My experience with this practice has been exceptional. Divorce is hard and everyone’s case is unique, but I think my case has some extraordinarily difficult circumstances. My attorney, Jacob, has gone above and beyond in dealing with some just plain weird developments. He keeps me fully informed and has shown remarkable patience and creativity in handling my case. I know, without any doubt, he has my best interest at heart and will do whatever it takes for me to have the best possible outcome. And everyone at the office is wonderful; friendly and helpful. They are a joy to interact with, and very professional as well. I just had my estate plan done here and Vicki was incredible in preparing everything and sorting all the paperwork when I came in to sign.

I sat in jail with a bond set 200k for simple and 5 k for DUI (3) assault and intimidating witness, from a known abusive ex. Drug dealer. A police officer I sued a year prior finally pulls me over in another jurisdiction under no legal way no legal reason to pull me over. He stated that my back window was covered with a plastic he couldn't see through which was one that I bought at AutoZone and this was in Westmoreland county he then said he traveled me across the bridge for 4/10 of a mile to clock me to make to see if I was speeding I suppose he came to the conclusion I was going 34 in a 25 which would be impossible to prove because there wasn't enough space for him to actually properly conduct that speed check and that was established in the courtroom in front of the judge and the judge still allowed this man to leave the courtroom lying and I know courts got a lot to lie about but if I'm innocent until proven guilty nah. in a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee . I switched to Susan in the midst of a very contentious divorce when I was looking for an attorney who was both well respected and who would also advocate more aggressively for my rights in the process. I am very happy with Susan and her advocacy on my behalf. She has helped make a complicated divorce process more understandable, and has made me feel like I gained back some control - as opposed to simply responding to a conflict-oriented ex spouse. All in all she has helped me successfully move on with my life, which is what we all hope for when deciding to divorce. If you’re looking for an attorney who will be responsive, aggressive when necessary, and just an all around helpful person when it comes to this type of fraught process, then you won’t be disappointed with Susan.

Absolutely disgusted with how he dealt with me . Very rude called me in the middle of a shift and had an attitude because I couldn’t talk once I could talk. He basically started talking at me and not to me. Very passive aggressive. It’s absolutely unprofessional. I did not feel like my issue could be resolved from the first 30 seconds I spoke to him.

I have been with the firm for about two years as my divorce is taking time due to the other party. I started off with one attorney and due to maternity leave, Bethany stepped in to get the process moving after my retainer was given. I was then assigned to Chrystal. She has explained everything well and took charge of my divorce. She won the APL for me. She answered every question I had timely. The outcome of the divorce with child support and alimony is fair, considering the laws. She will also work on my custody. To be truthful the divorce process is expensive (depending on your situation), but the experience that comes with the firm is worth the cost. The firm has been very workable and most importantly truthful with me.

I used this firm a while ago for a car wreck and thet got me a great settlement. Recently I used them for a neck injury and they got me 1/10 of what I should have got. I was extremely disappointed and upset. I had to call numerous times to remind them I was a client and was waiting. I talked to some other firms after I received my settlement and they told me they could have gotten me a lot more money. I would rather use Edgar Snyder than these guys again what an insult the amount of money I got for a neck injury. These guys are a joke now.

His referral came highly regarded due to him having a case where he was sued Duquesne Light for damages to his property and he won. So needless to say, I went with his recommendation.
Regarding my own case, the representation I received from Lupetin & Unatin was superb. I filed my lawsuit at the beginning of 2022 and they diligently gathered all the information needed to settle the case for me and my son. It took some time, but the end of 2024, they were able to get us a reasonable settlement and they only charged 25%. Garrett Trettel was representing us and he treated our case with the utmost importance and urgency, being very transparent of the necessary steps that had to be taken along the way in order for us to cross the finish line.
I can honestly say I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received from this law firm. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I retained Abby DeBlassio to represent me in a PFA and Divorce proceeding. I was completely dissatisfied with the her representation. I found her to be unsympathetic and at times condescending. I provided her with all of my financial information as requested to determine my portion of the marital estate. She gave all of my financial information to my spouse's attorney; however, we did not get all of his financial information in return. As a result, I never was given any substantive information as to even an approximate value of my portion of the marital estate. When asked about my portion of the marital estate, she told me she could not provide a figure because she does not have an accurate picture of my spouses's financials. To add insult to injury, i explained to her that I was looking for a home and I quote she said, "You should buy my home but you probably couldn't afford". I have paid her nearly $5,000 to represent me in my PFA and divorce proceedings and she just requested an additional $1,600.00 for a retainer. Nothing substantive has occurred in relation to resolving divorce proceeding.
Her firm consists of her and her paralegal. I have been told numerous times that either her or her paralegal are not available because of vacation or personal matters. Friday afternoons and the weekends not likely to get any response to a query.
My experience was not positive or favorable. I ended the professional relationship when she told me that she is not an attorney that is available 24/7/365 a year. I simply wanted an attorney that was available during Monday - Friday at least 9-5. That certainly was NOT my experience.

I was referred to Mrs. Kelly by an attorney that felt she would be the best at representing me throughout my divorce.
I am not a very wealthy individual to say the least. I am pretty much your typical middle class worker struggling to get by. Mrs Kelly was very understanding and very "real". She was very honest and frank with me from the start and I truly respected that.
Mrs Kelly was very flexible about all my troubles and would go out of her way to help resolve them. Throughout the divorce Mrs Kelly had multiple family and health issues occur. However she never forgot or pushed me off during difficult times. To which I truly commend her on.
I'm rambling so let me cut to the chase. The end result to my divorce was everything I could have hoped. I went into things expecting the worst and walked away a truly blessed and happy man. I can't say enough kind words about Mrs Kelly and how much she has helped me in life.

I needed an attorney for a divorce proceeding and several years later, a child custody issue. Ms. Newman was very generous with her time in explaining to me the various steps that needed to be taken and in keeping me informed as to the progress of my legal issues. She was easily accessable by phone for a quick question, or if she was out of the office, she always returned calls promptly. Although my divorce took longer than I would have liked due to my ex-husband's refusal to cooperate in any way, Ms. Newman kept things moving forward. When issues cropped up after the divorce was finalized, she continued to be accessable and supportive as needed. Some years later, an emergency child custody issue arose. I again contacted Amy, and she immediately got the issue resolved in court. She is very well versed in all areas of family law, including adoptions. I have referred both family and friends to her as needed and will continue to do so.

J. Rubin is handling my husbands Child Support case, he handled the custody case last year for his two children. Rubin is also my husbands brothers custody/Child Support lawyer as well. Jay is extremely knowledgeable, knows the laws/codes, aggressive, confident, friendly but also not afraid to tell you what to expect , what's the most beneficial for you whether you think so or not and he's generally right. He responds back in a timely manner , not one to drag out the case. I'd honestly have to say he has a talent for his chosen profession. My husbands ex wife's fighting tooth and nail to not pay expected child support. Her attorney is "wet behind the ears" so we've been told. Jay put him in his place by knowing what's permitted and what's not in the courtroom and made her lawyer look like a complete idiot.

The Shrager law office gave my case to Heather Kelly. Do NOT hire Shrager... they talked down to me, like I had no brain, yelled at me for following up when they told me to, treated me like I was a criminal and the office smelled of ego. I had no choice. So glad they "sold" the case to Kelly. She treated me the EXACT opposite. Took my phone call, listened to me (every time I needed her too), treated me like an innocent (I was) human being! My case was not complicated and the end result 95% would have been the same without her but Im so pleased she was there by my side. She has a calming presence about her.
