Jason Snell and his firm are the single reason we were able to recoup any money from our builder when we ran into a contractual disagreement. Without him, we would have probably not only lost our house, but also all the money invested in it.
Through smart application of the law, Jason and co-counsel Lance maneuvered us into a legal position to get the only positive outcome possible.

Matthew shrum handle a bunch of my cases I think there was a total of 7 or so a few 2nd degree felonies a couple 3rd and a state jail he originally got me an amazing offer to get all the cases dismissed through a pretrial diversion program unfortunately me and my ex wife wound up not working out and I messed that up anyways Matthew was still the attorney on my case after getting my pretrial diversion revoked he wound up getting me 3 years deferred adjudication In a extremely quick manner there was no going back to court four different times talking about different offers Mr. Shrum just had one conversation with the prosecutor and worked his magic and got me the amazing offer of 3 years deferred probation on one case and the other 6 or so got dropped he never hounded me for money and expressed through out these past 2 years of dealing with my cases that money is not why he does what he does Mr. Shrum is an amazing attorney and even more amazing of a human being he want to do nothing but help people through hard times I'm their life. If you choose any other attorney other than Matthew for your criminal cases you are stupid this man knows what he's doing in that court house and he's definitely someone you want on your team. Mr. Shrum handled my DWI case in San Antonio, TX. My original charge was a DWI with a BAC of 0.15 or higher but he was able to negotiate my case to be deferred adjudicated with some community service and online courses. The results of my case ended with the best possible outcome thanks to Matthew Shrum.
My experience with Mr. Shrum and members of his firm were excellent. They were always available to talk me through things and ease my worries. I highly recommend his services if you ever find yourself in need of them.

I hired Mr. Bassett in April 2021 after I was indicted with three federal charges. I was facing a lengthy sentence and on an emotional roller coaster with what I had gotten myself in to. Fortunately for my family and I he was able to produce more than favorable results. Two of the three charges were dropped, and my sentence was greatly reduced. This unrealistic outcome that was made possible because of Sam, a brilliant man with a heart of gold that strategized to our benefit. We as defendants first need to accept our own actions and responsibility in whatever we are dealing with and secondly, we need stellar representation. The best was only made possible due to Sam’s navigation throughout my case. Needed something done that was unsure if could be done. I was given the option to either move forward or save my pennies by Mr. Bassett's team. From the paralegal to Mr. Bassett, I am SUPER pleased of the outcome. It was simple, to the point and very quick. I've been waiting almost a decade to get some help and I feel like I got the best. I was let down by a previous attorney I originally hired, where he initially responded but then just ignored me. Then I had an attorney who asked me if I was "ready to ride the tidal wave of the Justice system." No, I was not. Where some attorneys are unsure and some even will say "it can't be done" I was given the option and I appreciate that. Despite there possibly being an issue, Mr. Bassett and his paralegal were very communicative and tolerant. While I do prefer a more gentle approach, it was not necessary in the long run. Rest assured that if you need someone to get the job done, you can be assured that Mr. Bassett is going to do his best. I'm very glad I went with him based on a peer (his peer) recommendation. I can now continue on the rest of life thankful that I took the chance and thankful that I went with Mr. Bassett. If you want to go with someone who is well known, has a positive impression and has the backing of an amazing staff, look no further. This has been my best experience with a lawyer! Unfortunately, I have to say that. But fortunate to count my blessings and to be clear of something that was a mistake from the get go.

I consider Mr. Sidney Williams to be my hero because he saved my sons life literally which saved my life because my children are my life. You know when they say something is too good to be true usually is not true, well in this case Mr Williams is the exception he is too good to be true, but he's true, he's real! His words are golden. He explained to me what he would do for my son and he did just that. He fought for my son and kept my son from going to prison, my son is free. Rob walked me through the process because this was my first time to ever be arrested or in trouble for anything. Handled all the details and just let me know when to be where. He would communicate and keep me updated on each step of the process and was patient with me. The resolution ended with deferred adjudication and a charge for "Obstruction of a Roadway". Not having the DWI charge has saved my career and I couldn't be more grateful.

Rob was hired to help me with my arrest for DUI. My friend knew Rob and he immediately was able to help me with bail. Rob worked with me and explained things very clear what steps he would be taking, what he would do, and what I should do when it came time for court.
Rob was amazing. He always pushed for things to move forward and not let me hang in the wind. He was able to have the arrest diminished to obstruction, my probation severely reduced and for me to move on and not let this impede my life.
I have recommended Rob to everyone I know if I hear they have had any trouble.

Professionally speaking he does his job quite well. However i had a traumatic brain injury 16 years ago as a result my parents transformed their behavior, a total mess. Sent to jail on false charges and mr roadman got me out. However he allowed his materialistic beliefs to allow him to assume away towards brain injured me resulting in his ignoring of why i felt the way i felt and how his behavior was impacting me. Mr roadman decided to then drop me as a client making him a human being that has directly abandoned me post TBI. My parents abandoned me, my friends did, my attorney has, it is unfortunate.
He has never made any attempt to contact me since dropping me zero recognition towards anything wrong he may have done or any form of apology has been presented. This review is to inform based on character

The team over at CHA were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish they made sure that everything was just so and as a result I am legally me. 😊 Not only do I not dread social situations where I may be carded anymore, or going through the airport, I'm excited about being carded (which at 40 is no small feat 😅)
Are the services offered absolutely necessary? No, you can go through this process on your own, but their fees were not exorbitant by any stretch and they were work every penny for the peace of mind alone that it was being done right and wouldn't get kicked back.

I met Mr.bernard when he was my court appointed lawyer. I was facing 3 felony possession charges and a massive drug addiction. I listened to his plan and he was able to get the courts to give me deferred adjudication. Mr.Bernard never treated me like I wasn't paying for his representation. Within 5 years I landed in court 2 more times again facing felony possession in different counties. He not only traveled over an hour away but also got me deferred adjudication again. I did hire Mr.Bernard for the last two cases and he was amazing. Mr.Bernard helped me stay out of prison and to stay sober. I have changed my life around a 100% and I am doing great now. I have unfortunately been able to deal with alot of different lawyers over my years .Now I have used Mr.Bernard 3 times myself over the last 5 years .Also he just 6 months ago bonded my Youngest child out of jail for 300$ and in one week he had the case thrown out ..My best Potna is also using him now also.I liked that Brian was upfront about the money and the situation.
