Mr. Cosden came highly recommended, we had met with others but upon talking with Mr. Cosden I knew he was whom I was going to hire for my husbands Appeal. Not only is Mr. Cosden very knowledgeable but he has a special way of breaking the same example down in multiple ways for one to understand. He is smart, informative and very knowledgeable. Steven Rudin in a knowledgeable and diligent attorney. I was the victim of an automobile accident in Tacoma, Washington. Mr Rudin became my attorney in S. Fl and he was able to secure co-counsel for us in Tacoma., Washington. There were 4 passengers, which included myself, in the vehicle. We experienced varying degrees of injury rangin from broken ankle to a broken wrist.
Mr Rudin, with the co-counsel in Washington State, was able to win us almost a total of $1million dollars from the different entities responsible for the injury.

Having previously received bad advice from a different attorney, I was in a nightmare situation trying to sort out a legal situation. I was spending a lot of time and effort sorting out a legal situation in which I was ultimately faced with a crappy settlement offer on top of which I would need to tie up some loose ends myself that I wouldn't have known how to do. I reached out to Greg and after meeting with him only one time, he promptly secured an even better settlement and took care of those loose ends for me. I wish I had gone to Greg sooner - I'm sure my settlement would have been even better if I had been with him from the beginning than securing him last minute. Excellent attorney and very personable. Victor Ruiz is the type of person you want in your corner when dealing with a situation you feel like you cant handle. From the beginning, he makes you feel at ease, he has control of whatever you're facing and guides you in the right path. I had tons of questions throughout the two year period were I was facing a malpractice suit. I am not an expert in law but he is able to explain everything in simple terms were you're able to understand the process. I have called upon Ed Garrabrandts since first moving to Florida in 1979.
First when my husband and I set up our wills. Again when he passed away in 1985...
Over the years he has handled estates (I have been widowed twice), set up trusts and handled a multitude of things needing an attorney that occur over a lifetime.
Each time he has always answered his own phone and always made you feel as if you had returned as a dear friend that had been absent.

My partner and I were in a precarious position with a third partner who tried to steal our largest client. Although other transaction attorneys were involved, it was not until James Tanner, a true litigator, got involved that we received an injunction blocking the partner from breaking our bylaws. Mr. Tanner was not only professional, but got the defendant to blatantly admit to the judge that he was in breach of the by-laws through his superior skills in cross examination and in getting the truth revealed. Cant say enough about good things Jeff Berman and his firm. I had an issue where my rights were violated while I was visiting FL. I had actually consulted informally with an Attorney I know in my home state who advised me "there may not be anything worth pursuing and while what happened was wrong, I may just have to let it go". Well, Im happy I decided to consult with Jeff. He took the time to really examine what occurred and he agreed that my rights had been violated and action should be taken. Not only did Jeff take the case, he pursued it aggressively and with passion. I came away very impressed. My goal with my case wasnt necessarily a monetary award as much as it was holding the other parties accountable, but the monetary award Jeff was able to obtain was definitely a pleasant surprise. The Staff at Berman Law, Sara to be specific, was wonderful also. i truly hope never to need representation again in a case such as this, but if I do I know exactly who to call.

I've had 5 lawyers in my 10 year long family case. While Mr. Reiner is a criminal defense lawyer, he is a trial attorney first and foremost.
