I hired Mr. Chu in a criminal matter that involved a false false accusation against me in the work place.
I was in a desperate situation to clear my name and save my job. The accusation alone ruined not only my reputation but could have resulted in a termination of my professional license. My very livelihood was on the line.
After doing my research, both word-of-mouth and internet searches, Mr. Chu was highly recommended by a family member.
Mr. Chu made every effort to not only explain the charges and the legal process, but did so in a manner that felt I was his only client. He is extremely knowledgable and I immediately felt I was in good hands. Every step of the legal process no matter how big and small were throughly explained to me to allow me to be an active participant in my case.
Not once did he fail to return my calls or emails. In fact, he would often check up on me regardless if he had any new developments to report. His reassurance and professionalism is uncanny.
Fee's are extremely reasonable and most importantly affordable considering the level of expertise and service I have received.
Needless to say, he managed to diligently advocate on my behalf which resulted in the charges being ultimately dropped. As such, I was full vindicated, my name cleared and still employed.

Paul had been the family lawyer for 10 years when i met carey . he was full of energy and very talkative . he seemed to always listen carefully to his dad Paul . i got into a domestic v case and Paul sent Carey to defend me . what i remember is Carey going to the bench and after about 30 seconds judge said 6 months summary probation and we left the court . this is what Paul used to do also .. i have not had the need for the last 25 years but i would go to carey again .

This is A notice , that if this firm continues to be dishonest , representatives im my case, I will be addressing my concerns with the State Bar. Intimidation has been used to try to discourage me to tolerate lack of representation towards my case. I’ve been questioned regarding statements that the opposing party has made after this firm contacted the opposing party. I’ve been told at least five times that this case was being filed with the court in the jurisdiction of my claim. I have yet to see any proof or case number in relation to this matter. My intelligence has been continuously insulted which has prompted this email. The doctors that work with this firm are also questionable. I’ve seen the Social Media accounts for this firm quoting that clients should be honest with the firm . While the firm follows a”do as I say and not as I do “ behavior. And in my opinion has poor work ethic. I have been respectful in this matter and patient. I don’t feel that I am being properly represented. I was told that A private investigator was hired and that I would be contacted , that it took 2 weeks to obtain insurance information from the Landlord who refused to provide her insurance. It’s been well over that time frame. I was told that the firm was providing payments upfront for filing and obtaining information. Although that maybe true this service is not free of charge. This is where intimidation and manipulation came into place regarding the percentage of my settlement. At this time I do not view this firm as trustworthy. I have kept my public opinion to myself, out of decency and respect. I don’t feel that anyone should be taken advantage of , because of lack of knowledge or different profession. Being rude , because a client is unwilling to accept anything said without proof is unprofessional is wrong ethically and morally. In my opinion it’s a manipulation tactic. I don’t appreciate the treatment I’ve been receiving, or the dishonesty. After I emailed this to the firm , I was accused of being disrespectful, which I now way was disrespectful . I expressed my true feelings regarding my experience and of course they terminated representation after this, to cover up their lies. I stand by what I said !

Silva was a very sweet, caring attorney. She always called me when she had updates and made sure i had everything done and was prepared for court. I was charged with 3 misdemeanors. Silva had me do online courses and everything to look good for when it was time for court. Thanks to Silva she worked her magic and got all 3 misdemeanors dropped. Best in the game, trustworthy, and definitely knows what she’s doing.

I was facing LIFE! My case was complex, lots of medical reports and neuropatholigy.
I was charged for murder even though the case was refutable through science and facts.
Sadat worked strategically in building my case. Acquiring 2 reputable neuropathologists for my defense, 2 private investigators, self defense expert, video expert, and toxicologist. Every single expert on our team was top notch, EXPERTS in their field and provided an extreme value for the case.
During cross examination Sadat drilled the Peoples doctors and detectives, practically embarrassing them. The audience laughed at how Sadat had every witness/expert/detective announce their own lies and mistakes. He was a master at his craft playing with children.
By the time we were ready for trial the People put 2 prosecutors on our case, due to the overwhelming evidence we had. As a result, I was offered a deal I could not refuse - I took.
From life to doing only 4 years (I was a 3 striker), Sadat saved my life! I would not be here if it wasn't for him. Because of him I was able to continue my life 110%.
I have been out 2 years now, have a family, started a cleaning business, and now I am in the process of a Merger & Acquisition, and my life is only beginning.

I’ve had quite a few attorneys in the past that came highly recommended from various sources some of which charged me more money then I care to even think about because at the end of the day once they got paid wouldn’t do anything for me and their only concern was getting me to take some kind of deal to end my case. Some of them even lied to me about how much time I would end up with if I didn’t take the D. A. ‘A offer. Mr Sadat always followed through with everything he said and he really did a lot for me. Do NOT use this law firm. They hardly respond to their customers, and they are thieves. They told me they’d pay my medical bills with the money received for my case, and over 2 years later I’m being contacted about my unpaid medical bills. I’ve tried reaching out MULTIPLE times to BD&J to settle this, they transfer me to multiple people, leave you on hold, don’t respond to voicemails. They stole my money and left me with unpaid medical bills. I specifically dealt with Edgar, Cenny, and Jasmine. DO NOT USE THEM!

Do NOT use this law firm. They hardly respond to their customers, and they are thieves. They told me they’d pay my medical bills with the money received for my case, and over 2 years later I’m being contacted about my unpaid medical bills.
