Right from the first contact she was knowledgeable, professional and caring. She explained the custody process and advised she would assist me with everything. I cannot in good conscience recommend Attn. Tigue for anyone who needs fast resolution. I retained Stephanie to assist with my divorce and child custody and initially (after my retainer of 2500 was paid) she was responsive. However as time went on it would be days before she returned calls or emails, she did not take initiative and I often had to prompt her to get things done. When the safety of your children and assets are involved this is not acceptable. When I asked her to assist with child support I was required to pay a separate retainer and she was responsive for a day and then went back to ignoring my questions. I have had to show up in court pro se because my own attorney never responded. I asked for an itemized bill at least 15 times and never received one. I chose Stephanie based on a recommendation of a friend and they too are experiencing the same issues. She seems very nice however I truly would never recommend that anyone retains her.

Julie Potts is it, She is horrible with a horrible haircut and think she knows everybody and everything she will destroy anything you have left with your family during the divorce. Not to mention everybody will be broke at the end!

Julie was the attorney that brought my prolonged, nearly 2.5 year Court Master-involved divorce case to resolution. After two previous attorneys had gone on maternity leave, it could have been easy to become frustrated at the prospect of having the case transferred for a third time, however Julie assumed the case seamlessly and confidently assured me the case would continue to move along without disruption.
As a client who actively participated in the case, I appreciated Julie's attention to detail and responsiveness, her promptness and accuracy in preparing documents, and the wealth of knowledge and experience that she brought to the case, always offering thoughtful options and suggestions as we navigated the various phases of the case. Zanita was a tremendous asset during a very tumultuous time for my family. Zanita or Z as she likes to be called, took me through my divorce with a great deal of concern for me as well as for my children. Z didn't let my "hurry up, I just want it over" emotional responses to the divorce proceedings cost me in my sanity or in my settlement. She certainly is not the stereotypical lawyer yet with a combination of compassion for all sides (children have a side with her), toughness at the negotiation table and experience practicing law she is a lawyer I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends going through a divorce.

I retained Jill’s services in 2016 after my ex forced my son and I out of the house. Jill has been fighting for my son and I ever since. During the divorce Jill was able to find pin holes in the documents from opposing counsel that could have been detrimental to my future and finances. Her articulation is supreme in and out of the courtroom. When it came to custody court, Jill was diligent in ensuring we had all the documentation we needed, and walked me through the process with such patience. During the actual hearing, I was blown away with her performance! Kind and compassionate where need be, but also tenacious and dare I say tactfully ruthless when fighting for me. I continued to retain Jill’s services for all my current custody matters and future custody potentials. Since hiring Jill as my attorney, she has displayed attention to the numerous intricacies within my high conflict custody case. She quickly became familiar with all the moving parts and players that have been introduced over a lengthy period of time. In looking for a lawyer, I wanted someone close, with experience and a good reputation. I found that with Mr Gardner. Our initial meeting, he was very detailed in explaining the process. I had seen him a few times after and he thoroughly answered my questions and did not rush me through the appointment. I was also very happy of how the fee was worked out. My spouse had filed and I was only charged the hourly rate. Which I will forever be greatful for. I would also like to say that the receptionist at the Lititz location is a gem. She was always friendly and gracious. I seemed to have the last appointments of the day and never felt like I was holding her up from leaving for the day. Thank you again for your great service! Rebecca Smith took my case and I honestly didn't think out of all I been through she would make it possible, I' have t seen my kids in about 10 months by the time I finally seen them because she did all she could, I filed for divorce and custody I won't get into my situation or story but I'm forever grateful for this woman, long story short I finally have my children back in my life, Rebecca made my life whole again and gave me more reason to keep fighting to do better , she worked with me didn't judge me basically took me under her wing and worked with me I couldn't stress enough how amazing this firm is I've never had an issue they have treated me with respect any questions I've asked via email they responded pretty fast, not always can everything be answered quickly they are lawyers and have other cases keep in mind but when they can it is pretty prompt , I would highly recommend her to anyone , she has a heart of gold and is extremely caring she has not a mean bone or heart in her I absolutely love her she again made me whole again!!!!

Laura is professional, organized and absolutely has calls returned in a reasonable amount of time . She listens and can be compassionate at times. With that being said I would not recommend her if you are a male dealing with a PFA being filed. I never abused my wife in 11 yrs of marriage. I did not abuse her physically, emotionally, verbally or financially. I had a PFA filed and when it was served to me it was of a denied PFA because the judge saw right through it. However, due to persistence by outside pressures and the coaching by counselors at the Women's Resource Center , another one was filed with a couple of blatant and obvious lies and was granted. I hired Attorney Robbins to fight the PFA. The agreement was to fight it. I was devastated to even have my name in the same sentence with abuser or wife beater. When we got to court, Laura cowered to pressure from the Women's Resource Center and Assistant Prosecutor. I had only been to court a few time and never for a charge of abuse. Laura decided I should plead guilty. Her explanation was that if they can convince or prove of even one incident of abuse and I plead not guilty that it would be bad. I admit I forget the exact consequences. This happened several years ago and I have learned a lot since then. In the county in Pennsylvania that I live in now, my wife would not even have been granted a PFA or her PFA would have quickly been denied. Yet, due to inexperience in life and law I listed to Laura and plead guilty. She convinced me by asked Ng if I had ever raised my voice at my wife, now ex....I said well yes, but rarely and I did not yell or step or call her names. Laura said something like but you raised your voice and that's enough. Now, in Laura's defense, when this happened, abuse by men was a hot topic in Centre County. A retired State Trooper had around that time gone into a Weis Market in Philipsburg and shot his estranged wife. In a custody exchange a man shot and killed his ex wife at a Sheetz on Buffalo Run Road. As you can see I'm being honest and explaining the whole story. But the thing is, I really did not abuse my ex. In fact a couple times she abused me and even got a summons from a state Trooper for smacking, hitting and scratching me up. We should of fought it, she should of fought it. Does anyone understand the consequences of a PFA being granted by a judge during a separation, custody and divorce. I'm not even going to describe or explain how bad pleading guilty to that PFA did that day, I could write a small book about all the consequences that followed. A couple of quick highlights...In the very beginning of this s mess it became a major issue to even see my kids. I also could not work certain community service events that I like doing and lost many job opportunities. It got worse from there. I cannot speak to how well she does with custody and alimony, I did not use her for that. As for tough cases, fighting false PDA's, no way. Also if I could go back in time I would file for malpractice.

Very controling. Not out for your best interest. Makes many mistakes. Also over charges and double charges. Does not consult with you before proceeding. Waits till the last minute and doesn't give the full information. Regularly asks for postpontments. Charges for research. Also tells the client what to do, forgetting that she work for you not the other way around. Definitely won't be using again.

No one ever wants to have to go through a divorce, but if you do, Kristen and Shah Law Group are the people you want to call. They were always very responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I had a full blown custody trial with Ashley. I have a lot of experience in the courtroom. In fact I fired my previous attorney I had and hired her to take over the case. In my case Ashley was the last line of defense for my children. I say my case but this wasn’t my case. This case was my children’s case. Ashley has impacted me in a way I can’t explain. She did exactly what I hoped for and went above and beyond for my children. I don’t know where her career will lead her but she will have me as a client to whatever law firm she may be with for the rest of her career. She is an amazing trial attorney which is truly the highest of compliment I can give to any attorney. Any attorney can settle cases as it doesn't require a tenth of the effort and work that a trial would take. A trial attorney is where the elite stand and that is where Ashley is in my book. She put countless of hours of work into my case and all of that showed on display during my custody trial. Yes we won the trial but more importantly it was her presentation, compassion, and hard work that impressed me the most. She is a quick thinker on her feet which is another ingredient to be a great trial attorney. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Never once did this woman even try to "get to know" me, my children, and our needs and wants. As such, I lost primary custody. She never fought very diligently for our side in mediation, giving in to all of the other side's demands. Then, on top of EVERYTHING else, she left the Myers Law Group to become employed by "the ex's" law firm, Cordell & Cordell with no notice!!! They *say* that my info, little as it is, will be confidential, but we ALL have heard of "water cooler chat," now, haven't we?? I do NOT recommend her.

I requested Jennifer's services to help me respond to a divorce proceeding and determine jurisdiction for a case. You expect a basic level of client service form any attorney, but this was severely missing from Ms. Dumin. I never received a briefing anytime before our court date. She was not readily available over email, as I had to send multiple follow ups. She came to court wholly unprepared and very flustered. She could not even answer basic questions on my behalf leaving me stranded and embarrassed. I understand that you are the legal expert but your clients are not idiots and it is your duty to keep them informed and step up as a professional. This was a disgusting experience through and through. I am surprised she is not immediately disbarred. The firm also had the nerve to try and charge me full price for the judge appearance knowing that I did not receive a proper deposition. I had to advocate for decreased charges. Ms Dumin, please don't practice law ever again, or work on your client service especially with "diverse" clients. We're not all stupid and you are not this god that is above approach. Humble yourself.

I hired Jill on a two occasions and both were criminal. Jill did an amazing job in both cases. The first case I had all of my major
charges dropped which would have resulted in jail time. The second case, Jill did another amazing job.
