First of all from the bottom of my heart I like to thank Matt tyson law firm the entire team for being with me the entire process of my case this has been a traumatic emotional roller coaster journey. Special mention to Josh who represents my case fought for everything that I wanted in my child custody case. It was a difficult battle in chambers county, the judge and amicus were against me having my children. They were more worried about the school system than in the safety of my children. Josh fought and never backed down, we won the case and now my children will be safe with me. My experience with Jamal Asafi was disappointing. I found him to be dismissive, argumentative, and unwilling to engage in a constructive dialogue. Instead of exploring solutions or showing interest in understanding my project, the conversation felt overly focused on finding faults and interruptions rather than collaboration.
While I respect that not every opportunity aligns, I expected a more professional and open-minded approach from someone representing investors. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I would advise others to approach with caution and ensure clear alignment before engaging.

Wade was our attorney in 1997-1998. We hired him to complete a "step-parent" adoption. In that process we learned my husband's divorced to his former wife had not been finalized. My husband with the help of Wade immediately filed for divorce (to the ex). We counseled with Wade at that time as of what we - my husband and I needed to do if anything to validate our marriage. Wade said nothing. Stated our marriage would be "retroactive" back to its original date. He then completed the "step parent" adoption. 15 years later and after 20 years of marriage we are learning our marriage was and is void due to the fact we never "married" after that divorce was completed! I called Wade this past week and left 7 messages pleading that he return my call. The last message I left stated if I didn't hear back from him, I would have little choice but to file a complaint. I just needed to know what his reasoning was to advise us not to marry. I was positive once we spoke to him, this would all be cleared up. I had so much faith in him as our attorney and at the time, our Bishop (LDS). His return call left me devastated and in tears. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He just kept saying, "Go ahead Debbie, FILE YOUR COMPLAINT and I'll answer that and ONLY that!" He said, "Oh now I guess you want FREE LEGAL ADVISE!". No Wade, I want you to tell me why you ruined what was about to be a 20 year marriage celebration! I want you to tell me why my now adult daughter still doesn't have a legal father! And although he wasn't hired to do our 2nd "Step-Parent" adoption a year later, it was still completed under the pretense we were a married couple! If there is a reasonable explanation for this, all you had to do was say it. By your tone, attitude and the fact you hung up on me as I sit there crying tells me you KNOW you gave us bad legal advice! Admitting that would accept that responsibility. We trusted you with our family unit. We trusted your knowledge as a certified attorney. You more than let us down. You've destroyed all that we have worked for.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Titus Law Firm in Houston, Texas. I paid them $8,000, expecting competent and professional representation, but instead encountered a complete lack of follow-through. Communication was lackluster at best; I left multiple messages for my attorney without receiving any meaningful updates.
To make matters worse, I only learned that they had withdrawn from my case when the State of Texas sent me an email informing me of their withdrawal. There was no courtesy call or direct communication from Titus Law Firm to inform me of this significant development. Considering that I live in another state, this lack of communication was particularly frustrating and unprofessional.
I initially hired this firm believing they had the expertise to handle my case, but that confidence quickly eroded due to their behavior. The unprofessionalism and disregard for my situation left me deeply dissatisfied. I would NEVER recommend Titus Law Firm to anyone seeking reliable legal representation.

Patricia Hibler "Trish" helped me gain custody of my daughter from her neglectful mother, who was a practicing family attorney herself. She represented me again after my ex tried to regain custody.
She never once "padded" her bill with meaningless expenses, and she was always there for us when we needed her. She never treated us like a client, but more like a friend. There is no other attorney I would ever go to when it comes to family law.

Several years ago I was in the process of a divorce with an attorney that was costing me a fortune and wasn’t getting any results. I hired MS. HIBLER after firing the first attorney. Within 60 days I was divorced and had received a fair settlement from my ex-wife. MS. HIBLER was the most effective attorney I have ever seen practice. Her retainer was much less than the first attorney (actually I received a refund when the case was completed. She knows the law, knows the courts and respects her client’s needs and desires. Her business is based on referrals and we (clients) refer her as often as possible.

I signed up with this law firm months ago based on a recommendation. I’m giving them three stars because they did complete my case, but I was constantly worried during the process because they never gave me updates or progress and I had to call them multiple times.
The first person I spoke with while signing the papers was very nice, and I appreciated his help. However, after that, I was assigned another person who handled some tasks well but rarely communicated with me about my case’s progress. I had to call her multiple times to get updates.
One day, when I called, I was informed that she was no longer with the firm. I was then assigned another case manager, but unfortunately, she also failed to keep me updated. After waiting a month without any news, I called and found out my case had been completed without me being informed. They eventually sent me the final papers, but it took what felt like forever and several follow-up calls on my part to receive them.

Staci Childs is all about money. She missed deadlines. She failed to show up to court appearances. She has time for making Instagram videos but not return calls. She makes excuses. This review forces me to put a one star. Even though I did not want to provide any stars. Her intern quit and I was notinformed until I reached out via text. Her new intern mixed up info and filed wrong information. She failed to return my case file and provide me a breakdown of the $5,000 I paid her. She is horrible.
