Miranda, Jonathan, and Noel are all amazing legal representatives and work as a team not only together, but with you as a client. We were at their mercy from across the country fighting for our rights and what is best for our family. Miranda took on our case within a 2 day notice, fought for us and with us until present day! Our only regret is that we can’t use her in TN, after her successful win for us. We had two other lawyers thru the yrs before this and felt unheard, often neglected, and over charged. Court is expensive no matter what… but with Baner and Baner we never regretted the fees due to the fight they fought, attention they paid, the outstanding service that went beyond the court room to even sharing tears thru the process. They are known as angels in our household who watched over us and still do to this day. We could be honest, even very blunt…and every word was heard. We were able to fight the best fight we could but maintain as much dignity throughout the process as one could have in a very difficult situation. We never had to depend on anything but the truth and the skill of the team at Baner and Baner. Miranda and Johnathan both appeared in court for us because if you hire one of them, you get both! I retained Mr. Shane to represent me to amend the parenting plan with my daughter's mother. I could go into all the piddly details but instead I will tell you that Mr. Shane is very good at what he does! He replies promptly to email, he returns phone calls. Yes, these are things that I would expect from an attorney but he definitely follows through. He explains why some things should be done a certain way. If you have an idea about something but he doesn't think it will help or improve your case, he doesn't just say no. Instead, he takes the time to explain why and ultimately, it's the clients' decision. We were able to get the parenting plan updated to satisfy what is in the best interest of my daughter. I would also comment that Jazmyn, Mr. Shane's paralegal, is excellent too. She took all of my calls and was able to put my mind at ease, which was often.

Walking into Rodi’s office for the first time, I was nervous. I was staring down what was certain to be a long, nasty, complex divorce and I needed to make sure I had the best representation possible. But, I also had to know I could trust and relate to whoever might provide that.
Rodi commanded the room with her presence, nevertheless, she immediately put me at ease. Within no time at all I could tell she understood where I was coming from, what my children and I were going through, and how my ex figured into these things. She got up to speed on my particularly complicated/unique situation extremely quickly, and I knew at once I had an ally. And a determined, smart, experienced, relentless, caring one at that. I knew she had my back from day one.
And she never once faltered. Through the countless, pointless and malicious deviations, distractions, and motions my ex threw up to complicate things; the endless diatribe of slander and lies, the messy and ugly, Rodi was my rock. Sarah was such an incredible resource for me in navigating my divorce. I didnt really know where to start looking for assistance with my divorce since I considered it fairly straightforward and originally decided to try to file paperwork and manage it myself. Halfway through the process I realized I had a lot of questions and needed some guidance. Thankfully, Sarah was recommended to me and within our 1 hour consult, I felt like I had clarity and a path forward. She took care of all the remaining paperwork and answered any questions that came up- it was such an incredible relief. The process was so much faster and easier than I imagined it would be because of the excellent legal advice and service Sarah provided. Sarah was amazing! I was served divorce papers and had to file on short notice for a temporary order. She was fast and thorough. Sarah was excellent at keeping in contact and she was extremely knowledgeable about the laws and what to include and what not to include in our parenting plan. Her prices were very fair. Although Nathan got me the initial paperwork the amount of money spent was not worth it. He failed to update the judge as required. Failed to submit paperwork I requested him too. Failed to explain billing. Failed to follow the judges order. Always wanted more and more money and accomplished nothing. Then when he wanted an additional 5 to ten thousand dollars and I just paid my rearage and refurbished my escrow he dumped me claiming it was not paid in time. Not true the payment through MI billing recieved the payment the morning of the 30th. Unless you have a fat wallet and can dump tens of thousands on these guys do not use them they are all about money with no results. 20,000 dollars later I get my butt chewed by the judge because Nathan did not do his job then dumped me with nothing to show but a twenty thousand dollar debt. Now I have to redo all of the paperwork myself thanks for nothing Nathan. Over billed with no results.

I wanted to share that the experience I had with the view ridge law- more specifiacally with the attorny Elaina T. was far from well. I had to end my session with her early and request my money back. I paid her to help me and instead she spent time telling me why I couldnt get what I wanted and defending the other party. I also found out she did not read all the paperwork I sent in which she claimed was irrelevant to the case which was entirely unture. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism and care that was given to me. Our meeting was not recorded so I was not able to prove that way she was speaking to me to her superiors. The only positive that came from this was that the office did refund me my money. I lost out on a very timely situation due to their lack of attention.

She is a competent attorney, but she told me so many times that she would do something that she never did. It was very frustrating, especially with the amount of money I was paying her.
Examples are she would tell me she would get back to me within a couple days and she wouldn’t, she said she would look into many things for me which she never did.
When going through a divorce you need an attorney who will do the things they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do them.

Mrs Kraine has been my lawyer for 5 years now, through 4 cases. When I first met her she was very quick and to the point. I was not sure she had heard me but I trusted my friend who had told me that she was the best and that I wouldn't want to go up against her. Mrs Kraine has never failed to prove just how true that is. That fighting, direct, to the point spirit that you see when you meet her is 100 times stronger when she is in court fighting what she calls " the big bad wolf for you". My last case I was served a 600 page document with multiple accounts of the other party claiming contempt of court. The lawyers both asked for more time to go through the paperwork. Then the judge asked for an extension on the case to go through the 1000 pages that were at her desk by the time it got to her. It took a month and a half for it to go to court. I thought I was done for. The other party had one of top top law firms fighting for them. But Mrs Kraine and her team never gave up on me. They went through every single page multiple times and tuned many of their own words against them. She knows what to fight and what not to fight. In the end the judge found no contempt of court. As Mrs Kraine always does, she will call after a case and celebrate all the little victories in the case. It feels great to see her get so excited about winning a case. It is important to document everything, get her the information she needs quickly and stick with the same lawyer through all your cases. I have won every case with Mrs Kraine fighting for me. I am so glad I chose her from the very beginning not knowing I was going to have to go through so much.

Based on some reviews, I was hesitate to have a consultation with Ms. Krane. However, I glad I did and hired her to help me prepare documents in my case. I could not have prepared them on my own. Ms. Krane took the time to explain each and every documents and what it was for and why I had to respond to each document. She helped me prepare a response and get them filed with the court. While Ms. Krane does have a very direct approach, I found it provided me with what I could expect in my case and how the case would proceed. Ms. Krane is very honest in providing information to her client to help them in the best way possible.

Refused to use evidence, exhibits and witnesses that could have and should have slammed shut my case on an abusive and Narcissistic ex-wife. David Kitchell was retained several years ago for a complex relocation case that spanned a lot of court activity, depositions, mediation, and arbitration sessions. David was prompt in his communication, did absolutely everything I expected and hoped for, and the outcome was in my favor. He is highly experienced and professionally firm in upholding our position. He has done an absolutely fantastic job at representing my point of view and that of my family. This case had a lot of curveballs but none posed a problem for David.
It was bitter-sweet asking Mr. Kitchell to withdraw as it has been a pleasure working with him (And his paralegal, Kim). Kim is an amazing paralegal that kept me up to date on everything, was prompt in getting things filed, copies issued, and when David was out for trials or otherwise unavailable, coordinated with partners to get prompt responses.
Not only do I highly recommend David, I have already referred a couple friends his way with custody matters. My only regret is that I hadn't hired him sooner, and instead went through several "high power" firms before landing on David.

Beware of bait and switch tactics used by this firm and Christopher Pitts. I recently was involved in a divorce/CIR settlement and, after a phone interview process, hired Christopher Pitts to represent me. I signed off on the agreement to have him represent me, and was immediately handed off to one of the firms more junior attorneys. No mention from the firm that I would not be working directly with Mr. Pitts, who I had hired. I asked why I wasn't talking directly to Mr Pitts, or ever hearing from him regarding my case, and was told that in the early stages it was less expensive to work with a more junior, less expensive attorney. However, this never changed. I never heard from Mr Pitts, not once, during the entire 6 month long process. Only that when I first heard from the more junior attorney, she told me she would be 'assisting' Mr. Pitts. Which would have been fine, if the person I had actually hired in the beginning, would have been the one I was truly being represented by during mediations and negotiations with the opposing counsel. I thought I was hiring the principal of the firm. I was not, and it ended up costing me pretty much everything I was fighting for.
