I am very comfortable and happy so far with the job Jim is doing to represent my center of my life which is my daughter and son.
I feel we’re almost towards the end of my battle. I’ve had this battle of custody for my children with the same issue protective orders filed against me and frivolous suets against me. Of course I had another attorney represent me. I had switch lawyers for the un satisfaction. I own a business and I know that working for yourself for your firm is equivalent for the amount of effort we do to win over customers. I have not sensed or had any vibes to feel the need to think twice of what Jim is doing. If I have any questions he helps me understand the law. I highly recommend Cramp Law Firm. Military divorces are really specialized. There are special forms and filings and a lot of it is time sensitive. Jim Cramp is an expert in this. He took over my case from an attorney who kept making mistakes and costing me extra money. Once he started on it he got it all resolved quickly. I don't live in San Antonio, and he still took my case. Even if you are divorcing in another state Jim Cramp could probably give you excellent advice. Lastly, he was really responsive. I never had to wait long for answers. I always got a same day response.

The theme of Ms. Vance's Firm is compassion. As an employee, I am behind the scenes.
It was the day before the Final Hearing, and I still needed to complete the Exhibits. I had also failed to do a transcript notebook that was needed for Final Hearing.
The truth be told, I was at rock bottom, my husband had just abandoned the children and I. During this time, Ms. Vance hugged me as I cried my eyes out.

Absolutely recommend getting a consultation from Lisa if you need a family lawyer. We have been fighting for custody to protect my special needs son and she listened to us and took the time to guide us in the right direction. If you want a good outcome from your divorce I suggest you look elsewhere. Mr. Marley was unreachable most of the time and did not respond to phone calls, emails, or text messages. When I hired him he insisted he would fight for me and my children but in the end he did not. All he wanted to do was settle. I would have had a more favorable outcome representing myself. Worst attorney I have ever had.

Ive known good Attorneys But I im very impressed with the work Tim Rountree does he got my felony case dismissed in just one court day He got to the court and after just 10 minutes off speaking to the prosecuter I saw him go to the judge and in less then 15 minutes we came out and he gave me my motion to dismiss sing by the judge If you are ever in need off any legal assistance don't go waist time and money with No one else...I've known attorneys through out my life but had never seen such an impressive job done and not only that but Quick.

Brandi N. Aguillon RESTORED my faith in the family court system. I had screened several attorneys looking for someone who could help me through a difficult family court issue. Other attorneys advised me to wait and see BUT Brandi was able to give me a practical solution AND deliver the result I need and more. While I pray I NEVER need a family attorney again if I do I will ONLY work with her. She had a fair retainer and fees, consistent communication, was knowledgeable, and set realistic expectations from the begging (under promise over deliver) If you need an attorney that will SOLVE your case (even when you feel like TX is a mother state and for women) she will make sure you are seen and heard and the relationship with your kids is unscathed.

I've been using this law firm For At least 11 years, they always respond fast, they're reliable and Honest; they always tell you if there's any issues or if you need any kind of paperwork to improve or move forward with your case. I personally never had any negative experiences. I would highly recommend them for any kind of Immigration case. During my last paperwork renewal Sonia replied back in a timely manner and was on top of any update in regards of my case she was very professional and also took the time to call me once my paperwork was finalized to make sure everything was done correctly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely THE problem when it comes to attorneys this day and age.(maybe it’s just with men). If you want a game where you're being strung along and billed forever playing the rollercoaster game with you and your children's life instead of evidence being presented in a costly/timely and empathetic manner THIS IS YOUR GUY. Mr. Bancroft, i just got off the phone with you where you hung up on me stating that I’m threatening you. Get over your ego and realize that your business as a practicing attourney needs realignment. I wrote you about a standing invoice you provided totaling to less than the amount that Ive paid to you months prior with no response. After speaking to your paralegal, then being transferred to your “billing dept.” and speaking to them I was provided with a newer invoice…..with newer charges, where whomever was working before had originally just simply “forgot to send me the invoice”….what a convenient coincidence. After speaking with her, I was transferred to you where I had a conversation with your ego. Well, from the little guy(s) down here Mr. Bancroft, do whats right and fabricating invoices to skip out on paying balances owed on any moneys paid to you for the services that you DID NOT PROVIDE are just not that. Client paid $1750 in retainer fees(half of your 3500 to get the case started) and had to chase said attourney down for enquiries with little to no communications outside of ones that were initiated by me/client, INCLUDING in person conversation with YOU where I unexpectedly paid a visit to your office in August after I could not successfully contact anyone and asked about a status of my case. You did not recall my case by name until we went to your office and you searched my name.(keep in mind, this is three months after contracting). Attourney invoicing per attourney-client portals all state work for balance of $753, with latest payment from client being $631 in October.(this never happened, only payment made was the initial one and didn't make another due to subpar and in my opinion MALPRACTICAL, I'm aware that isn't an official word, service). After a few months of calling and majorly being placed on hold, back and forth’s with promises of returned calls or motions with paralegals, multiples of them and finally being frustrated with the reality of paying an attourney and not being fought for……while fighting a vindictive situation with my children as a GREAT DAD I asked for an explanation stating that if I did not hear anything as ai had been I wanted to discontinue services and be refunded via message inside of the client portal, I THEN was given a response…..but not with accountability, not with a plan of action, not to communicate any valuable evidence or structured plan of action, but to speak downward of me on the “dismal” months of non-payment……….ultimately this attourney demanded I paid him his past due amount, in addition to totals for mediations that hadn't even been had yet to avoid him WITHDRAWING. Needless to say I attended the mediation PRO SE, paid the mediator directly. I’m now on maximum state mandated child support and standard visitation for the children I equally raised because the relationship did not work out with their mother…finally divorced none the less. All of the evidence in the world to fight that good fight never presented, never saw a represented court setting, money just wasted and thank GOD I demanded a standard or it could have been MUCH MUCH worse financially. Contracted with this attourney on 5/24/2024….attourney withdrew as of 11/5/2024, yet they have still attempted to withdraw payment from my bank as of latest, 12/19/2024…….this was my SECOND attourney over a course of what I recall as a 3 year nightmare……I can confidently say, this is whats wrong with the family law system! Will edit with photo documentation when I have time.

I spent a good deal of time researching lawyers and having consultations meetings to find the best fit for me. I chose Randy because he was the only one that shot me straight. He laid out how things would go and never gave me false hope. He was the best decision I could’ve made for my case. As a dad it often feels like we get the raw end of the deal when it comes to child custody. In my case it was the exact opposite. Brian Walters expertly guided me through a multi-year custody case that was only resolved after a week-long jury trial was held. At trial, Brian was uniquely able to convey empathy towards the other parent while still delivering the hard facts of the case. I believe this resonated with the jury as they were being asked to make a decision that reflected the best interests of the child and not the best interests of either parent. In my personal case, and I suspect in most custody cases, it is easy to demonize the other parent for what they did to you and how their actions are continuing to hurt your parent-child relationship. From my perspective, this is why it is invaluable to retain a legal team that is emotionally intelligent in how they present the facts of the case. Brian was incredibly adaptive when speaking with witnesses and able to effectively anticipate and respond to comments from opposing counsel. Brian unquestionably focused and presented on the best interests of the child and I am beyond grateful to have been able to work with him and his firm.

Brian Walters expertly guided me through a multi-year custody case that was only resolved after a week-long jury trial was held. At trial, Brian was uniquely able to convey empathy towards the other parent while still delivering the hard facts of the case. I believe this resonated with the jury as they were being asked to make a decision that reflected the best interests of the child and not the best interests of either parent. In my personal case, and I suspect in most custody cases, it is easy to demonize the other parent for what they did to you and how their actions are continuing to hurt your parent-child relationship. From my perspective, this is why it is invaluable to retain a legal team that is emotionally intelligent in how they present the facts of the case. I can't say enough good things about everyone at Graham Family Law, I wish I had known about them and how good they are before I hired the firm across the street. I hired Rob Biggers with Graham Family Law after I had to fire the Attorney I went to first for her negligence and failure to actually work my case. Without Rob's help I would be homeless right now. NO JOKE. Rob is an outstanding Attorney that will always respond and not leave you hanging and wondering what's going on. He is also well versed with the obstacles and challenges with OPM and the facilitation of changes named in the Final Decree that are faced by Civilians working for or retired from the Federal Government.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely THE problem when it comes to attorneys this day and age.(maybe it’s just with men). If you want a game where you're being strung along and billed forever playing the rollercoaster game with you and your children's life instead of evidence being presented in a costly/timely and empathetic manner THIS IS YOUR GUY. Mr. Bancroft, i just got off the phone with you where you hung up on me stating that I’m threatening you. Get over your ego and realize that your business as a practicing attourney needs realignment. I wrote you about a standing invoice you provided totaling to less than the amount that Ive paid to you months prior with no response. After speaking to your paralegal, then being transferred to your “billing dept.” and speaking to them I was provided with a newer invoice…..with newer charges, where whomever was working before had originally just simply “forgot to send me the invoice”….what a convenient coincidence. After speaking with her, I was transferred to you where I had a conversation with your ego. Well, from the little guy(s) down here Mr. Bancroft, do whats right and fabricating invoices to skip out on paying balances owed on any moneys paid to you for the services that you DID NOT PROVIDE are just not that. Client paid $1750 in retainer fees(half of your 3500 to get the case started) and had to chase said attourney down for enquiries with little to no communications outside of ones that were initiated by me/client, INCLUDING in person conversation with YOU where I unexpectedly paid a visit to your office in August after I could not successfully contact anyone and asked about a status of my case. You did not recall my case by name until we went to your office and you searched my name.(keep in mind, this is three months after contracting). Attourney invoicing per attourney-client portals all state work for balance of $753, with latest payment from client being $631 in October.(this never happened, only payment made was the initial one and didn't make another due to subpar and in my opinion MALPRACTICAL, I'm aware that isn't an official word, service). After a few months of calling and majorly being placed on hold, back and forth’s with promises of returned calls or motions with paralegals, multiples of them and finally being frustrated with the reality of paying an attourney and not being fought for……while fighting a vindictive situation with my children as a GREAT DAD I asked for an explanation stating that if I did not hear anything as ai had been I wanted to discontinue services and be refunded via message inside of the client portal, I THEN was given a response…..but not with accountability, not with a plan of action, not to communicate any valuable evidence or structured plan of action, but to speak downward of me on the “dismal” months of non-payment……….ultimately this attourney demanded I paid him his past due amount, in addition to totals for mediations that hadn't even been had yet to avoid him WITHDRAWING. Needless to say I attended the mediation PRO SE, paid the mediator directly. I’m now on maximum state mandated child support and standard visitation for the children I equally raised because the relationship did not work out with their mother…finally divorced none the less. All of the evidence in the world to fight that good fight never presented, never saw a represented court setting, money just wasted and thank GOD I demanded a standard or it could have been MUCH MUCH worse financially. Contracted with this attourney on 5/24/2024….attourney withdrew as of 11/5/2024, yet they have still attempted to withdraw payment from my bank as of latest, 12/19/2024…….this was my SECOND attourney over a course of what I recall as a 3 year nightmare……I can confidently say, this is whats wrong with the family law system! Will edit with photo documentation when I have time.

let me save you your time and money before even considering using Michael Dominick for your services. First of all the receptionist who was very sweet I believe is coached to say whatever it takes to schedule the appointment. I was lied to, to feel comfortable enough to make the appointment. Was told the hourly rate and I said oh I most likely will only take up no more then 20 minutes, I only wanted to ask a couple of questions. She said no problem they will refund for whatever time I don’t use. Which is the only reason I agreed to the appointment. I was there on time, was made to wait cause he was “consulting with a colleague” I was told, which was fine, walked into his office 15 minutes later. Was in his office almost 25 minutes before telling him that I don’t think he is what I was looking for. At the front I asked about the refund and you can tell his frail ego was hurt and said we don’t do that. And I explained then I was lied to and that now I feel conned into making the appointment because I never would have accepted knowing the truth. Said to contact billing and she was just plain rude. She then said that “I am just mad because he wouldn’t take my case” lol oh honey I’m sorry I think you have it twisted but it’s his weak frail male ego that is mad that I didn’t want him. She then dismissed me rudely. Maybe he needs the extra cash because he is the least paid lawyer in that office and was able to take my appointment instantly so that speaks volumes for his books. Maybe he will use the cash to tailor his poorly fit suit. I have the original phone call recorded on my home security cameras to prove I was told about the refund policy and I have the appointment voice recorded because I sometimes forget everything that was talked about during any sort of appointment and like to reference back, so I have time stamps and everything for the record
Save yourself your time and just go somewhere else. He is smug and arrogant and likes the sound of his own voice because I tried to cut off the appointment much sooner as I realized ten minutes in he was not for me but he likes to go round and round repeating himself, probably to rack up the bill and justify himself. I will be going to everywhere and anywhere to leave my review, google, yelp, Reddit, Justia, Avvo, every San Antonio group on Facebook. I will google San Antonio lawyer review sites and leave my experience so people can take from it what they will.

I hired this firm for my family custody case, and while we reached an agreement, there’s been an ongoing issue with the AOG not finalizing and releasing funds. For several weeks now, despite being a paying client, I’ve called and emailed multiple times with no response. About 3 weeks ago, Lino briefly took my call, but he gave no explanation, only asking for patience and promising it would be resolved by the end of the week. Since then, I’ve heard nothing even after making several attempts for a simple update. Every time I call, I’m told they’re unavailable, and it feels like I’m being avoided. As a paying client, it’s incredibly disheartening to be left in the dark for so long during such a vulnerable time. The lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. This review is literally my last resort as I have no idea how to get through to them. I’m just hoping they see this and actually reach out to me.

As a retired veteran , I would give Alex Salazar 10 stars if I could. The staff at Law Office of Steven C Benkelaw offices are the absolute best. I had made a call for a quick consult before the office almost closed. The reception was great in having Alex call me after hours. I had felt really threatened that my kids would leave on a trip and not come back. After the phone call I went to go see him for an initial consult and we discussed my case further. I had consulted other law offices for about a month and felt I needed to Go with Mr Salazar after being repeatedly harassed my spouse.
I feel he went above & beyond in the separation agreement proceedings with a mentally abusive narcissistic. Between Mr Salazar and Stacy Hernandez they made the situation the best it could possibly be. They both were always calm under pressure and Mr. Salazar was able to quickly and efficiently diffuse panic situations. They both understood and empathized for me and my situation. I would NOT recommend Enrique Alex Salazar, he charged me a $200 consultation fee to go over an issue. At the end of the consultation meeting, I told him I would like to hire him so therefore he asks me for documents he would like to see and will remove the $200 consultation fee if hired.
I’ve called him and texted him and has yet to replied. I called his office and his secretary told me that he is too busy to take my case, but I guess he wasn’t too busy to take my $200 consultation money. Even the receipt reads that it’s a refundable consultation fee
