I have been working with Mrs. Sarah Gerow and she has been amazing. I’ve also spoken to Mr. Mark a couple times and they are both very professional, patient, very understanding of my situation. I am updated on everything even calls me to inform me of the small to major updates. Mrs. Gerow does not rush me what so ever. Her communication is amazing. With inflation and everything being so expensive she doesn’t constant ask for me to put funds in my trust fund, but respectfully reminds me when I do forget. This goes to again point out she is very understanding of any situation. I can trust her with anything and everything without feeling judge or misunderstood. I also want to point out she is a “what do you want”, “this is what I think is best for you” and not a “I think we should do this or you should go with this and agree to that”, but as well has me fully aware of the possible good and bad outcomes. This firm is definitely not a what I’m used to hearing “some do it for the money and try to win”. This firm actually cares about their client, and clients money. Lastly, 100% military friendly/ knowledgeable. Both Mrs. Gerow and Mr.Mark have been able to answer all of my questions regarding the military without any hesitation or “let me get back to you on that”.

Kayleigh is by far the best! I met with her after I had met with 4 different lawyers and from the moment of consultation to the divorce she guided me through everything. She reassured me on different problems I had arise throughout this process. She answered every single one of my questions in ways that I understood and I felt confident going into this. She also told me when I was being unreasonable, and helped me put my mind on track and the end goal. As someone who unfortunately has had to deal with 4-5 lawyers in the few years this was by far my absolute worst experience with any attorney/firm. Can’t recommend enough to get a different consult and get better advice, would never work with them again.
The strategy here seems to be to take clients to court and to drag things out as long as possible to wrack up billable hours. From this from I paid over $10k for a divorce case that almost went to trial, until the firm was late on giving me needed disclosures to complete - when I changed attorneys almost instantly got the case out of court and saved a ton of money and got what I wanted.
Attorneys here couldn’t seem to care less, they are arrogant and will give you bad informaron to keep your case going to trial. Total waste and huge regret wasting any time and money here.

Hired him for an Expungement, $1000 and 2 years later has done nothing and won't respond in any form email, call, text, voicemail. I've seen him at the gym and he tells me to text him and he'll make it right!! I'm an ECU graduate Magna Cum Laude on May 5th 23. 7 years clean and sober on 5-8-24, I have turned my life around & need help & he has treated me horribly as like he cares less. I'm baffled that he has done absolutely nothing for me. He certainly isn't a Christian or a God fearing man that's for sure.

Patterson Harkavy LLP claims to handle employment matters for employees, but my experience was completely the opposite. They turned me away without even bothering to do an intake to review my claim. When I tried to follow up by phone, no one ever answered. If you're dealing with legal issues, I wouldn't recommend reaching out to them—they're unresponsive, and it's clear that employment matters are not their priority. Very disappointing.

Attorney Richardson is frank, direct and goes straight to business. Something that I respect is just that. When his words to me is “What do you want to do?” That was my first sign to me he means business. Here I was thinking I’m going to meet his paralegal. Absolutely was not the case. I found myself in a room sitting in front of the attorney himself. After offering us coffee (my wife and I) the attorney went right into my case. He listens, processes all that you tell him about your case and then executes what is best for you. Bueno mi experiencia con esta firma de abogados desde el punto de vista de ayuda a sus clientes y el estar pendientes de tu caso es realmente deficiente ya que decidí que me representarán en mi caso y al principio como todo te ofrecen los mejores abogados el mejor servicio y una gran representación ante tu caso. Pues resulta que no es así me cobraron más de $3000 dólares por llenar una forma y enviarla a USCIS, eso fue al rededor de 2 años atrás y pues ellos me enviaron una extensión a mi caso que está en revisión, y resulta que el día de hoy llamo a la oficina de abogados que supuestamente me representa para que me den una actualización sobre mi caso ya que dicha extensión ya expiró y por ende ellos debían estar pendiente de eso pero no, la respuesta de la persona que atendió mi llamada me dice que el caso con esta oficina ya estaba cerrado que iban averiguar que había pasado con eso y me devolverían la llamada, entonces queda uno con un sinsabor de que todo lo que dicen que van hacer pues a la final queda ahí plasmado de momento porque después de que te cobran para representarte y recibir un apoyo de una firma de abogados se convierte en que solo lo hacen por quitarte tu dinero que tanto cuesta obtenerlo en este país para que te digan después de 2 años su caso está cerrado sin Investigar primero antes de cerrar un caso de un cliente que pagó más de 3000 dólares por nada, se deberían tomar al menos el tiempo de eso de actualizarse en los casos que ellos toman, pero lamentablemente no es así solo buscan es el beneficio de ellos y no de los clientes. No deberían jugar con eso!!!

I am so thankful that I chose Jillian to represent me in my custody case.
