Rob fought hard and victoriously for me to get a bogus trespassing case dropped without me ever having to step foot in a courtroom. I never had to follow-up or do anything whatsoever, as Rob took care of everything on a case that dragged out for greater than six months. Jason was able to get my DUI case looked at as a first offense and not a second offense that the court had put forth. With that he was also able to get the other charges dropped and was able to get me my property back. Short of a full dismissal of the charges Jason accomplished the best case scenario for me. He was professional and detailed with his answers and he truly cared about the out come of the case. He worked along side me to allow for time to complete the stipulations associated with the charge.

Extremely professional and effective law firm. Christina was constantly talking to me about the case and any updates that she had. She was able to reduce my case from an original deal of 3 months incarcerated to 45 days of house arrest due to the research she did on me and her ability to show the court the ways in which I have vastly changed since the beginning of my case. I was originally referred to Maureen O'Brien at O'Brien, Thomas and Bibek, LLC law firm by my personal attorney. Maureen was unable to take my case due to illness but she recommended David and he accepted my case. David provided invaluable professional and discreet assistance in the court room while handling my case. He spoke to the judge and the district attorney on my behalf on several occasions while we were both in the court room. He negotiated a reduction in charges with the district attorney that changed my potential conviction of a felony to a misdemeanor. David also led me through the required paperwork and after I fulfilled my court ordered probation requirements, achieve early termination of my probation. In July of 2020, I was falsely accused of Domestic Violence. I had no idea what to do here. I was given Maureen's name by a friend of mine. Since I had never been in trouble before I was totally clueless on the way the courts/justice system worked. Maureen explained everything to me basically holding my hand throughout the whole procedure. I didn't realize that a person can be thrown in jail for DV. After this happened to me Maureen was able to get me out of jail very fast. Maureen is a very good attorney that she is easy to talk to, understands the legal system, and can stand up for her client. Maureen was able to convince the prosecuting attorney that there was not enough evidence to go to trial.

Our son was recently named in an unfounded, false and potentially defamatory accusation. We consulted Mr. Laybourne to see what options may be available to us in the event this false accusation is filed. Originally I started with a lawyer where when we showed up to the first court appearance the Judge shut us out didn’t let that attorney speak, and didn’t want to hear anything she had to say! I’m so glad she chose to transfer the case to Jessica Lasky. This amazing attorney came in like super woman throwing blows to the entire court system. Elaine is a great communicator. She knows the judges personally and she did get me the minimum jail time for my 4th DUI. I personally have some mental health issues and really needed someone to hold my hand thru the process so to speak. This is where Elaine stands out from the rest of attorneys I interviewed prior to hiring Elaine. She very eloquently explained things to me in a calming manner to where I was at the most ease I could be the leading days to sentencing.. I felt she genuinely cared about my well being and put great effort into my case ultimately receiving the minimum of 90 days jail time. The worse days are now behind me, and I have Elaine to thank for the services she provided to me. Would recommend.

In 2017 I was framed and charged with a very serious crime. I had no hope at all, the Brighton, CO police department did everything they could to destroy the exculpatory evidence in my case. Luckily Gregory McMahon was there for me every step of the way, this man took time off from other cases to visit me in jail and keep my hopes up. He even took over my financial accounts at my request because I had no one else, and he never took a dime from me that wasn’t earned. I trusted this man with my life and liberty and he refused to let me down. I have never met anyone with such determination and integrity in my life who wasn’t a Marine. While Mr. McMahon wasn’t a Marine, he served his country with the Federal Bureau of Investigation as an analyst and saved countless lives. When he learned of the corruption in Adams County and the Brighton Police department he made sure to expose them and show them for the cruel inhuman tyrants they were in public court. I was looking at life in prison for a crime I did not commit and he would not let the system fail another veteran. I thank you Mr. McMahon for your dedication to liberty, justice and myself. As a resident of another state, after I received a citation for DUI, I had no idea where to turn. On the recommendation of some local residents I hired Greg and his Investigator Joe. After almost a year of back and forth with hearings and a trial, we finally just had our day in court. As I found out early on the DA had lost to them before and was unwilling to offer any plea in my case just to spite him. It didn’t matter cause we got our Not Guilty verdict anyway. Greg was always available even as I was 1000 miles away. This was the hardest thing to go thru but Greg made it easier.

I recently got a speeding ticket and had Mr. Friedman represent me in court. I thought the ticket was unfair and Mr. Friedman traveled 2 hours to appear in Court on my behalf, argued my case and reduced my points from 6 to 3 and my fine from $250 to $100. All it took was one phone call to Mr. Friedman, a scan of my ticket, and he took care of the rest. Fantastic work.

I hired Mr. Suro on a personal injury case. The insurance company of the person at fault significantly undervalued my claim. David was able to get me over four times what they initially offered. It took a couple of years, but he stayed on them for a very satisfactory result. He kept me posted on the progress of the claim at regular intervals and was very professional. Once the insurance company paid, he had my money to me in less than a week. Highly recommended.

Paul Stuber was an excellent attorney concerning my case. I was charged with a Felony DUI. I could of been sent to DOC for two to six years. I called David for an accident I had on February of 2021, I was concerned because it was my fault, David helped me professionally negotiate with the judge on my behalf. I recently hired Lisa to represent me at sentencing after having infective council during trial which left me facing serious jail time. She came highly recommended by prominent attorneys. Hired Lisa for our son. She had a very good rapport with my son. Very straight forward and honest with him. We did go to trial and my son got the best outcome for his circumstances; if the jury could have they would have dropped the case. After an painstakingly difficult custody battle with my ex, Rene’ was able to get me 50/50 parenting time of my son. Without the guidance and patience that Rene’ exemplified I wouldn’t have been able to mentally handle this hardship.
