David Holm represented me two years ago during my divorce, his services were outstanding. He and his team were professional, exacting, prompt, and, at the same time, very approachable and made themselves available to answer questions or provide news on progress during this process. Dave was very clear in describing how the process would play out, from the custody arrangement to the equitable distribution to the eventual signing and filing of the divorce papers, and very astute in outlining a strategy that would best insure a positive outcome for both me and my daughter.
His advice and counsel was intelligent, reasonable, insightful, and honest. I have no doubt that, on more than one occasion, Dave provided advice that proved to be vital, advice that kept the eventual outcome on the right track and in my favor.

Mr Witt helped me tremendously with my speeding ticket. I live in a different county than where my ticket was received. I didn't have to appear in court, and my charges were reduced. He also helped me pay my court costs through the payment portal when the system would not accept my payment on my device. Andrew is an extremely effective attorney. I started out with a different attorney for my difficult child custody case. I did not feel that my prior attorney had my best interest in mind and was doing only the bare minimum in preparing my case. I decided to seek other representation.
I hired Andrew very late in the process, with my TPA hearing only 2 weeks away. Andrew was able to put together a very solid and sensible case based on the facts, far superior to what was done previously for me.
Right away, I noticed a dramatic difference in the way Andrew was handling and preparing my case, compared to my previous attorney. I was extremely impressed with how quickly Andrew got up to speed and reviewed/prepared all of the evidence in such a short amount of time. He is organized and stays on top of everything. In addition, he made himself very available to me, whether it was just questions I had, or any concerns or updates that I needed to know. He continued to work diligently throughout the entire weekend prior to my hearing.
Andrew has a unique ability to look at the facts, makes sense of your case, and then present them in a very intelligent and articulate way. Andrew is the entire reason I now have joint custody of my 4-month-old son and that he is being returned to his home state.
I am immensely grateful to Andrew for his hard work in fighting for my rights as a father. I absolutely recommend Andrew as an attorney. My only regret is that I did not find Andrew initially. Child custody cases are very expensive so it is critical that you hire an attorney that will work hard and fight for your parental rights. Andrew Rheingrover is that man.

Andrew has been a huge blessing and supporter in my case! I spoke to him in a consultation a couple of months prior to my separation and he took his time and listened and took notes of everything that I said to him. After speaking with him, I knew immediately that he was who I wanted to represent me if I needed him ( I had spoken to 3 other attorneys prior to meeting Andrew). Shortly after my separation, I had papers served to me from my ex to try and get full custody of our daughter. I was devastated, hurt and in disbelief that my ex would ever do something like this. I immediately contacted Andrew to let him know what was going on and he jumped on my case instantly. Andrew is very caring, knowledgeable, and a man of his word. Throughout this process he has been very pro-active and with all the stress that comes along with a separation/divorce/custody case; Andrew has a way to put you at ease. Zach is a very professional down to earth guy. He is great to talk to, he listens to your concerns, and gives you his professional opinion. I did my separation with them back in 2021. I had all the paperwork needed and it was a very simple sign and done situation. I was charged thousands to do this. After speaking to other attorneys now since, apparently I was totally done wrong and way overcharged for this. Everyone was totally floored by the price I was charged. Never again.

I have been dealing with Mrs. Hawkins since 2016 and have been following her with any changes in firms she has made, which mind you are NOT many. In my last journey, Hawkins was no longer in the same role in this firm. Needless to say, it DID NOT matter, I got to work with another Attorney, Joy and it was certainly a joy to be involved and work with her. Joy was a lot more timely in getting things accomplished then I was and I certainly was able to experience why! Paralegals on up o attorneys, all communicate effectively and efficiently when involved in matters. Getting into face to face appointments, have been same day or with in hours, the next day. Very beneficial in getting quick face to face appointments, especially with a firm that handles a multitude of areas. The firm in whole, has a great relationship with other attorneys in the area, which pays dividends when working with or against the other party. Wonderful firm and other family members have even used the firm for other services.

I was referred to Jon Kurtz by my estate attorney. Jon enlisted partner Elise Whitley for perspective and backup. While no one enjoys a divorce, Jon and Elise made it understandable for me, a first timer. As we worked through the process, I gained confidence in their knowledge and capabilities. While researching divorce opinions, I found case law that Jon had argued (successfully). Good to have that experience in your corner. Not to mention an adjunct professor at Wake Forest and a Legal Elite.
We were stymied by foot-dragging opposing counsel, and the added burden of ending Covid, but Jon keep the momentum going, with steady reminders and requests for responses, getting commitments.
Ultimately we did get a settlement I felt was reasonable.
My take-away is that the Kurtz firm brings a sense of dignity and respect for the law, exceptional experience and knowledge, and the competency needed for successful family practice.
I have no hesitation recommending Jon and company, without question one will receive services of the highest order.
