I hired Benjamin while seeking relief from incredibly strict probation. He treated my case like it was his own personal battle. He didn't just get me relief, he got my probation terminated early, which other lawyers told me was impossible. He did it like it was just another Tuesday. William "Rusty" Hubbarth did amazing job when I was looking down the barrel hope being possibly convicted a 4 charges. Being disabled veteran he advocated for conditions and help drop a couple charges to get me a good deal with probation and with stipulations that help aid me with my disability. I appreciate him very much and anybody that has this lawyer in your corner he is definitely going to advocate for you and he is definitely going to go to the length to make sure that the very best can be done for you. Our son got caught in Williamson County with contraband in his car. Blair did a great job explaining options and how, since this was his first offense and drug testing proved he wasn't using, the odds were good that he could get the case dismissed. Very reasonable fee for the services provided, ended up getting the case dismissed and is also working on getting an early expunction. Hope I never have to use him again, but wouldn't hesitate to if needed. Did a great job!

I'm an immigrant and was charged with family violence misdemeanor. I hired Kevin to represent me. He was very responsive and I received prompt replies to my questions and concerns. I'm speechless. I am a five-time felon/ twice @ TDCJ. Williamson county, facing 25 TO LIFE with the habitual enhancement lingering. Magically out of nowhere the case gets reduced to a misdemeanor/ time served (one day served in county). Pure Insanity, in Williamson county of all places. I would definitely recommend his services. Their needs to be a newspaper article written on my particular case. To have the long criminal record and to be a 2x Loser Mr. Hildreth gets the first degree felony reduced to a misdemeanor with NO probation & NO jail time is unbelievable!

I would like share my experience with Duke as my Lawyer. I was arrested for Felony Possession and DUI with no priors. Once I made bail I looked for the best Criminal Defense Lawyers in Austin I narrowed my search down to 4. I visited each and told them my story and heard their thoughts on what they could accomplish (of course there is no guarantees) each office told me that I would have to take a charge no matter what from the very beginning until I visited Dukes office. He was the only one with the knowledge on what’s steps that could be taken to have both dropped in court. He warned me that of course it would be very difficult and it would take time and additional classes and fees right away though. He told me he didn’t care how long it would take to make it happen that he would ride out however long it needed to take to attempt to make it happen though. All the other offices clearly wanted to just have my case resolved as soon as possible so they could continue to work on different cases not caring to even think about attempting to form a plan to have both cases dropped. I will not name the other offices but two of them were much more expensive then Dukes services. One of them was even 2x more expensive. Since the moment I met Duke he spoke honestly and I respected this a lot. Throughout the whole time I was under his services he was great making it to court on time and always prepared. It took over a year to have everything settled for me in court but Duke kept his word and did everything he could to drop the charges and that’s what he did. Not once did he rush me or the process and he was always there with different options and advice. My case is closed and extremely happy. If you are looking for a Criminal Defense Attorney I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Duke. You will not be disappointed.

I hired Brian to help clear up tickets that were two years old, 1 for speeding, the other for driving without a license. My tickets and failure to appear fees were over $600. I paid Brian less than 20% of that, My speeding ticket was dismissed and the driving w/no license was deferred and then also dismissed and i paid a $150 fine. It was the best possible outcome.

I got two tickets within the same time period, one was for an electronic use while driving and the other was for speeding. I contacted Brian Guerra immediately once I realized I would not be able to appear in court and fight either of them. I'm glad I did because he got my speeding ticket dismissed and my electronic use while driving deferred. No defensive driving, thank god!!!

I was charged with a domestic violence felony for defending myself. Paul got the charges dropped. He is an excellent lawyer and seems to know just about everyone from the judges to the prosecutors to the bailiffs. He even came up to the jail to bail me out on a Saturday morning when he would have otherwise been relaxing at home with his family. Took several months from start to finish but that is the nature of the beast.

I unfortunately got arrested for my 2nd DWI and it was within 5 years of my 1st which is mandatory jail time in the state of Texas. Super scary! I was originally using another attorney who was totally dropping the ball, so I was referred to Michelle Mays. She was an absolute blessing! You would think there would be some delays or hick-ups since she was brought in the middle of my case, but that wasn’t the situation at all. She didn’t skip a beat! My case actually moved along quicker and more seamlessly immediately after hiring her. She actually had my DWI reduced so that it only shows a first DWI offense on my record. This meant ZERO JAIL TIME! Furthermore, I was in a bad accident a couple years ago so she was able to have ALL MY FINES REMOVED! Which saved me thousands of dollars! She is so personable with not only her client, but with all the court officers and personnel. You can tell she has developed strong relationships with all the judges and prosecutors which is probably why she can negotiate so well with them. It seemed like they really trusted her judgement, and believed in her clients as much as she does. (And let me tell you, she will be your biggest fan and advocate for you til the end!) I had used Louis on a prior occasion for license defense that ended favorably. Unfortunately I returned to him for a new issue that he completely bungled due to unprofessional conduct. I never thought it would be possible, but Spencer was able to dismiss my DWI. I thought it was going to be impossible. Along the journey, we met every time he had new information for me and explained information clearly. I always felt up to speed. Other than that if you or anyone you know loved ones, friends, family etc. They are in for it!!
