I want to thank God that we found Cindi ! When things look grim and hopeless for my daughter and children I believe we were guided to Cindi. I was referred to Andrew Lieberman by a personal friend. My family and I needed a probate attorney. We needed to settle my mother’s estate after she passed away. I looked for a probate attorney and they never got back with me after leaving several messages and I had to keep calling. When I did received a call back they did not explain the process just told me what their fee was and I had to pay it upfront. Needless to say I seek help from someone else. I am planning on taking the part 107 test. After scouring online and the more than plenty of useful information, I came to the conclusion that the Rupprecht Law, P.A. site is hands down the best out there. Easy to understand, straightforward Layman terminology. It gave me all of the information and study questions along with some pretty funny humor-based answers to some of my incorrect answer choices on the demo test.

Lisa is by far the best attorney I have worked with. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the law, competent, hard-working, determined, reasonably priced and genuinely cares about you and your case. I had an interstate case that was rather complex. After speaking with Lisa, I knew she was the best attorney for the job. I had called about 7 other attorneys and they were all confused about how to go about my case and they were hesitant as to my next step. Not Lisa! Lisa knew exactly what to do! She was an angel. She is also one of the hardest working attorneys I have ever encountered. At no time did I ever feel in the dark about what was going on. She kept me up to date on everything and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. She oftentimes worked from home into the wee hours of the night (thanks Lisa). Mr. Daniel Bachert successfully represented me since 2015 in my case. I was all ready divorced and my ex-husband wanted to modify the child support. Even though the child support was modified, Dan was able to prove that my ex-husband was not only failing to pay child support, but the alimony and the court-ordered school expenses for over 10 years were also in arrears. My ex-husband was also found in contempt for failure to provide documents relating to the children. Mr. Dan Bachert provided excellent representation and service. I hired Dan after attempting to file what I believed was a simple custody and support arrangement regarding my then 2 year old daughter. Her mother had started refusing to allow me to see her, even though I had been sending her money to help with my daughter's expenses. I filed the initial paperwork and attended the first mediation on my own, believing that it would be simple. We were only together a short time but were not married, and I wanted to help raise and provide for my daughter. Unfortunately, her mother wanted me to provide for both of them and was determined to keep me out of my daughter's life until I agreed to her demands. I hired Dan because I quickly found out that the system favors mothers, and despite my intent, I was not going to be a part of my daughter's life if I didn't get legal help. Dan put me at ease right away. He worked closely with me over the next few months attempting to come to an arrangement that worked. Unfortunately, my daughter's mother held her position, and ultimately we had to go to court. My daughter's mother was extremely unreasonable and grasping at straws, making her volatile and unpredictable, but Dan was prepared for every possibility. His knowledge and professionalism kept me and my then fiancé calm and collected throughout the process. In the end, not only did Dan negotiate true 50/50 shared custody and cost sharing, but due to his presentation of the facts, I picked up my daughter the very next day. This was more than I could have hoped for after 7 long months of not seeing her at all. I highly recommend Dan as his expertise guaranteed me the chance to help raise my daughter and ensured she is part of my family as well as her mom's.

I have used Lisa Coplan-Gardner on several occasions for child support issues. Every case has been ruled in my favor due to her hard-work, diligence and compassion. I always felt that my case was a priority for her and her entire staff. I have a special needs child and a complex case. At our initial consultation, before I even hired her, she began looking up information for me and guiding me. At no time did I ever feel that it was about money for her. I was surprised at her eagerness to help me, educate me and fight for me and my children. Her kindness, understanding and patience was a breath of fresh air after having spoken to 3 other attorneys who made me feel as if I were a number. They were cold and unconcerned. Lisa treated me like a friend. When it was obvious that my complex case was going to cost more than I could afford at the time, she was sympathetic. The thing that most impressed me about Lisa was that she was always honest with me - a trait that is not commonly associated with her profession - even when it was something that I didn't want to hear. She seems to be well liked and respected by other attorneys and the judges seem to respond well to her. She is a sweet, tiny, little thing, but she might as well be 10 feet tall in the courtroom. I have the utmost confidence in her abilities and have referred her to others. They have had equally satisfying experiences with her firm. There is no question that I will utilize her services again in the future. Overall, I don't think that you could hire a better Family Law Attorney.

I recently reached out to Attorney Melissa Pendergrass about my current legal situation and after speaking with me she explained she was no longer focused on the type of representation I was requiring. She was extremely knowledgeable about my legal problem but felt I was better suited for another attorney!
