Rohom possesses knowledge, a high EQ, and a drive towards outcomes... combine that with ethics and integrity and you have the perfect attorney - and dare I say a priceless one.
We were able to come to resolutions probably faster than some others in my situation, because of Rohom's ability to work well and sensibly with all parties (it certainly helped that all parties were genuinely interested in reaching a resolution).
He and April are responsive and their availability matches the urgency. That my situation wasn't urgent at all and we still managed to get things resolved in a short period of time is a blessing.
Rohom is a treasure - and for that I would be judicious in my recommendations as he deserves to work with mature, fair, and reasonable clients.

I was shocked when they told me ( within the 1st 60 seconds) $500 for a consultation and a $20k retainer fee upfront before accepting any type of child custody or parental rights case. Such a shame the kids in moderate to low income situations will never have the benefit of representation from such a great law firm. One more thing money CAN buy; your child's rights.

While I understand the message of " you get what you pay for " that you are trying to convey, that message has no bearing on my original review or interaction with this firm. In fact, I feel like this response just confirms my original statement.
Once the well rehearsed statement of upfront fees was given ( the next statement after the greeting ) perhaps a mention of how to find affordable options, self help libraries or alternative resources available for families in need would have made me feel like that paragraph you wrote about giving back to the community ( for reasons outside of gain) would be true and this review wouldn't exist.
I would like to remind you I still give credit to the talent in this firm. I called here for a reason. Reviews are about experiences you have with the location or business & this was mine. I am not the only one who has experienced this. I hope sharing my experience may give us all a voice and, in a perfect world, make a small change for the better.

Don't use them.....they don't care. Just take money and don't make any effort to help. Kept switching lawyers.....very impersonal. Just settled so they could do as little as possible.....totally useless. Typical lawyers. This firm is just money mongers.......no interest in client. Words honestly can't describe the immense gratitude my family and I have for Attorney Andrew Darling and his law firm. Facing 10 years on two felony charges and I was adjudacted not guilty on both. Attorney Darling worked tirelessly when seeking discovery and his legal accumen gave me the reassurance I was in good hands. Although, some things didn't work in my favor in the legal process. It was Attorney Darling who was there for both my family and I every step of the way. I called them to schedule the free 15 minute phone consultation… I let it be known that I was calling on behalf of my mother because there’s a slight language barrier and the receptionist (or whoever he was) informed me that they don’t take clients who can’t speak the language even if I am here to assist. Which I find very weird and off-putting, especially in this day and age, because it has never been an issue any other place!! He then proceeds to give me the number of another attorney located in Kissimmee and said that’s where they refer people to (people with language barriers I suppose?? Or people they just don’t want to take on as clients for whatever odd reasoning they have).

Marcus is definitely the best lawyer you can find for custody disputes. From day one, he was extremely patient, understanding and thoughtful. Always 10 steps ahead of opposing counsel and will fight for the wellbeing of your child. He takes his job very seriously and puts a lot of thought into each move he makes.
