Sam Lasser was an excellent advocate for me when, as a pedestrian, I was hit by a large pick-up truck. Had a pretty bad accident. The other guys insurance was giving me the run-around, so I called El Dabe and they literally took care of everything. Got me into the doctors (at no cost to me), got me a rental car (at no cost to me) got my car fixed (at the shop I chose at no cost to me) and after it was all done, got me a nice FAT check. The girls in the office were awesome, constantly checking in to make sure I had everything I needed and always following up each step of the way.
If you need a great accident attorney, El Dabe is “the man”!!

When my wife and I hired Peter to defend our adult son in his second DUI case we braced ourselves for a difficult outcome, specifically more jail time. He was honest about the possibilities of that bad outcome and how important our son's behavior would be in obtaining a better result. The case took almost two years to complete because it happened in the midst of the Covid Pandemic when the courts were often dark, but our son did not go to jail. He had to wear an ankle monitor for 60 days under house arrest with an 18 month probationary period which exceeded all of our hopes.
Peter knows the law, but also is highly trusted by the judges, prosecutors and probation officers because of his honesty and integrity. This played a major role in getting our son fair treatment in the justice system. More importantly, our son has been sober for over two years, is setup to return to his college studies and has a job!

Joel Lueck is extremely professional and upfront. I highly recommend Joel, he is an excellent lawyer that keeps open communication. He always responded to my emails or text messages in an efficient matter. When I called Joel he was straight forward with me and did not make any promises about winning my case, however he said that he was going to try his best at pleading on my behalf. I was scared because I was charged with three traffic violations: Exceeding 101 MPH, unsafe lane change and following to close. Which meant the suspension of my license for six months according to the website of the DMV. If I plead guilty to all charges the judge told me that I was going to obtain four points in my driving record; the judge also stated that the first violation was going to remain on my record for ten years if found guilty. ( speeding over 100 MPH). So I felt the necessity to hired him via phone because my court was at Kern County Superior Court in the city of Shafter and I live in Oceanside. I wanted to avoid driving three hours away from my location. After court, Joel gave me the news of my life. He said that the only charge I was convicted of was speeding in excess of 70mph(one point). All the other charges were dismissed. For such a strong case I believe that his fees are very reasonable.

I made the mistake of using a public defender when I caught my first case. That taught me that public defenders dont care and are really just there to process you thru the system. Please don't make the same mistake I did. When I ended up catching a bogus second dui case, I hired Chudnovksky Law and they assigned Kareem to defend me in airport court. He was a bull dog and did not give up.
Retaining Kareem Aref was well worth it. He got my case dismissed and I didn’t even have to go to court. Kareem had my back!!!!

I want to admire about him. He is not like other attorneys who drained you with large bills. He care about you and your finances. Other attorneys will bill you for 16 hours for paperwork and he can do it in two hours. He is very honest which is very rare in this industry. He is smart and empathic. If you have any kind of personal injury claim in California, individually or as part of a class, you need to hire Chris and Kevin Moon. It's that simple.

I couldn't be more pleased with Kurt Van Sciver and his firm for my contested inheritance case. Kurt was very professional and efficient, is a good listener and his questions always cut to the chase, was patient in explanations of the legal requirements and many phases of the documentation, handled the negotiations for a settlement without me having to be present, kept me well apprised for meeting him at the 3 court appearances and filed the many papers that were a part of closing this up legally. Renzo took on my case when many other attorneys had passed on it (including the previous law office who had represented me up to that point).
It was a very specific situation that I doubt many attorneys had even encountered, which caused many to think the additional research and unknowns were not worth it and practically dismissed me without any regard for the serious problem I was in. (My mom was stuck overseas and unable to come back even though she had legal status. A consulate official made it his mission to not have her come back and put up additional bars of inadmissibility after she had already been granted a waiver for the one she had against her. )
Renzo cared for me as a person first and foremost which meant a lot. Then he sat down with me and laid out the plan for how we would get her back.
He was quick to act and sent out a new request to waive this new bar of inadmissibility that the consulate official had put up against her. Within weeks it was approved and my mother was able to go back to the consulate and finally get her visa.
It’s been about 8 years now but I’ll always be grateful for Renzo’s dedication to providing a quality legal service to his community. He cares and deserves your business a lot more than the firms who just look at you as a small drop of their yearly revenue.
