I was wrongfully stopped for a traffic issue which turned into them illegally searching my vehicle and booking me a for a pistol. No felonies no record or anything. They tried to get me in four felonies which dropped down to 1. Allison made sure to press the issue on my behalf that it was an illegal search. She stayed consistent with me. And made every court date. They eventually dropped the case. I would recommend Allison to anyone. She’s tough, eager, and knows what she’s doin. I felt very comfortable she pulled up on me numerous of times in person to discuss my case. I love her and I can’t say enough. Thank you Allison.

I regret ever hiring Soleymani Law Firm to represent me in my family law case. At the time, I was new to the legal system and trusted their promises that they would fight for me and my son. Unfortunately, their actions did not align with their words.
My initial consultation with Deborah Soleymani was full of assurances about how her firm would stand by me. However, once they took my $10,000 retainer, their level of service completely changed. The attorney assigned to my case, Emily Hetu, was unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and did not advocate for my son or me in any meaningful way. The worst part? She did not even show up for a crucial hearing. Instead, they sent a substitute attorney without any notice, leaving me completely unprepared and vulnerable in court. This attorney had no background on my case, did not defend me, and ultimately, because of their incompetence, I lost in court.
On top of their negligence, they managed to burn through my entire retainer in less than two months while doing minimal work. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to claim I still owed them money for a single hearing that cost me $10,000—an outrageous and unjustifiable fee for the lack of service provided.
This law firm lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic ethics. They do not fight for their clients; instead, they take advantage of people who are already in vulnerable legal situations. If you’re considering hiring them—DON’T. I wish I had read a review like this before wasting my time and money on them.
There are far better family law attorneys out there who actually care about their clients. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Soleymani Law Firm.

I was involved in a 3 car collision and my passengers and I were injured pretty badly. Tofer Law was a great choice and I haven't regretted that decision till this day. I got a fair and generous settlement for me and my passengers in my car and my case was settled in a reasonably fast time as well.

Ms. Bassis is very responsive and super knowledgeable about the appeals process. I had some technical questions and she knew the codes and cases inside out. I spoke with several attorneys before her and she was the first to know the process in detail and who could answer my questions easily and with confidence. I've learned there are lots of details in an appeal that can make a significant difference in success and she knew those details. She worked hard on my case, and even when I thought we had lost she continued to fight. Ultimately, she left no stone unturned. Not only did she want to win as much as I did, she cared and it truly made a difference. You are in great hands with Ms. Bassis. What's more, she's just an overall nice person. Thanks!

I could not have asked for a more caring and knowledgeable Attorney. Ms. Bassis was trustworthy, knowledgeable and caring. Would highly recommend. She answered all questions from both me and my family and if she didn't know the answer she looked it up. She sent us copies of everything. She took our calls or called back immediately and wrote the most beautiful arguments that it made me want to cry. I wasn't in court for oral argument but I understand she stood up the the Judges and made a beautiful, impassioned argument. She knew the law, she knew the facts and she told them why I should not have been convicted. I truly believe she was successful because she was thorough and caring and that the outcome could have far different if my case been handled by a different lawyer. I hope I never get into trouble again, but if I do, I would call Ms. Bassis.

I was falsely accused of a crime that carried a life sentence. As a member of the military who served overseas, being falsely accused of a crime was something that I never expected to happen. It tore apart my beliefs in the system that I had fought so ardently to defend. I found Ms. Bassis through this site and ever since then my life has changed. Ms. Bassis is extremely good at what she does. She was supremely competent and knowledgeable. It allowed me to be confident and realistic about what was happening to me. My case was dismissed after Ms. Bassis appealed, something almost unheard of in Los Angeles County. The important thing to know here is that Ms. Bassis has single handedly given me my life back and showed me that the system does work and proven that she is an amazing person and an incredible lawyer. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their counsel.

It's a shame I haven't written a review sooner for Law Advocate Group and Mr.Doron Eghbali himself. I came across Mr.Eghbali's law firm at the lowest point in my life where the last thing I could handle was a frivolous lawsuit brought against me by a company that I should have actually been suing instead. Long story short, from my initial consultation, Mr.Eghbali showed compassion not only towards my case, but to me as a person. In a world where attorneys are vilified and made to seem heartless, Mr.Eghbali was a warm and understanding individual that made me feel like I was in good hands.
Over the course of the next 2 years, Mr.Eghbali, his trusted colleague and I fought the lawsuit tooth and nail and were able to secure a favorable outcome that lifted such a huge burden off my shoulders that I literally felt like I'm getting a second chance at life. Mr.Eghbali and everyone involved with Law Advocate Group went above and beyond for me and I am forever grateful to them. This could have gone a different direction for me as I just found Mr.Eghbali online and had no real vetting of him as a person but it went absolutely the best that it could go and to a certain extent, helped to restore my faith in humanity at a dark time in my life where I was especially vulnerable.
I cannot recommend this compassionate and competent attorney strongly enough and I will entrust all my legal needs to him if ever I find myself in the position to do so again.

Grant, Victoria and their staff, took our case and got us JUSTICE!!...Grant was on top of things from Day One,, he made sure our Bully landlord and his Defense Lawyers treated us fairly and we weren't taken advantage of...his staff scheduled and even assisted us, in getting to and from Dr's appointment's, that we couldn't have gotten to on our own...He checked in on us regularly and kept us up to date on what was needed, and what's going to happen next... I had met with many different attorneys before, finally having the luck to meet Edward Shkolnikov. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, honest and very talented criminal defense attorney.

This lawyer took on my case and was waiting for documents from the hospital and life insurance policy. Never communicated with me about anything. I called their office about 10-12 times and are always told I will get a call back that day. Well it’s been 3 months and not one of my calls have been returned.

If you need an advocate to stick up for you when you have problems with the DMV, James is the guy you need to talk to. This guy is actually in the business of helping people. I was facing a negligent operator suspension and James reassured me that my situation was not unique and that he had the ability to get me my driving privileges back. All of the other lawyers that I consulted with had almost no confidence that we could get my driving privileges back and told me that DMV probation could be possible but unlikely. In addition, other attorneys requested 2-3x the amount James wanted to charge me for their services.
I won't disclose exactly how we were able to do it, however James got the Negligent Operator suspension SET ASIDE completely.
All I can say is good things about James. He is quick with a response to any questions/follow up, affordable, genuinely cares about his clients, and gets the job done.
Choose the law offices of pardoe and associates for your traffic/DUI/DMV/etc problems. I am not being paid for this review, I am just beyond appreciative for the services I received.

CAUTION! Michelle Cohen- Huggies is NOT to be trusted. It is only a matter of time before the claims of her unethical tactics become proven and she is disbarred. I too, have experienced her attempt to win by default and lie that I was properly served for an unlawful detainer. filed for a motion to quash (must be within 5 days from when served) and was dismissed. If you are her opposing council, do not under estimate her willingness to lie, cheat or steal!

I hired Alan after a recommendation from my old boss for a vandalism case in LA county due to me and my sisters ex boyfriend getting into a fight and me punching his glass-paned door window trying to hit him. I got a letter from the Van Nuys court house with the charges and gave that letter to Alan and he worked it out better then i planned by me just paying for the ex boyfriends insurance deductible and charges were dropped like they never even happened. Alan had my case handled quickly and very professionally. You might think hes intimidating but that works to his advantage in court but he is truely there for his clients hands down i should of never used another Attorney after using him big mistake. He is by far above and beyond the best Criminal defense attorney out there.

I had Alan Fenster as my hired attorney for my criminal case in Orange County. I had a case that was filed almost a year later and Alan didn’t forget and he would always contact me to remind me and he would let me know what would happen prior to my turn. I had multiple cases misdemeanors in different courts that he had gotten transferred to one court consolidating it with my felony case from a diff court. I was referred to him and I would not have changed my mind in my decision to appoint him as my attorney. He charges a flat rate once hearing your case details and once looking over the charges. He is sort of intimidating haha but he doesn’t deal with the little details in between and goes straight to the point with the evidence filed against me. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and honestly you can sense the professionalism as well as the comfortable and experienced demeanor he presents himself in court to feel a little relieved from the stressful and complications the case becomes. He is fully aware of what to expect and he is respected by others in the courtroom. He always considered my situation to prolong my case until after I gave birth And he kept the stressful headaches of the case feel like a load off my shoulders considering my case was filed months later. I love my decision with Alan Fenster and I would always go back to him if I ever need any other assistance IN any other criminal defense cases. thanks!

I came across Alan when he was recommended to me from a family friend. Alan is a great lawyer with many years of experience and notable cases. He's smart and understands the system very well and helped reduce my Felony DUI with injury case to a misdemeanor. He went out of his way to help me get in contact with people that would help my defense. I highly recommend him for he is very knowledgable, experienced and will help you vastly at the end of the day.

Deborah was an absolute disaster to work with. She was busy on two trials and said as much and apologized when I told her that I could never get a hold of her and she never responded to calls. She charged me $14,000 for one month of horrible work product. She has line items like text message .75 hours. She said she was giving me a discounted rate which should’ve been a red flag but then just was merciless on that hourly. More importantly, when she was preparing my response, I would tell her the details, and she would write it up with blatant lies that I could never defend in court. I had to rewrite everything she did. I am in shock. As I was calling around to replace her numerous lawyers had things to say about her that I wish I knew before I hired her. Buyer beware.
