My son was taken from his mother by DCFS I didn’t know this happened until 4 and half month after he was placed in a strangers house ! And this was the second DCFS case the first one I was the victim that didn’t press charges or show up to the case because my logic was I was the victim in that case so how do I need to show up ? Well I was very wrong and my rights to my son were limited to 1 supervised visit per year! So for 4 years I was basically paying her to see my kid and I was paying large sums of money to do so. When I showed up to court, the court provided me with so free but terrible lawyer I left court and was reaching out to her and her office with no response calling 4-5 times a day for over a week and that wasn’t gonna work! So I literally meet or had phone conversations with every attorney that deals with these type of cases and I only had a good feeling about Matt so I retained him he promised to get me full custody of my son and we came up with a solid game plan and instructed me every step of the way he was also was my therapist and a very patient friend because I too was in the system when I was a child so I was very hard to witness my child going through the same traumatic situation , Long story short Sole physical custody and the mom only gets a 4 hour visit per month this was my dream and it’s a reality now !!!

Very thankful for the time and attention on my case! My case is very complex and multifaceted. Attorney Matt has remained unfazed and calm throughout this whole process even when put in situations he was not prepared for due to DPSS changing things up on the spot at the last minute which was out of his control. Still, he remained professional kind and overall got the job done! My case went to trial, Matt took note of everything I said and shared with him during the months awaiting trial and unloaded it all during trial eloquently. Early this summer I was arrested for domestic violence. The police officers showed up and put the entire blame on me even though, I was defending myself. For the first time I fought back because I was tired of allowing this to happen. The police officers didn’t see my side of things and just pointed the finger on me. Once I was released I had a lot to take care of, I was scared, nervous, and had no idea what to expect. So I went on the internet and looked for a lawyer. I came across attorney Rosenfeld and I couldn’t have been any luckier. Attorney Rosenfeld and his assistant Vanessa made me feel like I had someone on my side. After going through domestic violence you can feel alone, down and pretty low about yourself. Vanessa and attorney Rosenfeld both made me feel safe and they basically took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I am in my early twenties, I work 3 jobs, and I recently graduated. So it was a lot on my plate. For myself personally I felt as if Attorney Rosenfeld took this case in his own hands and he fought for me. I am going to be completely honest, when looking for an attorney a lot of the times you may feel as if they’re just after your money. But not Mark; he fought for me, not for the money and I felt that. He was so genuine to me, and coming out of a toxic relationship you fear that people may try to take advantage of you in any way. This whole process was scary, not knowing what’s was to come, but Attorney Rosenfeld was able to fight for me and get my whole case dismissed. I am extremely thankful and blessed to have come across Attorney Rosenfeld. I had interviewed several lawyers before I picked her as my lawyer. She was the only one who called me back directly. The other lawyers had their secretary called me instead. She also had a novel approach to my divorce. Unfortunately, it didn't pan out. Throughout the case, she represented me even when she had to taged out of my case due to personal issue, she still helped me find a new lawyer. Her price was the most reasonable out of all the lawyers I talked to. She is not the type of lawyer who is trying to squeeze as much money out of you. She is very caring. Even though my case didn't come out as I would like, I would strongly recommend her as your personal lawyer.

If you need an advocate to stick up for you when you have problems with the DMV, James is the guy you need to talk to. This guy is actually in the business of helping people. I was facing a negligent operator suspension and James reassured me that my situation was not unique and that he had the ability to get me my driving privileges back. All of the other lawyers that I consulted with had almost no confidence that we could get my driving privileges back and told me that DMV probation could be possible but unlikely. In addition, other attorneys requested 2-3x the amount James wanted to charge me for their services.
I won't disclose exactly how we were able to do it, however James got the Negligent Operator suspension SET ASIDE completely.
All I can say is good things about James. He is quick with a response to any questions/follow up, affordable, genuinely cares about his clients, and gets the job done.
Choose the law offices of pardoe and associates for your traffic/DUI/DMV/etc problems. I am not being paid for this review, I am just beyond appreciative for the services I received.

I’m writing this review based off of the experience I’ve had so far with James, once everything else is cleared I’ll update my review! So let’s go back to 8/2017 i received a stop sign ticket first ticket in my whole life, i put it aside and shortly after that i had some health issues i needed to deal with, i totally forgot about the ticket because i had bigger issues to deal with. Fast forward to this week, i remembered i had this ticket and hurried and went onto the court website only to find the ticket was in collections now and it said FTA i quickly realize my license is suspended, i came across James law office website and started reading about the services he offers. I called he advised me he would be able to get it taken care of by the end of this week(mind you no other attorney was willing to help me) they all told me i would need to wait 3-4 weeks before anything could be done! But that’s not true James went down yesterday to Compton court got the ticket out of collections and the FTA off my record so the DMV lifted the hold! He now has a court date to fight the ticket! I would recommend James to anyone who is dealing with this headache to use his services! He is the only one that was willing and did come through for me and get at least the hold on my license lifted and the ticket out of collections!!! The price was totally worth it! I will be updating my review after the court date to update what other magic James was able to work with the judge regarding the price of the ticket!!!

James returned my initial call within a half hour. I was calling about 4 old traffic tickets that had resulted in a suspended license. He took care of the suspended license within a few days, and went to court for the tickets. For one of the tickets he got the fine reduced by two thirds, the others were dismissed. He kept me well informed about everything. He did everything he said he would do in a timely fashion. Would recommend him to anyone!

When I was arrested for getting a DUI, I didn't know what to do. I had never been arrested before and felt terrified and angry and there was so much paperwork and red tape and procedure that I still think it is impossible for a civilian to navigate. Ms. Bassis is very responsive and super knowledgeable about the appeals process. I had some technical questions and she knew the codes and cases inside out. I spoke with several attorneys before her and she was the first to know the process in detail and who could answer my questions easily and with confidence. I've learned there are lots of details in an appeal that can make a significant difference in success and she knew those details. She worked hard on my case, and even when I thought we had lost she continued to fight. Ultimately, she left no stone unturned. I was falsely accused of a crime that carried a life sentence. As a member of the military who served overseas, being falsely accused of a crime was something that I never expected to happen. It tore apart my beliefs in the system that I had fought so ardently to defend. I found Ms. Bassis through this site and ever since then my life has changed. Back in 2006 I was charged for, first degree murder, second degree murder, and voluntary manslaughter. Winston Mckesson was my attorney on this case. In 2009 my trial was in action. I had a 5 months trial do to these charges.
When the jury went in for deliberations of 5 days. They came back with a hung jury. It took 2 weeks for the DA to refile on my case. This time the DA brought up first degree murder and second degree murder. 3 years later in February 2012 trial was on the way. A 5 month trial again.
Winston Mckesson, shown the lies of the cops, DNA evidence showed that I was stabbed and that I took a life in self defense. But the DA was able to bring back mansaulter. So, yes I did have to serve time.
Winston Mckesson, closing arguments was outstanding. I truly feel that Winston Mckesson did a great job. If not the system po c the DA would have given me life.
Winston Mckesson, was also able to take a capital case off the table.
One thing we all must know, the DA ane cops, plus the DA's will do anything to get a conviction.
But Winston Mckesson, was able to prove lies and inconsistencies to the jury.
I recommend Winston Mckesson, too those who are facing the same situation.

Mr Kevin Mckesson comes highly recommended. You think that the law is here to protect and serve you until you have a run in with the police, then the whole "innocent until proven guilty" is thrown out of the window. Once you feel the cold cuffs around your wrist , you kind of just feel hopeless. It's not like they tell you how long you're going in for. It was my first run in with the law and my good buddy called Kevin. Kevin went to work right away reducing my bail amount, and getting me out of jail. Dan spent 19 months aggressively and strategically working on my behalf. I was charged with felony hit and run and he utilized every angle to gain leverage to our advantage. His diligence in my case got the DA to finally offer up a plea deal I was happy with. In the end my felony hit and run charge was reduced to a misdemeanor with small fine, 90 (45) days’ work release, and 3 years of summary probation. As a result, I was not only able to keep my security clearance, but also keep my job with a leading military defense contractor. In addition I have a very good possibility of getting the misdemeanor charge expunged from my record entirely after only 1 year of probation.

George Roland is by far, the absolute best lawyer that I have ever dealt with!
