An absolute amazing man and a wonderful staff to match. I didn't know how to use technology when he helped me in my time of need. So this is a few years after the matter. My husband had just passed away and I found out the insurance company didn't want to pay up. My sister referred me to this angel. He got me my husband's policy I was owed. It was a hard time for me and I didn't know how to deal with this part and i was crying uncontrollably . He was so professional, yet an understanding human. He told me to ake all the time I needed, because the thought of signing these papers seemed so final on his death, that it was a realization to me that he was really never going to come back to me. It's going to be 8 years on the 24th of February. Not a day goes by that I remember the kindness that he and his staff gave me, as this was and still is the first REAL loss (close to me), that I've experienced. Michael helped my family with a complex out of state custody agreement. He is extremely thorough, thoughtful, and specific. He knows his stuff and is very truthful. He did not give me any false hopes.
He is consistently available and makes you feel important. He does not forget to return calls or emails. He is courteous and to the point. He sticks to the case and works quickly. Mr. Bergman handled my divorce and I feel he was G-d sent. Not only did he make my ex-husband's attorney look like an novice (which he is not) in every hearing but he truly placed my child's best interest in mind the whole time. This man is the true definition of "old school" law, where people respect each other, treat other with kindness and place ethics above all.

Sam was a relief from my crazy, stressful case. I went through a tough divorce, and things got really contentious. We thought things would be easy and amicable and then out of no where my ex started shutting down accounts, hiding money, and accusing me of everything he could think of.
