I got in a car wreck in summer of 2024, the individual who was responsible for totaling my car and causing injury was denying liability with their insurance.
I decided to look for a lawyer and Ryan and Sarah at Fang Law Firm did not disappoint. In fact, they went above and beyond helping me solve this case.
They recommended and sent me to PT for my injuries cause by the crash, kept me updated with everything during the court dates as well as handling talking with both my insurance the the other individual’s insurance company.
Ryan and Sarah went the other extra mile in tracking down witnesses from the accident who were able to help and ultimately get the case resolved through their testimonies.
I couldn’t have asked for better representation during such a stressful time.
Ryan and Sarah answered all my questions, and were professional and empathetic throughout the entire process.

I was falsely accused of a serious crime. The police charged the wrong person in a self-defense incident. My life was in chaos, and I panicked to find an attorney. The day I called Krizman, I spoke to Wyatt. He spent significant time understanding my case – something law enforcement and other lawyersrefused to do. After ending the call, I knew he cared more than anyone I spoke to. He listened and learned what happened to me, allied with me, and I immediately knew Krizman Law was the firm I needed to represent me.
Throughout one of the toughest ordeals of my life, everyone at Krizman Law told me they were on “my team”. In a time when I felt like no one cared about me, Casey told me several times that “one way or another, all of this is going to go away”. At court appearances, he constantly told me to enjoy my life, encouraged me to go out on hikes, and to share pictures of my weekend with him. Even though my life was in crisis, the people at Krisman Law knew they could provide a result that would be in my best interest. They encouraged me to let them handle the burden of my charge.
Casey and his team collected evidence for the DA that created the true narrative about what happened that day. Along with an indisputable timeline of events, it became clear that I was defending myself. This destroyed the fake narrative of the actual suspect (who lied to keep himself out of trouble) and exposed the false narrative the Sheriff's Department created in their reports. Jacob, Wyatt, and Casey worked expeditiously to encourage the DA to review the new evidence before the arraignment hearing.
Because of the efforts and care of Krizman Law, the DA didn’t even put up a fight. He simply dismissed the case. I am convinced that, unlike other lawyers, Casey and his team were fully invested in their clients. They told me they were in the business of “crisis management” and treated me like my situation was more than just a criminal case. They understood what I was going through and would often call to check in on me. My life is back to where it was before the incident happened, and I will be forever grateful to Casey and his team.

I was charged with a class 5 felony and a month later a civil restraining order. Jake and Emma went to bat for me and Emma got the civil case dismissed. Jake and Emma did an amazing job and I was found not guilty on the felony. The whole team at Triple L Law are amazing. They promptly answered the phone, and answered all my questions quickly. I hired this firm for my son. I had consultations with other firms, but did not feel like it was a good fit. From the start, I knew that I was in the right place. There were no promises, and no sugar coating the situation. The only thing that I knew was that they would do everything they could for us. For the first time, I gave my worries to them. I had a case where I the police crossed a bunch of lines and attempted to submit evidence that had been obtained illegally after violating my rights. I was involved in a traffic accident in Fort Collins, Colorado. I resided in Kansas and knew I needed an attorney to prepare for hearing, and represent me in Fort Collins Colorado. I did some online research. The Leier Law Office presentation was impressive. Broad experience, free consultation, flat fee, and accessibility .
Kent Leier petitioned the Judge and obtained permission for me to appear virtually via Web Ex rather than travel to Colorado. Kent gathered evidence and kept me apprised as the hearing date approached. Kent advised me to stand before the judge because Kent had a good working relationship and plead down, which turned out to be extraordinarily valuable because the DA was advocating actions far more punishing in her opening statement.

I worked with Mark Savoy and Diane Barrera Joseph Santaularia was my primary attorney or my main attorney for six months he helped me. I went through a situation that I’ve never been through and I should not have been in long story short I had three charges and was unaware. I found out through getting hired at this job when they did a background check they chose not to hire me and that’s when I became aware of my situation! So I had to prepare to turn myself in, which is something I’ve never done I didn’t do it right away I gathered information and did it about a month later I Went through that whole process ended up having to turn in my firearm. We fought hard on this for six months three charges dropped case dismissed as of 4 months ago last August 30th it was finalized. They helped me go through a process to where I was able to get the entire case sealed with the Help of Mark & Diane and now my case it now no longer appears on my record or anywhere, and they were able to help me get my firearm back. Colorado Legal Defense was always there with advice and if someone couldn’t make it, their whole team would make sure somebody was there to represent you in court. Mr Bussey is a excellent choice. He started working my case immediately. His expertise and reputation lead the DA to immediately drop my case and it was dismissed with prejudice. When the military picked up my case he recommended a military lawyer who fought my case in court and I was acquitted of all charges. Do not hesitate to retain Mr Bussey. I hired Tim Bussey to represent me in a difficult matter. He was very proactive with the court, straightforward, and always available to talk when needed. His advice to me was spot on and he negotiated a better deal for me than I ever thought possible. Tim knows all the right people in the courtroom, including DAs and judges, and is well respected. In my opinion, it is absolutely critical to have a local attorney who knows that particular court system and Mr Bussey knows it better than anyone. I had a Careless Driving charge, in which I showed up for my first appearance by myself. The DA, wanted to give me a deferred sentence and in return he wanted 4 hours of Traffic School and 25 Hours of Community Service.
I said no and scheduled it for a Trial Preparation and a Jury Trial. I was in over my head, so I got on Avvo and found Mr. Bussey and hired him.
Mr. Bussey. was able to Plea Bargain it to a Deferred Sentence, so that it wouldn't show up on my record.
In return I did a 4 Hour Master Drive Class and Paid $150 plus Court Costs - $212.50 No Community Service. I was ecstatic!
If your life is on the line, you wan't an experienced Trial Lawyer who's name is well respected in the Legal Community, so you don't have to go to trial!
He got it resolved quickly and efficiently and this is all behind me now.
I thank God and I Thank Mr. Bussey.

I had to take a few minutes to let everyone know just how great of a job Trent did on our injury case. My wife and I were in a horrible accident in 2021 and we received a recommendation to contact the Trani law firm and boy are glad we did. Trent and his staff helped us by taking care of everything with the defendant's insurance company, but not just that when our medical insurance found out that the injuries to my wife were caused by the accident and that we were not at fault they wanted to be reimbursed. Ms. Goodbody's services as a Child Legal Representative can be bought. She is corrupt, unprofessional and doesn't give a rat's a.. about the children involved. She will conduct ex parte communications during a legal proceeding (which is illegal) and she will lie during court proceedings, if it suits the party that's paying her. Keep yourself and your children as far away from her as you possibly can.

I was charged with DUI in Feb 2020. I refused breath alcohol tests and chemical test. I did not know back then that refusal would automatically get me 12pts on license, and a DUI charge. This was my first offense.
I talked to Barry and hired him immediately. Barry is a great listener, he documents all that I mentioned, and he has a streamlined system for managing documents/paperwork for each client. I really liked the fact that Barry was available when I called initially and did a free consultation with me before onboarding me as a client.
Due to COVID, my court dates kept moving out again and again. My final date to plead was almost 1 year after the charge. During this time, following Barry's advice, I had completed Level2 classes & counseling, MAD victim panel and had got a recommendation letter from my level2 counselor.
Barry used his soft-skills and negotiated with the DA for a non-alcohol charge. The DA agreed to it and reduced my charge to 8pt reckless driving.
On the final day of sentencing, the judge looked at DA recommendation and accepted it. The judge even waived all fines and fees because I had completed my level2 classes. My level2 counselor mentioned to me that this was an unheard of result. Most 1st time refusals usually get pled down to DWAI charges, but she had never had a case where it got pled down to non-alcohol charge.
I cannot thank Barry enough for this great resolution. This was the scariest experience of my life and I felt Barry gave me good confidence and direction on how to proceed on each step of the way. He asked me to complete the level2 & MAD panels quickly so we can get a good agreement from the DA. And I think Barry has great negotiation skills, that he was able to get the DA to reduce the charges.
If you are in this situation, I highly recommend hiring Barry to represent you. Don't try to deal with this yourself. You need a good lawyer. You need and a lawyer that has a good reputation of negotiating deals with the DA. You need a lawyer who is committed to take your case to trial if need be. You need a lawyer who has a reputation of winning cases for his clients. Barry checks all of these categories and I highly recommend him.

We worked with James Lamb to get our Green Card submission consolidated and submitted and it was by far the best experience I've had with anyone in law. He was very personable and helped us understand everything. Made every interaction welcoming and comfortable and got things sorted right and on schedule, and when there was a minor complication, James had the right connections in immigration to actually get the answers we needed. I got the impression that he's well respected in the Denver immigration offices.
Previously we were with another attorney and did not have a great expereince. Felt sidelined and as though they did not take the time to understand our case. Kind of like they were dealing with tons of cases and barely had time for ours. I did NOT have that experience with Knudson and Associates.

If you look online at her current cases, Margaret’s tactics are to lye & wait and she will do this for months, if not years. She will not contact the DA. She was hardly proactive at all. Her demeanor was polite. But it was not worth more than 5000 alone. Forget the comments below believe me when I say you will play the roll of your own Attorney if you hire this one. Half the time you’re lucky if she reaches out or returns a single phone call/text , & doesn’t make you feel ridiculous for asking questions about your case. please continue looking elsewhere. If I had it to do over again, I would!!
