Jason Snell and his firm are the single reason we were able to recoup any money from our builder when we ran into a contractual disagreement. Without him, we would have probably not only lost our house, but also all the money invested in it.
Through smart application of the law, Jason and co-counsel Lance maneuvered us into a legal position to get the only positive outcome possible.
Their entire office is great with regards to communication and keeping their client updated, while also setting realistic expectations.

After my dad and I had a horrendous crash on the highway where we both thankfully lived. I was left with dealing with the aftermath and knew I was in over my head with the process. Nikki’s expertise in family law is unparalleled. Although I have never formally retained Mrs. Maples, she has been by my side to collaborate whenever I have needed her. I would NOT recommend Hembree Bell to an enemy. I was told that I would get my retainer fee back in full, which did NOT happen, and I was relying on that money to help support my children and I until I could get back on my own two feet. Please don't make the same mistake I did by trusting these people with such delicate matters.

Jessica is a phenomenal attorney who gets the job done. My case took years (not by her fault at all!) and she remained patient and helpful whenever I needed her. She is very responsive and concise. Most importantly, she is affordable and I feel her rates are extremely fair and she doesn't overcharge like a lot of firms. Other firms quoted me 2-3x what her rates are and her service far exceeded my expectations.

I searched around and spoke to a few lawyers that didn’t want to take my simple divorce case. I continued searching, and then found the Shannon Family Law Firm. The reviews are not perfect, but overall there seemed to be more pleased clients who used them. So I decided to call and I won’t go into a lot of detail, but I have spoken with the paralegal Jodie Ward-House and attorney Richard Shannon whom I have decided to hire for my case. Jodie and Richard have been very kind and thorough in explaining the details of how my particular case should work if all goes well. My case is new and just starting. I may post another review in the future about this firm after my case is finished. However, based on the previous phone conversation I had with Jodie and phone consultation I had with Richard Shannon was very pleasing. We’ll see how this goes. I would recommend them if need consultation about a divorce case. I have a better understanding about my particular case.

Professionally speaking he does his job quite well. However i had a traumatic brain injury 16 years ago as a result my parents transformed their behavior, a total mess. Sent to jail on false charges and mr roadman got me out. However he allowed his materialistic beliefs to allow him to assume away towards brain injured me resulting in his ignoring of why i felt the way i felt and how his behavior was impacting me. Mr roadman decided to then drop me as a client making him a human being that has directly abandoned me post TBI. My parents abandoned me, my friends did, my attorney has, it is unfortunate.
He has never made any attempt to contact me since dropping me zero recognition towards anything wrong he may have done or any form of apology has been presented. This review is to inform based on character
