I can't recommend David and Katz and Phillips more. After being arrested I was referred to him by a friend and couldn't be happier. Through his in-depth knowledge of the law and attention to detail David was able to determine the arresting didn't have cause in the case and was able to get all charges dropped in under a month. I first hired David Katz for a DUI (2nd) arrest in 2008. Not sure what to expect, I was ready for my day in court, when he called me on my way to the courthouse to let me know that a plea deal was reached, and I would be pleading guilty to a reckless driving charge instead of a 2nd offense DUI!! What a relief!! I have since referred him to all of my friends that find themselves in a dui arrest, and he has been successful every single time in avoiding a dui conviction. Client for life, but hopefully not needed!!

Attorney Watson paid close attention to the details of my case and was able to reduce my medical bills and negotiate a much higher settlement than I expected. I looked for a probate attorney and they never got back with me after leaving several messages and I had to keep calling. When I did received a call back they did not explain the process just told me what their fee was and I had to pay it upfront. Needless to say I seek help from someone else. I called Mr. Lorenzo on a Saturday afternoon and he answered and explained the process of what to be expected. He sounded very knowledgeable and also caring. I felt so relieved after speaking to him and I knew I had found the right attorney. Mr. Lorenzo was there for my family and I through a difficult time and case. Mr. Lorenzo showed us empathy and trust which are two important factors to me.Through out the process he kept us informed of every detailed of the case. During the past week I have had the pleasure of speaking with Olivia Kronenberg a number times. I was hoping that with her help, to be able to find some answers regarding the death of my wife. She reviewed my case and informed me that she was unable to help me. One might wonder why in the world I would than give her so many stars. She is worth every one of them! She realized that even though my case had merit, it was not strong enough. Proving fault in dealing a death due to stage 4 cancer can be both time consuming and mentally challenging for a spouse. Some legal questions arose during a conversation with a potential client for my small company. I needed the opinion and legal advice from an employment and labor attorney, but the thing is that I needed those in a timely manner for me to attend another meeting with the potential client the next day, with enough knowledge on how to proceed with certain contracts. I found him here at Avvo, contacted him, and explained the time-sensitive nature of my request. He was able to momentarily postpone other commitments to work for me on reviewing documents and giving me his opinion and suggestion for the best approach.

Mr. Riley Beam was indeed very helpful in resolving my unfortunate case, Of another driver. That happened to drive right into my car when I was at a dead stop. Luckily enough I had video evidence. But as far as obtaining his services I would recommend him highly to anybody, As far as obtaining his services to seeing it through until the end. As I read the reviews below I don't believe that I can top the high praise that this law firm has received, what I can do is tell you that this firm ended up co counseling (took over) from my original attorney in the middle of the case. Robert Johnson was short of spectacular, he literally hit the ground running. Extremely knowledgeable and quick on his feet. As a client you should always want the meanest/ nastiest kicking mule that will have your best interest in mind. Robert is that attorney, during some of the proceedings to watch Robert was extremely impressive. As he strategized with his team and explained it to where I could understand it made me feel at ease. Robert was able to get a settlement that was well past my expectations and couldn't have been happier. His staff including but not limited to Rosa was extremely professional, Rosa was my main contact and she was absolutely amazing through this process. This was a huge undertaking for them to take over like they did and they did it like true professionals. If you need a kicking mule do not hesitate to call them. You will not be disappointed.

I called his firm and sent over documents for him to review. He was the only attorney who actually called me back and discussed my case. Unfortunately my case was not what he handles but, I had a consumer law case against a car dealership he gave me some great information that I was not aware of that made my case stronger,explained a particular statute to me and gave some referrals. Even the office staff who take the calls are educated and know how to answer a call. Not very common today when I have called other offices. You can tell just from being on the phone with him he loves what he does and care about his clients and the bestoutcome.

I was accused by a former associate of things I did not do. It was aggressively pursued by the petitioner. The case was complicated to prove my complete innocence.
