I had a rather simple area that I wanted help with... setting aside a conviction in a DWI case. I did not know the exact name for that process and I found Dax online. I contacted him and was able to get an appointment rather quickly, and he did not charge for the first meeting. He quoted me a flat fee and I knew what to expect from the time I left his office going forward.
I really liked the fact that Dax met with me and really seemed interested in helping me and my situation. I knew that he would be handling my case and not passing me off to another associate attorney.
When I needed to reach Dax, he was available to me via text message and cell phone ... I don't think he gives those out until you hire him, though.
I would recommend you call Dax for anything. Even if you think he cannot help you, give him a chance. If Dax is not able to assist you, he will tell you up front and if possible refer you to someone else.
I have no complaints and if I ever need an attorney again, Dax will be the first person I call!

My case was not a walk in the park by any means. It involved parent access, spousal maintenance and child support. Lesli Jahangiri did an outstanding job representing me. I got charged with felony DWI almost a year ago in Fayette county in La Grange , I was basically falling asleep at the wheel and the cops saw I had two prior DWI's from 10 years ago. My breathalyzer test was zero, and even though I refused the blood test, they went ahead and took my blood and justified it by the fact I had priors. They found meth and zanex in my blood test and I was looking at 2-10 years in prison, a suspended license, or 10 years probation, and I wasn't even drunk. Not only did Adam Reposa get me my drivers license back during the ALR hearing, he also got my charge reduced to a reckless driving misdemeanor , with time served and no probation, and he waived the rest of money I was supposed to pay. I hope I never have another case but if I did, I would defiinitely hire him again.

Adam helped my cousin recently and even waived part of his fee because he knew my cousin needed that money to get his life back together. He got the charges reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor and the sentenced redueced from 6 months in jail to 1 year of probation. I can't thank him enough for fighting for my cousin!! He was charged in Williamson County, a county notorious for discrimination against African Americans and Latinos. We all worried that my cousin would have to serve jail time, but thanks to Adam, he has a 2nd chance!

I had Mrs. Hindera as a court appointed lawyer for a federal case back in 2006. Although I was incarcerated the entire time, she was in full communication with my mother. Everyone with a federal case knows they have a 99.9% conviction rate so really you are just hoping the judge will have mercy on you and give you the best sentence possible according to your rating with any priors. It's a crazy process but I believe she did the best she could do and I only got a 24 month sentence which wasn't anything after already being in there for 9 months. She actually personally knew the prosecutor so I think that helped a little and was able to show the judge who I really was and not the person in the paperwork in front of her. I am very thankful for her treating my family with all respect and making them feel like it would all be ok in the end. She is a good attorney and figured I'd give her a review since I'm seeing no-one else has.

It has only week but I am already fully confident that Paul is working hard to help me. I am currently fighting a DWI and POM. Paul was prompt to send someone to get me out of jail when I was arrested. I met with him and he himself sat down with me and discussed my case. I never felt judged, and he even shared my concerns. He was fully on board with defending me, and protecting me from having things on my background affect my future. I was given a price and he was even kind enough to drop the price and set up a payment plan. I even called to have my payments rescheduled and they were super understanding and courteous. Mr. Spears represented me for a very messy, ugly, and drawn out seperation/child custody dispute.
He was very honest and up front of his perception of the case and my chances of custody. He gave invaluable advice and reccomendations that proved to be the difference between me recieving primary custody or just visitations with my children. Mr. Spears always made clear his fees and charges for representation and kept me up to date with monthly statements clearly itemized with time spent on my case.He always made the most efficent use of our time together and never "racked up hours". Mr. Spears seems well connected and very well liked when at the courthouse, in hearings, and interacting with judicicial staff.He is a very experienced, methodical, and articulate litigator. His skills in negotiation, mediation, and thinking outside the box are truly a rarity. Mr. Spears was always candid and responsive to issues that arose. Communication was always open with phone calls and emails being returned in a very timely manner. I could go on and on of what a great attorney he is but to to simplify it : When you need an attorney ecspecially in cases of child custody, you don't want to take a chance with a sub par clock watcher who never takes a genuine interest in the well being of your children. Mr. Turner in addition to being knowledgeable and skilled, he is above all else, personable. His colleague Joan Marron is equally accomplished at her craft. My son got into an unfortunate mess by being at a college Frat party that was raided. He received a Minor in Consumption. Being lazy, he didn't take his required class and a non-compassionate Judge suspended his driving license for 6 months. Being naive, my son was caught driving with a suspended license. Mr. Turner and Ms. Marron were able to get the charges dropped. This was the exact re-set button my son needed. Much of my son's trouble can be attributed to him being very depressed. He is a great kid that needed a fresh start. Mr. Turner and Ms. Marron gave that to him. Our family is very grateful.

I was being charged with Felony assault charges. As a federal contracted employee, I wasn't even allowed back into the building with that type of charge, so I was suspended from my job. Yes, I was afraid and unsure of how I would survive without my career. Mr. Fox went out of his way to talk to my big bosses to reasure them that I would be successful in my legal defense, so they preseverd my job. The court process was not quick but Mr. Fox kept clear communication through phone calls and emails. After about 12 months Bruce Fox was able to convince the district jury that I was no criminal and the case was dismissed. I have been able to rebuild my life, and begin the rehiring process for my federal contract position. I am relieved and very thankful for the diligent lawyers and staff at Bruce Fox's office. I recommend his business if you want to preserve your reputation and innocence.
