I hired Brian to help clear up tickets that were two years old, 1 for speeding, the other for driving without a license. My tickets and failure to appear fees were over $600. I paid Brian less than 20% of that, My speeding ticket was dismissed and the driving w/no license was deferred and then also dismissed and i paid a $150 fine. It was the best possible outcome.

I got two tickets within the same time period, one was for an electronic use while driving and the other was for speeding. I contacted Brian Guerra immediately once I realized I would not be able to appear in court and fight either of them. I'm glad I did because he got my speeding ticket dismissed and my electronic use while driving deferred. No defensive driving, thank god!!!

I was charged with a domestic violence felony for defending myself. Paul got the charges dropped. He is an excellent lawyer and seems to know just about everyone from the judges to the prosecutors to the bailiffs. He even came up to the jail to bail me out on a Saturday morning when he would have otherwise been relaxing at home with his family. Took several months from start to finish but that is the nature of the beast.

PAY ATTENTION!!!!! I reached out to King because he had good reviews. He literally was the first & only lawyer I reached out to (also the 1st one that popped up..lol) thank GOD! We payed him a consult Fee due to how far he had to travel but ended up not needing to hire him because the case was dismissed. Mr. King is a stellar attorney!! I consulted Jeff when I was made to show cause for false official statement and fraternization and was immediately impressed by him. He came highly recommended by a friend who also trusted and was let down by the system, but Jeff proved she was NOT guilty at a Court Martial. I unfortunately got arrested for my 2nd DWI and it was within 5 years of my 1st which is mandatory jail time in the state of Texas. Super scary! I was originally using another attorney who was totally dropping the ball, so I was referred to Michelle Mays. She was an absolute blessing! You would think there would be some delays or hick-ups since she was brought in the middle of my case, but that wasn’t the situation at all. She didn’t skip a beat! My case actually moved along quicker and more seamlessly immediately after hiring her. She actually had my DWI reduced so that it only shows a first DWI offense on my record. This meant ZERO JAIL TIME! Furthermore, I was in a bad accident a couple years ago so she was able to have ALL MY FINES REMOVED! Which saved me thousands of dollars! She is so personable with not only her client, but with all the court officers and personnel. You can tell she has developed strong relationships with all the judges and prosecutors which is probably why she can negotiate so well with them. It seemed like they really trusted her judgement, and believed in her clients as much as she does. (And let me tell you, she will be your biggest fan and advocate for you til the end!) Jason Snell and his firm are the single reason we were able to recoup any money from our builder when we ran into a contractual disagreement. Without him, we would have probably not only lost our house, but also all the money invested in it.

I've been working with Amber and her team for the past three years. She's one of the most important people in my life. She was able to get a very serious charge dismissed for me.
The amount I paid her felt like a lot at the time but in retrospect it was nothing. I would've found a way to pay her twice that. I heard about someone who had her appointed by the court and I just think, what incredible luck. I just called her office to request information regarding a case from 20+ years ago. I never thought it would be possible, but Spencer was able to dismiss my DWI. I thought it was going to be impossible. Along the journey, we met every time he had new information for me and explained information clearly. I always felt up to speed. Where should I start?
I have, unfortunately, had a very difficult time finding a criminal attorney (paid or court appointed) that is personable, professional, persistent with the DA and Judges, highly respected, easy to work with, goes to bat for his clients, truly cares and is highly communicative with his clients letting you know exactly what is happening with your case. Mr. Luna went above and beyond everything I had been searching for. I paid him and the next business day he already had it in the works to get my case thrown out. Second business day after I paid, my case was officially thrown out. All thanks to him and his work with the DA.

After being recommended to me by a friend, I hired Gabriella for my case. From the first meeting, I felt like I had a great connection with her and that she was well versed in the area I was arrested for. She encouraged me to meet with other attorneys as well to make sure I got a group of perspectives before deciding (which I respected). After choosing her she was fantastic about letting me decide how much communication we had, and did a great job of keeping me in the loop about the entire process. She'd remind of all things I needed to attend, what to expect, and realistic timeframes for when things would happen.

I got myself into a pickle with a DWI when I wasn't technically driving the vehicle but had set the alarm off while sitting in the passenger seat rolling down the windows waiting on my driver. The driver was inside the recording studio. I had stayed in the car so I wouldn't disturb their recording. But when the car alarm started I couldn't figure out how to turn it off, so I stupidly went to the drivers seat to move the car across the parking lot away from the studio. A man with his kids asked me if I needed help and I was stressed out and yelled some rude things so he called the APD on me. When APD arrived I wasn't in the car but the witness did see me in the vehicle and this was included in the police report along with the very rude name I shouted at him. As you will learn in your DWI classes, keys of the ignition still qualifies as a DWI, and someone did see me move the car to the other side of the parking lot. I have been working in legal for several years and seeking admittance to law school with goals of a government position. I knew this was bad news for my future even if I wasn't deliberately weaving down Mopac. Brian took the time to know me and communicated with me constantly, met me outside of all my court dates and did his best to keep me calm. He recommended that I go ahead and get all my classes and alcohol counseling done as soon as possible. I ended up in an alcohol awareness class on my birthday but it was so very much worth it. When we finally got ahold of the tape almost 6 months later, it was bad news too. Clearly I was excited and did a dance because I had walked a straight line, but the officer never turned on the mic on his lapel so whatever absurd things I said were not recorded. The only thing you could hear was me crying when they threw me in the back of the car. This was not good but also not bad. Brian was able to get me deferred for 2 years after we reached an agreement with the county and thus far I have been good and nothing has come up on my record. I did have to install the interlock in my car for 9 months but it has been totally worth it. Its amazing how your car wont start when you have had one drink or even Listerine but still an eye-opener for sure. Tillman is kind, professional and at times can make you smile in uncomfortable situations when you need it the most. He went above and beyond to help me out and was worth every penny I could scrape up to pay him. As long as I stay out of trouble this stupid mistake on my part shouldn't come back to haunt me and I should still have an excellent future in my chosen fields. Thanks Brian!

Brian is the epitome of professionalism and courtesy!! A friend of mine had a DWI and explained how impressed she was with Brian and recommended him. I was wrongfully accused of a Title IX infraction. Marc is an exceptional listener and possesses the innate ability to ascertain facts from friction. After discussing my situation, Marc walked me through the Title IX process and explained how we should address the issue. Marc assisted in drafting a response letter to the adjudicate and coached me leading up to the interview. In the end, the accusation was not a Title IX issue, and flaws and false accusations in the claimant's testimony surfaced in which the case was ruled in my favor. I would not have known how to respond and properly defend myself without Marc’s assistance. Finally, Marc was always responsive and his fee for service was reasonable. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Marc; but I will give my best attempt for anyone going through challenging and distressful legal matters to completely give him your trust!!! I truly did not believe my case would result in being COMPLETELY DISMISSED, and somehow Marc was able to get it done!!!!!

I hired Marc Chavez for a Title XI case I was named a Respondent for. To put it briefly, he was incredible. He was present at all of my interviews with investigators and provided me with useful legal counsel throughout the entire process. Marc without a doubt is in a class of his own. On the day of our hearing, the Complainant tried pulling a fast one on us by having a surprise witness show up to testify against me. Marc handled the situation amazingly. Robert has been there for me through thick and thin, with excellent knowledge of not only Family Law but Criminal law as well and has never hesitated to answer any questions I have had. I hired his services in August of 2015 when my ex-girlfriend filed for Divorce when no marriage ever existed. Robert was quickly able to get that taken care of and removed, so we could focus of setting up visitation with my daughter. I could not be more happy with the outcome of my case. I was arrested for DUI with a high BAC and a multi car accident (no one was hurt) so my initial situation had little hope. After meeting with Amando for the first time he made it clear to me that the journey through this situation may be tough, but the final product might not be as bleak as it seems. Amando got me to do all of the victim impact panels and alcohol awareness classes out of the way at the front end and made a good enough case to the prosecutor that my DUI was dismissed! A plea deal resulted in the case being refiled as a lesser charge but the great weight of a DUI being forever stamped on my background was lifted. Amando is one of attorneys in the firm. The firm helped me set up expected terms for a case plea. The terms were acceptable for the charge but would have a lasting negative impact on my life. Amando strived to achieve a more favorable result for his client (myself) and continued to negotiate over time with the prosecution team. It was because of his persistence and resolve that we were legally able to downgrade a severe charge to a lesser charge. The result will or would have, in the case of the more severe charge, a major impact on my life in terms of social and societal implications.
He clearly showed concern and care for his client. The case could have been closed several months prior to the actual plea date. Amando chose to provide added professional value and service and not see his client have trouble finding a job or experience repercussions for a criminal record.
His personable attitude is ideal for a courtroom setting where an attorney must be respected and well-liked by the prosecution and state employees. I feel that his demeanor and candor played a significant role in achieving better terms for the case.

From the minute I walked into Jorge’s office I felt good. When we sat down and spoke about why I was there I was treated with the utmost attention and respect. I broke down crying a few times and Jorge was professional and very concerned about my situation. When I left his office I had other attorneys to visit but I felt so good that I went home and knew that Jorge was my attorney. A few years ago I was facing a possible DWI charge for failing to blow during a traffic stop. First time ever in trouble in my life and I was shaken to say the least. Firstly I don’t condone DWI and while I made a decision not to blow purely out of fear it cost me dearly. I learned quickly that refusal gets you an instant stay at the county jail. Lauren was able to negotiate with prosecuters and convince them it would never happen again and that I have (and I have) made life altering changes. The fact is I was guilty and my BAL was over the limit. Lauren’s skills and relationships with her peers allowed me a second chance. She obtained an occupational license for me, preventing me from losing my career and such. I was given the opportunity of probation with the DWI being dismissed and a much lesser charge similar to a parking ticket in lieu of a DWI.

I had gotten into trouble with Walmart for theft back in December. After my first appearance at the court, I was told I should get a lawyer. A friend of mine had recommended Michelle so I went for it. Law is a very complicated subject and can leave many with a horrible headache. Michelle told me exactly what I needed to do and I did not have to appear in court once after going the first time.
