Mr. Rothman is a Godsend. I reached out to the firm under the implication that my husband and I had a copyright infringement case. In hindsight, this was far from the truth. He took the time to entertain my ignorance and he saved me a few thousand dollars. Prior to contacting Mr. Rothman, I was prepared to pay another attorney over $4400 hundred dollars not even realizing that I never had a case to begin with. As a professional photographer whose work was infringed by a billion dollar company, I really struggled in finding someone to help me fight them. My first attorney was only interested in how much money he could make from me. I was ready to give up and then, by just a fluke, I found Joel Rothman.
Joel has always been so patient and easy to talk to. He is always available and extremely knowledgeable. And he is such a pleasure to work with.
And he works fast. Within four days of hiring him, he filed my lawsuit. I would have never been able to sue them without Joel. The other side was counting on me not being able to sue them and they were very surprised.
Not only did he make it easy for me to afford the ongoing expenses, at mediation he lowered his contingency so that I got a number that I was comfortable with. I dare anyone to find another attorney who would do that.
He is a great negotiator and always gave me the true pros and cons to guide my decisions. I know the lawyers for the company I was suing were not expecting my attorney to be so knowledgeable and experienced at what he does. It was always five of their attorneys against Joel. It did not go well for them.
I am so thankful and blessed that I found Joel. The bottom line is that he actually cares about artists and it shows in the way he conducts his business.

Christin is representing me in a very tough battle with the IRS.
The IRS had a whole list of accusations against me, going back 10 years, and targeting me for every one of those years.
They were taking the most extreme and severe actions against me, possible, when I hired Christin.
Christin has successfully kept ANY bad things from happening to me, while eliminating things from the IRS list of things against me, along the way. Christin and her strategies successfully defeated almost the entire list for every year, so far. She is still working on the last one, and has adapted, all along the way, to make sure nothing bad happens to me, even though my situation is constantly changing. My situation changing occasionally causes her to change her strategies, to insure the best outcome, for me.
Her strategies have been adaptive, and hedging, and based on her extensive experience and expertise.
She knows how to "play the game" (as the saying goes), while always seeking the best possible outcome for her client.
Christin is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very sharp!
Her law office works diligently, and frequently "burns the midnight oil" to make sure absolutely nothing is overlooked, or neglected.
I did a great deal of research (due diligence), and communicated with many lawyers, and explored all my options, before hiring Christin. Based on my experience with Christin, and her firm, I am extremely pleased I hired her to represent me, and NOT one of the others.

I am not a young guy. I have had experience with lawyers, throughout my life, for various issues (not all bad), both in my home state, and a couple lawyers here in Florida.

When fighting the IRS, Christin is extremely shrewd, tough, aggressive, and works adaptively from a finely crafted strategy, which literally considers every possibility, before she even goes into each battle, in order to insure the best possible outcome, no matter what.
I have found her to operate from the highest moral and ethical standards regarding her clients.

I came to Mr. Kaleel after losing an BBB arbitration case against Ford for our brand new F150 King Ranch truck. I had the truck in the shop multiple times and finally filed for the Lemon Law and followed all the appropriate steps to take the vehicle to the BBB arbitration for a repurchase. Even though the problem with the vehicle continued to exist, the arbitrator failed to award the repurchase. I rejected the decision and started looking for representation. I called many law offices and most everyone wanted to pursue Ford with a warranty claim. Mr. Kaleel was the only one I found willing to pursue the claim to arbitration under the Lemon Law.
I hired him and he took the time to go over all the accumulated documents up to that point, and he was extremely helpful and thorough as he gathered the necessary information to win the case. He could not believe that the arbitrator from the BBB did not award the buyback and was confident that we would get the repurchase from the Attorney General Arbitration Board.
He soon drafted a letter to Ford and the Attorney General Lemon Law office with the intent to move forward with the arbitration. We immediately got a response from Ford that they would repurchase our vehicle! After a few weeks of dealing with Ford's counsel, which we found very difficult, Mr. Kaleel was able to negotiate an amazing deal that we were very happy with. Ford, although they didn't have to, payed most of the Attorney's fees as well!
Although I wish I could have avoided the entire Lemon Law experience, I would not hire anyone else to go up against a giant company like Ford. Mr. Kaleel did an excellent job and it was an outstanding win! I highly recommend his services if you are in a similar situation.

I retained Mr. Payne to defend a foreclosure suit. I did not think that there was much hope for my defense, but he indicated otherwise. He successfully defended my suit and I have been able to keep my property. He and his staff greatly exceeded my expectations. Since then, I have hired him to handle other matters. I would consider Justin Payne family. I have been with him since January 2007. I hold a mortgage that had to go into foreclosure. I was at my wits end. He explained the situation telling me what we had to do and now I have my mind back. He also took over dealing with the mortgage to reduce my stress. After years of having two baseless complaints on my record I decided to hire James. I could not look at my U4 anymore knowing that the claims were not true. Throughout the process I was well informed as to what was needed on my end, the timeline of the expungement and had no surprises. James also discussed the outcomes and as they cannot be guaranteed, I feel that how James managed my case and kept me informed throughout the process, was a factor in my favorable outcome.

Mr. Rinaldi kept me and my 100 year old DAV father of WWII (Marine Corp) warm and dry in my home for over 6 years while defending my case every step of the way and he did an "OUTSTANDING" job all the way to the very END! During my initial consultation Mr. Rinaldi was very straightforward. He explained every possible outcome in layman's terms, concerning my debt collection matter. Within days of being retained, he filed documents on my behalf with the court and initiated communication with the Plaintiff's attorney. I expected my case to be open for 9-12 months. However, because of Mr. Rinaldi's experience in debt collection matters he was able to get the Plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice. What I expected to take up to a year, Mr. Rinaldi got resolved within 30 days of being retained. I couldn't have asked for a better result.
