I retained Robert 6 years ago for an appeal of a case which had dragged on for 5 years. He won the appeal handily. The case was remanded back to the lower court and Robert assumed that litigation as well, as he was familiar with the case. Robert brought the case to a successful conclusion, although it dragged on for another 5 years. Robert goes above and beyond the normal Attorney/Client relationship with constant communication and personal support.

I have known and worked with Robert Rivas as President of Final Exit Network for the past two years. Final Exit Network is a 501 (c)(3) organization, devoted to providing mentally competent persons who become members information on how to end their lives peacefully, painlessly, and quickly when they are suffering from an irreversible medical condition that is more than they can bear. We also offer a compassionate presence to any member who chooses to end his or her suffering. Authorities in GA, AZ, and MN have brought charges against our volunteers and Final Exit Network as violating their laws against assisted suicide. We believe, and we publicly state, that we do not violate laws against assisted suicide. Robert has lead our defense teams in all three jurisdictions, as well as personally argued on behalf of our volunteers and the organization, and has brought us to victory in GA and AZ. Erin Hardister is without a doubt, the brightest attorney out there. Because of her, My Boys will now have the opportunity to go to college. A simple "Thank you" to her in no way would suffice. She is VERY bright, and I Thank God that she's not like other attorneys out there who're just out to get a big lump sum of money and put no effort into it. She is not a 9 to 5'er like most that have represented me in this case that's dragged on for more than 7 years, and I've had some with more than 20 years under their belt, but that means nothing if you're scared to rebut the state and stand up and actually talk to the judge, versus being a scared puppet. I mean, what attorney would send you an email at 10:00pm, OR be willing to take your phone call? This case started in May of 2012. I've had several attorneys. I hired her mid April of 2019, and YESTERDAY, May 1st, she did what all those other attorneys didn't and couldn't do. My Boys are My Absolute EVERYTHING, and because of her, they now will have the Opportunity to go to college. I have no doubt that regardless of whether it was Family Law or Criminal Law, Erin would be on her game......I can truly see her one day being a judge, and a fair one at that, but I'd hope that she'd stay as an attorney so the smart ones that hire her can actually get the help and JUSTICE that they (and their kids if they are in a Family Law Case) deserve!!! In just a couple weeks she did what 3 others couldn't do in 7 years!!! God Blessed My Boys and I with finding and hiring her!! I mean He truly BLESSED My Boys and I cause as previously stated, she's not a 9 to 5'er........she's all in looking to and hitting home runs!!! Know what sucks? Getting divorced. Know what sucks more than that? Throwing $300 at an attorney for a 20 minute conversation who's the supposed "ferrari of family law" and not getting anything out of it.
I walked into Mrs.Beth(I call her Anne Coulter)'s office, and was in tears over the stress of the beginnings of a divorce, and as a father who can't begin to talk about his kids in any legal form without crying and being overly passionate, having an attorney who matches my intensity so I don't fly off the handle and use four letter words in front of a judge that I shouldn't, is an absolute blessing.
Beth has, since day one made the entire process a walk in the park. Every single thing that my ex's "bus stop lawyer"(ive learned in big cities the lawyers who advertise on bus stops are generally the worst ones, and the ones who do little to no advertising and let word of mouth do the talking are top notch). I sure wish I began with Beth. She truely knows the laws.Beth wants me to file a order ODRO. This way I'll get my alimony and wants me to move my court date up. Very easy to talk with. Explains everything clearly. I just can't say enough about this wonderful young LADY! I went with a women from Alachua,FL. All she is about is money-money! She double bills you! An absolute amazing man and a wonderful staff to match. I didn't know how to use technology when he helped me in my time of need. So this is a few years after the matter. My husband had just passed away and I found out the insurance company didn't want to pay up. My sister referred me to this angel. He got me my husband's policy I was owed. It was a hard time for me and I didn't know how to deal with this part and i was crying uncontrollably . He was so professional, yet an understanding human. He told me to ake all the time I needed, because the thought of signing these papers seemed so final on his death, that it was a realization to me that he was really never going to come back to me. It's going to be 8 years on the 24th of February. Not a day goes by that I remember the kindness that he and his staff gave me, as this was and still is the first REAL loss (close to me), that I've experienced. Thank you cannot begin to express or acknowledge the respect, and love I have for this man and his staff. Thank you isn't enough for the help and genuine thoughtfulness y'all showed me.

Mr. Cosden came highly recommended, we had met with others but upon talking with Mr. Cosden I knew he was whom I was going to hire for my husbands Appeal. Having previously received bad advice from a different attorney, I was in a nightmare situation trying to sort out a legal situation. I was spending a lot of time and effort sorting out a legal situation in which I was ultimately faced with a crappy settlement offer on top of which I would need to tie up some loose ends myself that I wouldn't have known how to do.
