I hired this firm to take on a security negligence case. We’re I suffered a severe TBI back in December 2021 .. About a year later I questioned whether or not this attorney and this firm was capable of handling this type of case because I had doubts. I let Mr. Studer convince me to keep him as my attorney , so I did. When I finally had enough and I reached out to him to fire him, Seth Studer told me you don’t have to fire me because I’m stepping down from practicing Law. I said that might be best. Mr. Studer never called me one time over the 2+ years he had my case and asked me how I was doing , I’m not exaggerating. I have phone records to prove it phone records to prove how many times he ignored. My calls ignored my text messages and how many times he did call me the phone Records don’t lie. This wasn’t a simple car accident. This is a traumatic brain injury case , I’m not the same person I used to be. I feel like this attorney should have checked on me periodically return those text messages and those calls. I notified this attorney six or seven times throughout the course of two years telling him that I was feeling suicidal.. And that I wanted to know why I was having these thoughts that started every since I endured this horrific night and downtown Orlando it’s not that I want to kill myself, but I can’t control the thoughts. Good thing I didn’t kill myself. I wouldn’t be able to create this post right now. Thank God .. This firm should have gotten me some psychological treatment he should have sent me to a psychiatrist , he should have done a lot of things, but he didn’t. I will be filling out the Florida Bar Complaint and it’s going to start there. I can’t post all the screenshots of all the text messages that he didn’t reply to, but I can provide them to the Flordia Bar and I plan on it. I’ve retained two other law firms to take over the case, and they immediately put me in treatment for depression psychiatric reasons to find out why I’m having suicidal thoughts Tbi Treatment centers. I’m now getting the help and seeing the doctors that I should’ve been seen since Mr. Studer took my case, but he wasn’t sending me to any doctors and I trusted him is sad to say the different brain doctor that I’m seeing today have All told me why are you starting treatment three years after the injury you should’ve been receiving treatment when it happened so hopefully at that point in time I had a better chance at potential recovery but because I waited so long the doctors don’t think seeking treatment now is going to do any good and this is sad very emotional. I wouldn’t recommend this Law Firm to anybody out there all these Law Firm say they have the clients best interest the interest they have is the money going in their pocket And this is a prime example it said to say again this was the worst day of my life. It changed my life forever and I wish that I never hired this Seth stutter or firm in general because it wasn’t just Seth Studer. It was the Firm and that’s exactly what Studer told me . Make sure when hiring a lawyer, just because there websites say “ auto accident, slip n fall, security neglect “ doesn’t mean they have actually tried one of those types of cases before, just means there Liscence to take on that particular type of case. So please I give y’all some advice, attorneys are quick to send out electronic signatures needed for the victim to sign, So you don’t call around anywhere else. When We all should do are homework and find out more about the attorney of your choice before signing that email.

Robert was awesome to work with. My case took years to resolve and i never felt out of the loop. I could always get ahold of him through text, calls, or emails. He took what we needed into account and always made sure we were able to get the treatment we needed for our injuries. In the long run we were able to settle right as the trial started and we are happy to have our future treatment and more secure. Such a weight is off our shoulders and we have Robert and everyone else at his firm that helped to thank for it. I hired Mrs Cardena in 2018 to help me with a child support cause. I am a divorced woman with two children and I raised my children five years ago at $ 300 a month and hired her to help me do justice. I was paid Her $ 2000, the only reservation I had in hopes of a better days. My process took two years with a lot of disrespect, She never answered my calls or emails, She have no responsibility to her schedules, the only time She went to court with me, I was not aware of my case. Anyway, this same day I decided to close my case with $ 500 a month, because my mental strain made me a migraine. Here is my warning: if you Want to have migraine hires Lorena Cardama.

If you have an amicable divorce go to a mediator or give a small retainer fee. This office has a NON-refundable refund for retainers. My case was during the holidays and after we signed everything the office went silent. I had to email to check status and then they would move the case. I wasn't even informed on when my divorce was finalized, I found it on public records. Although I am knowledgeable and know it was my mistake for not reading the terms, I hope this helps someone to ask about refundable retainer fees. My divorce billable hours were about 2,500. My retainer fee was 5,500 so the office made an easy $2,900.00. Hope this review helps someone in the future!

Gena has a "win it all" mentality, which is good unless you have nothing you're trying to win other than a fair settlement. If you have a simple case, Gena is gonna blow it out of proportions and cost you thousands more than what's needed. Even the judge during the child custody case said Gena needs to figure this case out because she is dragging it on too long for 2 young individuals that do not have much to their names

I hired the Fernandez firm about 2 years ago. I spoke with Mr. Fernandez myself. I signed all their paperwork and sent them everything they asked me for. I had some questions during this time, so I spoke with his Legal assistant by phone and email. I asked to speak with Mr. Fernandez on several occasions, to no avail. I also signed a paper saying I could not discuss my case with anyone else. I believe that the statute of limitations is past now, and I’ve still heard nothing. What my husband endured through horrible neglect he has still not recovered from. I’ve spoken with many doctors and nurses that told me this was pure neglect and never should have happened. I’m devastated.

Nearly a decade ago I was fortunate to find Marc Matthews! I had a thriving career when I was involved in a car wreck! Ms. Stephanie G. Morrow's was very helpful in handling my daughter's case were as my daughter is now able to speak to her son on a regular basis. My daughter is incarcerated and her baby daddy was playing games with her by phone not letting her speak to their son which I felt was very wrong. My daughter was not incarcerated for child abuse; but thanks to Ms. Morrow's she made a big different in that situation. The lawyer was very impolite excessively rude and sounded very irritable I called about obtaining an attorney for a juvenile dependency matter which states that he does handle online as well as his assistant stated over the phone before transferring me to him directly upon speaking to him he cuts me off and says let me stop you right there I can’t help you with that call someone else but if he provide juvenile dependency case and he stated he handles those as well then what was the problem with with mines that he couldn’t hear me out or help me with it seems to me it sound like a racial matter very impolite I would strongly recommend that everyone looks elsewhere for someone that genuinely cares about what you are facing smh what is this world coming to today
