As a lawyer and former client, it is my opinion Woods, Brangwin & Bratton is the best firm and has the best attorneys you will find in the Wenatchee Valley area. After consulting with a handful of other defense attorneys about my case, I decided to call Jeremy Burke. I wish I had called Mr. Burke first because he made all of my worries vanish within minutes and pointed out issues that I couldn't see, even with my training and experience. Mr. Burke also demonstrates the professional advocacy you would want to see from your attorney. To put it frankly, you cannot go wrong with being represented by anyone from Woods, Brangwin & Bratton. The office staff was amazing, they clearly explained me the process and sent me necessary forms to be filled before reviewing with the attorney and was able to setup an appointment soon. The attorney that I worked with reviewed the forms prior to a phone consultation and only asked relevant questions and was pleasant to work with. The attorney clearly explained any doubts that I had. I had reminder calls from the office before the day of the appointment, which is really appreciated. They clearly inform the things needed on the day of the appointment. Since there is so much work and planning done before the appointment, the actual appointment and the paper work is just quick, easy and efficient. Highly recommend them for your will and trust related needs.

Will Reingold was one of the attorneys who represented me in my divorce. Will’s overall attentiveness to the case and its myriad of deadlines demonstrated a high degree of detail-orientation that was incredibly reassuring during a very difficult period. It was a contentious case in which many motions were filed by both parties, which meant a lot of legal writing had to be done. Will’s writing was unfailingly crisp, concise (while still comprehensive), and persuasive. Through his writing I could tell how seriously he took my case, and how much he cared about the way his rhetoric would put me in a position to achieve a positive outcome. Additionally, the speed with which Will was able to produce incredibly well-written artifacts was equally impressive. If you are looking for someone to do excellent work for you, you will be hard pressed to find a better writer than Will.

I retained Kalka for assistance in fighting a protection order filed against me during a divorce case. Kalka was extremely thorough in gathering only the facts in the case. Though frustrated that I was having to spend time supplying information to defend myself against false allegations, Kalka was adamant in supplying her with all the information she would need to be successful in her defense. During our court appearance, Kalka arrived confident and prepared. She did an outstanding job of presenting the situation, stating the facts and providing all documentation to back up the facts, resulting in the case being dismissed. I am very grateful for her representation and would highly recommend her services to others.

Although my struggles are not over yet, Katherine got me out of one of the hardest possitions I ever dreamed of finding myself in.
She not only edgucated me on the Law but pulled me out of a corner I put myself in. Without her legal Aid, my voice would have never been properly heard.
I paid another lawyer twice what I paid Katherine just to jepurdise my case.
Let me just say without this Law Firm I may have never had the glimps of hope, I have for my child now. Thank you Katherine!!!

I had an emergancy, where my childs mother wanted to send a stranger out of no where, across states to transport our child... I sent madaline a Email as I was panicking. Wondering if I had to actually hand my child over to a stranger. She quickly got back to me at night time and said. No, you do not have to give your child to a stranger. Unless the BM is there.
I could not know where I would be without these 2, but if I had to guess. Without their quick thinking and fast preparation. Probably in a way worse place then I am now.

Tresa and her team are extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and have won for me every time in court. I first retained Tresa in 2021 and my ex has taken me to court at least 1-2 times per year since. Tresa won a contempt case against the mother, but more notably Tresa won a full trial to prevent child relocation. WA state relocation law favors the parent with more residential time and in my case that is the mother. I have a typical EOW and mid-week visit parenting plan. However, Tresa successfully won a full trial and prevented my ex from moving out of state with our child. Other attorneys told me I had a 10% chance to win just due to the law. Nonetheless, Tresa fought hard for me. She is absolutely fantastic and puts your wishes first. She’s extremely knowledgeable about family law and I would recommend her to anyone!

After interviewing a number of lawyers for my divorce I chose Jason for his directness and honesty about the situation.
Throughout the divorce process, the opposing attorneys tried to introduce external issues irrelevant to the divorce in an effort to prejudice the court against me. Jason made sure only relevant issues were considered, and we came out ahead every time
Jason worked hard to get an equitable settlement, working with the mediator to toss out ridiculous requests from the opposing party, and come to a reasonable agreement.
I always felt Jason had my best interests in every discussion with the opposition, and set my expectations appropriately even if the outcome might not be favorable to me.

We had a great experience with Kathleen and her office in the matter of a step-parent adoption. She was thorough in explaining the different types of step-parent adoption that could apply to our case (contested vs uncontested) and with her guidance, we were able to land on an uncontested case. She handled all the communication and paperwork with the additional parent. As this was during COVID, our hearing was held virtually, but it was a quick and easy process the whole way through.
