William "Rusty" Hubbarth did amazing job when I was looking down the barrel hope being possibly convicted a 4 charges. Being disabled veteran he advocated for conditions and help drop a couple charges to get me a good deal with probation and with stipulations that help aid me with my disability. Our son got caught in Williamson County with contraband in his car. Blair did a great job explaining options and how, since this was his first offense and drug testing proved he wasn't using, the odds were good that he could get the case dismissed. Very reasonable fee for the services provided, ended up getting the case dismissed and is also working on getting an early expunction. Hope I never have to use him again, but wouldn't hesitate to if needed. Did a great job!

Ditto to all the great reviews !! He is all those things and much more!! Incredible attorney !! Our case was overwhelming and he took care of us! We were not offered a plea bargain, straight to trial. Two felonies manslaughter and negligent homicide. A car accident that was truly a tragic accident but charges were filed anyway. It is true Perry brings in highly experienced people on his team. These things can be so complicated. In court Perry was exceptional. He knows when to be humble, but never intimated, and when he needed to be fierce he was!!
Three day trial with not guilty on both charges!! (The jury took Under 30 minutes to decided) We are forever grateful ! Still our friend today !

In despair I called his office at 5:15 on a week night 3 days before my daughters 1st court appearance. I received a call back at 9:00 pm from Mr. Minton. He put me at ease immediately and told me he would help us. By the time we went in to our consultation the 1st court date had been reset and he handled everything from there. This man was my Angel. Now I have not been in this situation before so while I don't have much to compare this experience to, I URGE that you read this if you are in a situation that was similar to mine, and are in desperate need of an attorney to represent you.
I was charged with a second degree felony for possession of a controlled substance. Jason was super professional and treated me with the utmost respect through the entire process. He was also very honest about the nature of the situation and that the charges would potentially have implications on my future. We explored the different opportunities of the situation and I ultimately allowed Jason to handle the situation in the way that he saw was proper.

I'm speechless. I am a five-time felon/ twice @ TDCJ. Williamson county, facing 25 TO LIFE with the habitual enhancement lingering. Magically out of nowhere the case gets reduced to a misdemeanor/ time served (one day served in county). Pure Insanity, in Williamson county of all places. I would definitely recommend his services. Their needs to be a newspaper article written on my particular case. To have the long criminal record and to be a 2x Loser Mr. Hildreth gets the first degree felony reduced to a misdemeanor with NO probation & NO jail time is unbelievable!

I would like share my experience with Duke as my Lawyer. I was arrested for Felony Possession and DUI with no priors. Once I made bail I looked for the best Criminal Defense Lawyers in Austin I narrowed my search down to 4. I visited each and told them my story and heard their thoughts on what they could accomplish (of course there is no guarantees) each office told me that I would have to take a charge no matter what from the very beginning until I visited Dukes office. He was the only one with the knowledge on what’s steps that could be taken to have both dropped in court. He warned me that of course it would be very difficult and it would take time and additional classes and fees right away though. He told me he didn’t care how long it would take to make it happen that he would ride out however long it needed to take to attempt to make it happen though. All the other offices clearly wanted to just have my case resolved as soon as possible so they could continue to work on different cases not caring to even think about attempting to form a plan to have both cases dropped. I will not name the other offices but two of them were much more expensive then Dukes services. One of them was even 2x more expensive. Since the moment I met Duke he spoke honestly and I respected this a lot. Throughout the whole time I was under his services he was great making it to court on time and always prepared. It took over a year to have everything settled for me in court but Duke kept his word and did everything he could to drop the charges and that’s what he did. Not once did he rush me or the process and he was always there with different options and advice. My case is closed and extremely happy. If you are looking for a Criminal Defense Attorney I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Duke. You will not be disappointed.

Duke works wonders. He is quick and clever under that calm demeanor. He was frank and honest with me about the realities of my case. It did not look good. I called him regarding my traffic ticket but unlike other attorneys I spoke with, he did not pressure me to visit their office, which I appreciated. He provided me with a few options from which I can fight my citation, and I ended up not needing his service as I took the defensive driving course route. I highly recommend him if you need to fight your traffic ticket.

I had gotten pulled over for speeding (87 mph in a 65 mph to be exact). They also tried to get me for unsafe movement and a cut-in after passing. Essentially bogus charges in my opinion. Thomas was able to completely dismiss everything with the exception of the speeding ticket, which was dismissed via deferred disposition. All in all, I was just glad to keep the charges off my driving record. And yes, I do realize I drive like a maniac at times, so I was not expecting complete dismissal of all 3 tickets without having to do some sort of defensive driving or paying court fees.
Only complaint, if any, is that communication could improve, but I also understand that there's really no need to hold your hand for the entire case such as these.
