James is 100% a Top Notch attorney. He is extremely detailed and personable. He will analyze every detail of your case and knows exactly what he is doing. I thought no one would care about my cases and the effect they have had on my life as much as I did but James is the one to have in your corner. I interviewed many attorneys including the big box names. I was very close to hiring the big box because of the "clout" and win rate they tout. The folks you are talking to at the big box are sales people very rarely an actual attorney prior to hiring. I got a taste of how that was going to work and after working with James I have no doubt my experience at the big box would have been much different. James fully cleared my name. After years of having two baseless complaints on my record I decided to hire James. I could not look at my U4 anymore knowing that the claims were not true. Throughout the process I was well informed as to what was needed on my end, the timeline of the expungement and had no surprises. James also discussed the outcomes and as they cannot be guaranteed, I feel that how James managed my case and kept me informed throughout the process, was a factor in my favorable outcome.

I hired this law firm to get me out of my Royal holiday vacation club. I had been putting it off for so long and decided to pursue cancelling it. From beginning to end I have gotten fast responses annd they are so helpful. They work with you on a payment plan and i thought that spoke to their confidence in the ability to do what they say.Not to mention checking up on me to make sure I understood everything. Mr. Rinaldi kept me and my 100 year old DAV father of WWII (Marine Corp) warm and dry in my home for over 6 years while defending my case every step of the way and he did an "OUTSTANDING" job all the way to the very END! During my initial consultation Mr. Rinaldi was very straightforward. He explained every possible outcome in layman's terms, concerning my debt collection matter. Within days of being retained, he filed documents on my behalf with the court and initiated communication with the Plaintiff's attorney. I expected my case to be open for 9-12 months. However, because of Mr. Rinaldi's experience in debt collection matters he was able to get the Plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice. What I expected to take up to a year, Mr. Rinaldi got resolved within 30 days of being retained. I couldn't have asked for a better result.

Ron was dedicated to my ex-husband's violent crime case. He was looking at 38 years in federal prison but because of all the work that went into researching PTSD and how it affected my ex-husband the father of my children received 5 years of prison and will hopefully be home in 3 years. I had a DUI a year ago but then got it reduced to reckless driving. Once it was reduced the board of nursing found out within 30 days of the conviction. Since I failed to report it in I received a letter from the the Board of Nursing wanting to mediate or legal action was going to be taken towards my license. I then hired Elizabeth about my issue and she spoke to the Board of Nursing and got the case to be dismissed by not having them file a complaint towards me and my license. She is very professional helpful and always available and compassion towards you and your needs. I definitely recommend her and the case was resolved very quick with a reasonable price.
