I don't recommend this law firm to anybody, my husband had Christine Brown as his attorney and he decided not to go forward with the divorce, he paid them over 4K to represent him, and when he asked was he owed money back. Christine and Kelly said no they sent an invoice. Also, Christine is mad because my husband asked her to recuse herself from his case. After all, he wasn't going to pay them any more money which they took over 4K from him already. The receptionist Kelly emailed him like you still owed us money in she was harassing him and they took all of his money. The receptionist Kelly and Christine Brown the attorney don't know how to talk to people they're not people person, it's like they are out to just get money from clients and don't care about the wellbeing of the clients and their clients.

I hired Jessica on behalf of my son for a custody case. My son was trying to get custody against the maternal grandmother. One would think this is a slam dunk type case for a parent to get custody but unfortunately, it's not. Jessica worked on this case for a little over a year and did a great job based on the circumstances. We had a GAL who recommended that the grandmother get custody of the child but her recommendation had nothing to do with understanding of the law. Jessica was extremely passionate about this case and I would say she was amazing in trying to overcome so many obstacles that should not have been apart of this case. I would highly recommend Jessica as a Father's Rights Attorney.

Jessica actually did me a favor by taking my case. I could have used other lawyers, but would have shorted myself.
She is honest with you about your situation, tells you what to expect, and fights for you. She protected my rights as a father, who had done nothing wrong, against someone who had been working with "big name" lawyers to paint me in a negative light and build a divorce case against me for almost a year, without my knowledge. She had multiple lawyers as opponents for my case and was on top of the application of law and facts in a manner which almost made me feel embarrassed for them.

This attorney, took $4900 from me to do nothing but cost me my sons paternity time to be thwarted by not giving me notice that I had a child custody hearing. She was unprepared in a TPO order prior and would not assert herself to a lying & vindictive wife. Today I’m having to get another attorney to clean up her mess. She dismissed herself from my case without advising me of my child custody case court date. As a result I haven’t seen my son in almost 8 months. Now I have to fork out another $2500.00 for another attorney. Thanks Joyce for a splendid job that you managed to foul up. GREAT JOB!

Joy is amazing. She always listened to me to understand what my needs were and she did a superior job executing my request. Although I just met Joy, she managed my case like she was a close family friend who sincerely had my best interest at heart. During the trial she was not thrown off by the other party's spontaneous attempts to sneak in invalid information. She even fought for me all the way to the end when the Judge was giving the decision; she recommended an alternate proposal which would benefit me and the Judge accepted. I am so glad she knew what she was doing. From the first conversation with Joy I felt confident in her ability to handle my case and from the day I hired her I never worried again about my case. Ravelle Smith represented me on two occassions. He was originally given the case at the last minute by another Attorney that had a conflict in schedule with my court date. From my experience she is an attorney that is easy to talk to, and that is what you need when you is getting a divorce. My rating for her would be a ten, that’s how good she is. This woman looked at my son and Smerking at him as he begged not to go with his dad. My son finally got out of there when he turned 18 never to speak to his dad again. He is now 20 and has not forgotten what she did. He also told me that she took them in her vehicle to go eat, she failed to mention that to me.

I am compelled to preface this review, as it lends high credibility to Paige Jennings. I am definitely a senior citizen. Over the last 50 years I have been married 3 times, and divorced 3 times. I have had three different divorce attorneys, Paige being my most recent. My first divorce was highly emotionally charged and contested. That attorney thought it would be great for me to take the case before a jury ( lots more money for him). Obviously, I was not very happy with his perspective. My second divorce was not contested and I got a bargain basement fee on a rough draft insisting that I retain ownership of a 1989 Ford station wagon that belonged to neither me or my wife. Paige Jennings represented me with my most current divorce. My experiences in the past confirms that she is a saint and down to earth hero. This review is based on multiple divorce experiences with attorneys. Paige is at the top of the list!
Paige Norwood Jennings can be incredibly compassionate, she understands you, but will quickly boil a situation down to the sometimes hard to take honest truth. She will give you down to earth advice and support. You feel like you have gained a good friend. She is aggressive, when she asks you to make a decision, she wants it "NOW", does not favor " LET ME THINK ABOUT IT FOR A WHILE". Her approach has a definite advantage to it. Things happen fast.
Paige works for you behind the scenes. She knows that you are much more capable of gathering and analysing the background information regarding your case than she could ever be. Her job is to use what you give her to your best advantage. And she's very good at putting it all together for a great defense.
On the routine questions, she may appear to be hard to get ahold of. But rest assured, when you really need to talk, she's there 24/7. I believed in her, she never let me down.
Amazing! I took a highly contested divorce to her. She mediated an uncontested divorce beyond my most hopeful expectations. All in just 8 weeks!
Retain her services, you won't be sorry.

It became evident from the outset that this lawyer's primary concern was money, not the well-being of their clients. Throughout the entire process, I felt like I was just another source of income rather than a person in need of assistance.
Not only was the communication lacking, but it seemed that every decision made was based on what would bring in the most profit for the lawyer, rather than what was best for me as the client. There was a distinct lack of empathy and understanding of my situation, and it was clear that their only motivation was to maximize their fees. The young girl that runs the front desk is very sweet but extremely inexperienced. If you’re a firm representing high conflict cases , you need someone at the front just as knowledgeable and ORGANIZED.
In court, their lackluster performance was evident. It was apparent that they had not put in the effort to adequately represent me, and it felt like they were more interested in rushing through the proceedings to move on to the next paying client. Their lack of dedication and genuine interest in my case was truly disheartening.
I strongly advise anyone in need of legal assistance to steer clear of this firm. Their focus on financial gain over the well-being of their clients is unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of professional ethics.

She will take your money then have the audacity to come after you seven months later since her clientele is poor, making up fake deductions, requesting for you to pay her more. After she failed to represent you. I sat on my computer for two hours, uploading pictures of my child, and she didn’t use one. The other party provided pictures since she failed to provide all the documentation I provided I had the judge a Fulton in County viewing my Instagram story days after the hearing due to her negligence.
I honestly don’t see how she has not been sued for malpractice.
Her husband is a judge in cobb county and uses her husbands title to gain clientele. An attorney’s duty is to use such skill, prudence, and diligence as lawyers of ordinary skill and capacity commonly possess and exercise in the performance of tasks which they undertake…. An attorney is not bound to extraordinary diligence. He / She is bound to reasonable skill and diligence, and the skill has reference to the character of the business he undertakes to do.
She threw my case together the day before my hearing also told me I was gonna lose custody the day before aka “preparing me”
failed to have the knowledge of certain things she should have she willingly allow me to walk into court knowing I was going to lose custody of my child to gain some money: the loss was the result of this lawyer’s action or inaction.
I do not recommend using her as a lawyer ,if you go to search for Google reviews, nothing comes up except for this platform with only three reviews. This whole law firm is extremely narcissistic. Her assistant was extremely rude as well. They act like they’re sh*t doesn’t stink and don’t know what they’re doing.. but are quick to tell you what you want to hear to get your money. I’m convinced majority of these reviews are fake.
The binder documentation she had was a bunch of nonsense of repeat copies

Katie K Leonard represented me when my pilot- husband abandoned our family. She is exceptional on every level. She does not waste your money, is a straight shooter, and she will fight for your rights if you have been mistreated. I frequently say that her closing arguments on my case should have been recorded to use as teaching material in law schools. Compared to my ex-husband's attorney, she hit it out of the ballpark. She was prepared, detailed, specific, and extremely tough. She didn't waste time with irrelevant questions and she clearly "knew her stuff." I was ignorant of the whole process and a total basket case when my husband left my daughter and me. She prepped me well for what would take place in the courtroom, and she tolerated my meltdowns with ease and grace during the time leading up to the court date. I cannot say enough about her and her firm. They are wonderful in every way.

Don't walk RUN from this law firm. They charge double what experienced attorneys charge and when you hire either one of them you have a 50/50 chance that they may work your case through to the end but what I experienced was incompetence, excuses, and then stepped down right before the case went to trial.

During my entire case I did all the foot work and I brought him countless evidence and he presented none worth my fight. He asked me for character witnesses I gave him 4 he supeona them but said know need to call on them. Bottom line I lost custody of my son not because I was unfit but because I was represented poorly. He is hard of hearing so during the trail as I was telling him of errors from my now ex husband he couldn't hear me so I had to write as fast as I could. When the ruling was passed down he didn't offer to appeal on my behalf he attached a note saying he agreed with the judge. So in the end a child I have cared for on my own for 2 years without any child support what so ever has been taken away and I now am ordered to pay child support all because of a temporary order that the child's doctor went against when the child fell ill, he never supeona the doctor. I wouldn't recommend him if you love your children because you will loose them in the end.

Mr. Riddle is the best adoption attorney in Savannah. He worked with my husband and I when we adopted our daughter. He is very knowledgeable and made sure we had all our bases covered. Money hungry law firm. Our initial consultation was a waste of money. We were quoted an initial deposit and escrow fee which barely lasted a couple weeks. The emails from the firm were asking for more money with very little information. The home check they said we wouldn’t need cost us $250 because the judge said otherwise. They sent my husband to a fingerprinting facility that couldn’t even do that right. They failed and their staff couldn’t even figure it out. Waste of money and time spent trying to get that sorted. They couldn’t even show up to our court date on time. The after adoption instructions were basically figure it out yourself. We of course had to pay for that lack of information. I would never recommend them to my worst enemy. Don’t waste your time or money on them. It only stresses you out and ruins the experience.

I hired him after my husband had a three year affair. He was recommended from an acquaintance. I was young, naive, and very vulnerable. He would yell at me, talk down to me, and even told me to shut up in front KC my soon to be ex and his lawyer. There were so many more things I could have gotten if I would have known what to ask for. But he was supposed to be my protector… not the case!

After a social worker friend referred me, I retained Howard Gold for my divorce and custody dispute. He was rude, made sexist and suggestive comments, came to court late (and charged me for the extra time since we were bumped to the back of the log) and charged me to give me information he’d already told me about. I later found out from two different women that they had similar experiences to mine. Think before you hairs this man!

Everything was fine until I felt like Debra didn’t have anything positive for my side of the fence as for as the case go. I think she was all for the insurance side. It was bad all around for me if I didn’t know any better. I would say it was four against one. She gave me lots of advice to just settle out. For the best interest of the defendant. the (insurance) company I didn’t feel like anyone was mediating on my behalf. I feel like the mediation was for the defense side only! Very unhappy!!! However, if you are up against her remember one thing, SHE WILL NOT GO TO TRIAL. My opposing spouse found this out and used it against us to force a settlement not in my favor!!

I live out of state and had a phone conversation with Mr. Bill. He told me to mail him all information and a check. He called me and went over the response to my case and had me e-file. When I asked him about hiring him he told me the retainer was $5,000. All he had to fo was let me know that he did not want the case due to it being a small case. He comes off as rude and does not give you alot of information. I had hired him for my divorce in 2013 and he has not changed!!!! There are better lawyers out there. Do not settle for this guy!!!

Smith and Mirshak altered documents to take my assets and personal belongs in a divorce causing me to file bankruptcy. Smith and Mirshak worked with the opposing counsel behind my back to take assets. I listed all the assets and personal belongs in the bankruptcy papers that Smith and Mirshak took but Smith and Mirshak showed up at bankruptcy court to stop my bankruptcy. It has taken five years of going to court before a judge finally omitted that Smith and Mirshak or the courts committed fraud but I had the right to appeal per the Judge.

Joan is the epitome of class and integrity. She communicated regularly and timely with us on all matters. I was told up front the costs involved as well as the caveat that costs may increase based on the length of time the case took and how many court appearances could be involved. Both Tim and Joan are professional. They work in concert at times as well as solo, but always with the needs of the client in mind. Divorce and resulting custody issues are painful. They are emotional. Sometimes the attorney has to tell the client things they may not want to hear. I can attest that Joan and Tim were always direct and honest with me. My process of retaining custody of my child began nearly twelve years ago after a contentious divorce. She was never dressed professionally, did not keep in contact, and I had to ask her to send the remainder of my funds instead of them automatically being forwarded to me. I paid a huge amount of fees for calls and emails. I never ended up going to family court and Irene Serlis took 80% of my retainer. Overall unprofessional, I do not recommend.

I did not hire this attorney, but my wife did. I am not an attorney, I do not even do reviews like that. I watch a lot of Law and Order, Dateline, 20/20, a big murder mystery buff. I never seen a professional so unprepared in my life. To add insult to injury, I personally made sure my wife sent pictures of an incident that took place to Mrs. Rowe's office. We get to court and she does not even have the evidence THAT WE PROVIDED!!! While we were in court it was like she did not even know why we were there. We asked for clarification on charges that we received from the office and no one could explain why there was a lack of communication on billing WHEN NOTHING HAD BEEN ACCOMPLISHED. She guaranteed a win and we continued to lose on a simple matter with tons of evidence in my wife's favor. She still got paid though. I called over and over and emailed and got nothing. The only thing she did was submit a completely botched answer to to my ex’s petition. After a month of no response I ended up having to find another attorney, and you best believe she kept the entire $3000 retainer.

I hired this Beth Ann Smith to represent me in my divorce. I had to do ALL the leg work in supplying all information needed. After a year of preparation I hoped she would be prepared. A week before court she said she wasnt prepared and blamed me. I fired her and had to settle out if court because judge didnt grant more time. I found out from my new lawyer that she NEVER even gave my ex's lawyer any forms that I had even completed. I would never recommend to my worst enemy. Because of her incompetence I got screwed after 30 years of marriage.
