had the audacity to tell me I was borderline harassing her by calling her and her incompetent paralegal Lisa too much. She literally took my money and vanished into thin air. Carrie Fulton Brown is a trash of attorney. I suffered significantly due to her inaction, and I was left feeling completely abandoned and betrayed. I would strongly advise anyone considering hiring her to look elsewhere. Save your money, save your time, and save yourself the immense frustration and disappointment. She is a disgrace to the legal profession.
