I reached out to Cari for legal assistance after my ex-husband served me with demands for an out-of-state visitation agreement for our teenage daughter. At the time, I had full physical/legal custody and my daughter was against the proposed travel schedule.

It has been a great pleasure working with David. David is excellent at his profession and truly a gentleman. I'm a father to two of the most perfect kids in the world! Going to court in ILLINOIS fighting for time with my childeren I've only ever heard horror stories. I thank God everyday for the choice in lawyers i made. Joel not only made me feel confident the entire time, but was more than well respected in the halls of the courtroom let alone in the courtroom. Its my understanding hes been doing this a long time and you can sure tell just by walking with him in the hallway. The respect shown to him and the respect he shows to others. Second to NONE. I felt like i was walking around with a celebrity. But anyone can make friends and have respect shown to them. The true tell was when court took place and ended. I got not only the time i wished for with my childeren but so much more that i didnt even think to ask about. Such as being involved in the schoolong,religion, and all around decision making.
If your going through this life changing experience, i first of all am sorry your going through this its rough. But, look no further than Joel DeGrazia!!!! Absolutely the best legal experience I've heard from anyone and arrival at justice in a difficult case. My company used an IME which lied. It was easily shown to the arbitrator and Mrs. Bridgette Kolb ensured justice and a fair outcome, recovering all of my lost workers compensation and covering a partial loss of my body due to the injury. I could not imagine a more effective or elite attorney.

Being a nurse with the same company for 28 plus years, I thought I was secure in my job. Through good and bad, we banded together to take care of our patients. I worked my way into management and was proud of my staff and my company. Until I became the patient.
Getting hurt on the job at first seemed like an untimely inconvenience. I was confident that I could get fixed and then back to my job. I was wrong. I was blocked at every direction by workers comp; jumping through hoops and not knowing which way to turn. I would be in literal tears with the case worker begging for them to do something to stop the pain, to please help me. I may as well have been talking to a rock.
When all else failed and I thought I was going to hurt forever, I found Jack Cannon and his team. To say I was blessed would be an understatement. His knowledge and background in navigating through the legal and emotional aspects of a workplace injury is second to none. He made sure we had money coming in, helped get me second opinions for the surgery I desperately needed, and was there for me every step of the way. He made the whole process easy and ensured I was taken care of. He and his team are easy to talk to and showed a level of compassion that impressed this nurse.
The two biggest things I learned:
1. It doesn’t matter how long you have been with a company, workers comp is like any other business and they are not on your side.
2. Don’t wait to call a lawyer if you are hurt on the job. I waited in pain for almost a year. If you are hurt, call Jack Cannon and his team. They are on your side. They will do the fighting so that you can do the healing.

Denis Gravel and his team have helped me through a very stressful and dreadful custody case. Mr. Gravel is a great and experienced lawyer who knows family law well. Neal was my second lawyer in my divorce. The different between Neal and my first lawyer was night and day. Instantly my case got back on track, negotiations with my ex happened and were agreed to. On top of this, Neal was there for me personally as I asked many, many questions. I felt secure in a time of my life where I was at my lowest. He is a very honest lawyer and will tell you what you need to hear; no over promises, no grand statements. In fact, he has told me a few times that something wasn't worth going after.
Later in life I was remarried and Neal helped me with those nuptial agreements. He handled them professionally and with haste.

Let me tell you about Don he’s the best ! I first met Don when he was a new lawyer at Fahey and Boyd I had talked to 3 attorneys at that point who wanted a 5 to 10 thousand dollar retainer for my case as it was complicated I was a waitress with little money . He listened to me and said he didn’t know but was willing to try .I had given custody of my son to my ex during a ruff patch and when it was over he wouldn’t hear of giving him back. His home situation had deteriorated and my son wasn’t being cared for. Don took every phone call from this scared mother no matter the hour saw me through every psych evaluation home study and eventually a bench trial that saw I was correct and awarded custody of my son back to me . Throughout my divorce Donald Boyd has been there for me on every twisted turn of this difficult ride. He has always given me clear and complete explanations of my options, as well as guiding me to the best one to achieve the most desired outcome. He has also let me know when to let go.
Over the course of my case Don and his office manager Tavo, have always been prompt at responding to my questions and informative while stay understanding of my situation.
