Jeremy was knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. He never sugar coated things with me and told me what he thought, straight up. He also made sure to look at the situation from all angles to give me the best chance at the outcomes I wanted. My biggest concern was being able to keep my commercial driver's license. Jeremy was able to help me maintain my innocence at every stage of the case and the DA specifically cited the motions we filed as the reason for making such a favorable offer. They went from a DUI (12 point offense) to careless driving (4 point offense) after the DA initially refused and we forced them to trial. I was able to keep my licenses and received unsupervised probation. He was cost-conscious, always gave me a detailed receipt of my costs upfront, and obtained a successful result without even having to travel down and be present at my hearing. I never had a hard time getting ahold of him and if for some reason he wasnt available at the time he was always quick to get back to me.

I was referred to Mr. Jurdem and his firm with the tagline, "I'd trust him with my life, and my families' lives" as a criminal defense attorney. I had been accused of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, harassment, stalking, obstruction of telephone, etc., over 3 felonies. NONE of which I was guilty of, in fact, there was absolutely NO VIOLENCE (not a phone call, not a text, not an email) HOW COULD I BE CHARGED? If convicted or "cut a deal" to end the nightmare of lengthy court proceedings, I would NEVER be able to continue my career path in Medicine. It would obvious I needed the most meticulous trial attorney in Boulder/Denver. Upon our first meeting, it became evident why another attorney would refer me to this Law Firm. From day one, Mr. Jurdem was kind and observably brilliant with impeccable attention to detail. During the course of the status conferences and court proceedings leading up to trial, I accumulated 3 more charges which carried a MANDATORY prison sentence of up to 10 years if convicted. My case was like no other. When we would communicate, sometimes multiple times a week, and meet to discuss specific details that were crucial to the case, Mr. Jurdem was always such a pleasure, even given my life circumstances. I was offered a few plea bargains and continued to stand my ground as NOT GUILTY. Mr. Jurdem supported my EVERY decision throughout this case. Going to trial was one of the scariest moments of my life..yet somehow even though I was an emotional wreck, I was confident in Mr. Jurdem's intensity and tenacity in the courtroom. It was evident he is respected very highly throughout the entire judicial system. I was amazed how quickly he would communicate via email, sometimes I would see a time stamp at incredibly early hours. I don't believe another attorney could have worked as hard as Mr. Jurdem and his associates. After Mr. Jurdem got my SECOND CASE DISMISSED in a preliminary hearing, which is extremely rare given the seriousness of the charges, the DA moved to appeal the Judge's decision, it was granted and we were back to the emotional nightmare of going to trial. A month before my second trial, Mr. Jurdem received notification that the DA moved to DISMISS ALL CHARGES. Now, thanks to Mr. Jurdem's evident knowledge and mastered skills in the judicial system, I am able to live and pursue the life I was meant to.

I hired David Johnson for a pretty tough case and he his assistant Lisa did a great job of just listening. After discussing the situation he quickly had a plan, which was discussed and implemented. When selecting representation for my daughter's DUI case, David was the only lawyer who took the time to listen to me as a parent and really show compassion and understanding of our situation. Not only are his fees reasonable, but his knowledge and experience gave us all comfort that my daughter would be in good hands. It was the first time she'd ever been in any sort of legal trouble, so he was able to give us calm during a very scary and unknown period of time. Since we are not from Colorado it was crucial that there was good communication and explanation of Colorado law and process. He took the time to meet via zoom conference all with all of us several times during the process up through the court date. He was very responsive to all our questions and walked us through what was likely to happen. What impressed me most about David is that he got my daughter working on some of the things ahead of time that the courts generally order you do after the court date. So by the time the court date came around, she was nearly done with almost everything except the community service. Most everyone who processed paperwork after the court date was really impressed with how far ahead she was, which means she got really GREAT advice from David. Despite being a very stressful period for my daughter, who was also trying to get through her freshman year at CSU, he managed to turn a very fearful situation into something manageable, understandable, and no so scary. She will be finished with her supervised probation soon and her record sealed after one year. We've all learned valuable lessons and will never forget David for how much care he showed our family, and how calming and effective he was in resolving the case. Paul

I contacted Jared to assist me with a dispute with my neighbor over a water main break in his unit that impacted mine. He was very professional and clearly stated my options. We put a plan together of how to best deal with the situation. Thankfully, with his help, we were able to resolve the situation within 2 months of my first meeting with him. I hired Catherine after my former counsel quit 29 days before my final orders hearing. It was a complete shock she could even take my case on such short notice. My ex was out to make my life hell and opposing counsel was the same. Catherine was able to get us a 30 day continuance. During that time she prepped and did amazing work for me. She really prepared for my case in that short time and caught up on over a year of drama in less then 2 months. The day of final orders we got an offer that was garbage, so we went to trial. Catherine was amazing and caught my ex in so many lies. She objected whwn needed and truly fought to keep the hearing about division of assests. In divorce cases its never east to know what the judge will award. In this case, the judge sided with Catherine. I was awarded spousal maintenance, which honestly we were not sure the judge was going to do. I didn't get everything I wanted but spousal maintenance was a huge win. I can't recommend Catherine and her team enough!

After being injured on the job, breaking my toe, the retail company that I worked for refused to get involved and help me get my workers compensation medical claims paid. The bills continued to pile up and were adversely affecting my credit. In January of 2010, I was involved in a sporting accident that put me in the hospital for 20 days, then in rehab for another 10 days. Upon release, I applied and received Social Security Disability. However, my medical bills were enormous. Cameron examined my situation and determined that the sports facility was negligent in the design of its equipment, so he launched a civil suit to recover compensation for my injuries. He was successful in negotiating a financial settlement that covered all my medical expenses. He was very detail-oriented about receiving all my medical records and documenting my injuries, so that the sports facility's insurance company was clearly faced with my ongoing disability and their client's responsibility. I am grateful for the generous help he was to our family, and the compassionate and considerate manner in which he communicated with me. Working with Law Offices of Said Sharbini, has been pleasant from start to finish. I live in Florida had a couple of warrants that needed to be taken care of and Contacted a few lawyers there; a couple were a bit cheaper. Called Mr. Sharbini and we had a nice conversation. I was concerned he was a little bit more expensive than the others, but like he said, "You pay for what you get". I took the chance; I'm glad I did he got Amanda Borsman on my case she was able to get one settled the next day and took about two months to get the second one handled. During that time, her or the office, never left me waiting responded quickly and explained the law where I understood she was patient and listened to my concerns. I loved the results from both cases; even got a portion of my trust fund back. Very honest firm and Highly Recommend them.

I was in a very tough situation. Going into sentencing and my lawyer had just resigned. After reading Ms. Shipley's reviews I decided to give her a call. What an amazing and compassionate lawyer! From the start she was straight forward and honest with me about what was going on while being compassionate and empathetic to my situation. When it came time for my sentencing she did an amazing job with her plea of probation instead of jail time. Though a little pricey for my limited budget it was worth every penny to have Ms. Shipley representing me. I just can't say enough excellent things about this Lawyer other than I wish I had gone with her from the start and maybe justice would have prevailed and my case would have been handled better.

Lauren provided fast and effective counsel to me when other attorneys told me they could be of no assistance until further into the case (when clearly there were false claims being made against me). She got the case dropped and dismissed before it even started and then returned money from the retainer since she got it done so quickly.
