Did not crumble under pressure by MSPB Judge or the Office of Personnel Management attorney’s. He was cool, calm and knowledgeable as he presented my case flawlessly to MSPB board. OPM attorney’s attempted to deny me of my retirement benefits which I worked so hard to achieve, but thanks to Mr . Maharaj’s knowledge and experience they were not successful. I am very happy with the work he performed on my behalf. If I had to do it all over again. I would hire him with the quickness, he is highly recommended.

I hired Laura not too long ago to help me with a Domestic Violence Injunction. Laura was always by my side and was on top of the case. She was there to answer my calls right away after dialing, whether at Midnight or Early in the morning. She did the same for any E-Mails sent to us, providing us with any documents that would be needed for the outcome we wished for. Then came the day of the hearing. She was punctual and there early, and she was sharp and was able to persuade the judge to go in a manner that is greatly done. Normally, Injunctions only last for about 1 - 2 years. But, with Laura's help we got an answer that seemed impossible, a ten year injunction. We got an answer that went beyond out expectations. I would recommend Laura for anyone. I hired Jonathan for a fried a while back for a custody case that was all over the place. Not only was he able to fit all the missing pieces he was so professional answered all my questions and walked us through the whole thing step by step and it was a complete success.. And also why I hired him for myself after my divorce I was given a petition for custody for the kids we have together and sadly his dirty tactics didn't work Jonathan was so forceful and direct there was no way it was ever going to go in any other direction other then in my favor. I recently posted a question immediately after a ruling on my temporary time share plan. I was angry and frustrated with the results and wanted answers right away. I just got a response from Mr. Davis and whew, it brought me to tears but good tears. While waiting for feedback I did some research on why the non custodial parent was awarded some time share being that he was an uninvolved parent. In my findings I discovered that the judge did what was in the best interest of child. I actually got more out of the ruling than he did. She’s giving dad the opportunity to bond with our child on a trial basis. It makes sense. And Mr. Davis responded he provided that same answer, very raw and blunt but what I needed to read. I can appreciate his honesty with no filter answer. He seems seasoned and well versed in the law. He would be a great choice if one needed a lawyer. Thank you Mr. Davis and many blessings your way!

I retained Robert 6 years ago for an appeal of a case which had dragged on for 5 years. He won the appeal handily. The case was remanded back to the lower court and Robert assumed that litigation as well, as he was familiar with the case. Robert brought the case to a successful conclusion, although it dragged on for another 5 years. Robert goes above and beyond the normal Attorney/Client relationship with constant communication and personal support.

Erin Hardister is without a doubt, the brightest attorney out there. Because of her, My Boys will now have the opportunity to go to college. A simple "Thank you" to her in no way would suffice. She is VERY bright, and I Thank God that she's not like other attorneys out there who're just out to get a big lump sum of money and put no effort into it. She is not a 9 to 5'er like most that have represented me in this case that's dragged on for more than 7 years, and I've had some with more than 20 years under their belt, but that means nothing if you're scared to rebut the state and stand up and actually talk to the judge, versus being a scared puppet. I mean, what attorney would send you an email at 10:00pm, OR be willing to take your phone call? This case started in May of 2012. I've had several attorneys. I hired her mid April of 2019, and YESTERDAY, May 1st, she did what all those other attorneys didn't and couldn't do. My Boys are My Absolute EVERYTHING, and because of her, they now will have the Opportunity to go to college. I have no doubt that regardless of whether it was Family Law or Criminal Law, Erin would be on her game......I can truly see her one day being a judge, and a fair one at that, but I'd hope that she'd stay as an attorney so the smart ones that hire her can actually get the help and JUSTICE that they (and their kids if they are in a Family Law Case) deserve!!! Know what sucks? Getting divorced. Know what sucks more than that? Throwing $300 at an attorney for a 20 minute conversation who's the supposed "ferrari of family law" and not getting anything out of it.
I walked into Mrs.Beth(I call her Anne Coulter)'s office, and was in tears over the stress of the beginnings of a divorce, and as a father who can't begin to talk about his kids in any legal form without crying and being overly passionate, having an attorney who matches my intensity so I don't fly off the handle and use four letter words in front of a judge that I shouldn't, is an absolute blessing.
