Mike was beyond amazing to work with. He is an incredible attorney and we got a favorable outcome on my case. From our first phone call he listened to me and was very sympathetic for my situation. I had spoke with several lawyers prior and they were not as kind or compassionate as he is.
This was my first time needing a lawyer. Mike helped make the entire process smooth and not intimidating. He is very good at his job and does it with ease. He is also very reasonably priced.
I fully recommend Mike if you are in need of an attorney. I hope to not need a criminal defense attorney in the future but if I do, Mike will be the one I call and who I refer people to.

Most expensive lawyer I've ever encountered. We provided a 5k retainer only for Randy to work 1.3 hours on a few phone calls. He charged us $3,258.86 to resolve nothing. On top of that his team gave me the run around for a week just to get a refund of the remaining retainer. If you are financially well off and have money coming out of your pockets, this is your lawyer, but if you're a middle-class person like me, over three grand for an hour's worth of work is insane.

Mr. Cross you did a fantastic job you were very clear on the entire process and what needed to get where we wanted the deal to get to. A great negotiator and honestly a stand up gentleman with knowledge that's impressive with case law and the process of court proceedings. Mr. Cross was very patient however very informative on how to navigate this case. He keeps in contact on a regular basis and will even give some encouragement on your well being, sobriety and goals you may have set. Extremely professional and effective law firm. Christina was constantly talking to me about the case and any updates that she had. She was able to reduce my case from an original deal of 3 months incarcerated to 45 days of house arrest due to the research she did on me and her ability to show the court the ways in which I have vastly changed since the beginning of my case. Having no experience in this field at all, I was pretty terrified when I was shown to be at fault for a car accident. The entire team was excellent gave me a lot of information helped me to remain calm, and on the day of Katy in particular went way above and beyond the call of duty to help facilitate me reaching the courthouse on time. I was very impressed on every level with this operation.
Oh, and they significantly reduced the amount of trouble I was going to get into! Well worth the retainer.

Does Olson Law use a call center to answer their phones? I had someone named Jalen, an extremely young male, answer that didn't tell me where he was answering the phone at and didn't answer even one question i asked, he just kept kinda using a script. He said he was a receptionist for Olson Law, but did not sound like someone id let answer a phone. I needed to know if i had already called this particular firm and if so what they're reason for not filing a complaint or getting one started was. I have a TBI im almost done with but finding a lawyer to get started on that while still receiving care as a legal newbie is hard work because im not getting hepful people (across the board) im getting push back instead. Like someone should be like omg lets get started, ill start the review, you continue care, and ill ask questions along the way before i start a complaint. But im not getting that. im getting a lot of pointless conversation. If im in the wrong location, maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Is it the city, the neighborhood, is the case too hard, are they too busy, is there a conflict of interest with the hospital im suing or something? Like scared to sue? I dont get it... Its JUST a lawsuit that needs to get filed. Is it the Denver area? Are they like no, she doesnt live in this neighborhood so im not dealing with this? Like family oriented? Im so confused right now.

Jason Alleman is by far the most impressive, knowledgeable, and wonderful human being I have ever known. I cant say thank you enough. Ehren was a savior when my sons was acused of starting a fight on a Platte Canyon School bus. I know that doesn't mean much but when he is getting ready to turn 18 it's a huge deal. Ehren looked at the evidence where a public defender would rather just get it over and not care that this could hurt this young man's future. Let me tell you a little more about this for context. My sons have been bullied at Platte Canyon for years that's how this school operates they have been attacked physically and mentally. The school has time and again turned a blind eye saying no evidence even though their are videos. This young man my son was arguing with was part of the same gang as they call themselves was telling my older son how his brother should be killed over and over. We'll my older son had enough of the crap and yes he stood up and went to speak to the other teen and girl who has verbally harrassed them daily to and from school. When my son went to speak with the other teen the agreeser stood up and was chest bumping my son. At this point the younger son who was the son who was the target of the verbal attack seeing his brother getting chest bumped tried to pull the aggressor off and then a fight between the younger son occurred even though the aggressor started it and threw punches first my sons were both charged. Ehren looked at the video and actually challenged what was being stated. So as of today one sons case has been dropped the other that the public defender is assigned has hardly even communicated with us so if you want a lawyer who actually cares Ehren is your man.

I would give Ehren 6 out of 5 stars if I could. He knows his stuff, is professional, and is very familiar with the court system in Park Co and surrounding areas. He was reassuring to work with, walked through what I could do in advance to mitigate my violation, and what to expect in court. He then represented me in person while I was able to remote in. His cost was reasonable, especially when compared to flying back out to Colorado, renting a car and booking hotels, etc. Everyone makes mistakes on the road at some point, and Ehren was a solid advocate - he has my respect for how he represented my case. While I understand others may have had positive experiences with Robinson & Henry, my own was deeply disappointing. I initially chose them based on positive reviews and an impressive attorney. I specifically addressed concerns about being passed between attorneys and becoming just a number after paying the retainer. The attorney assured me of consistent communication within two days and that she would remain my sole point of contact.
My case was straightforward: securing court-ordered visitation with my son. Initially, communication was excellent, with prompt email responses. However, after paying the retainer, responsiveness drastically declined. When my son's mother cut off direct communication, requiring all contact through attorneys, I struggled to reach mine. After a week of silence, a paralegal dismissively stated she was "very busy." I also discovered the attorney had filed incorrect paperwork, effectively delaying my case.
Adding to the frustration, the accounting department demanded I replenish my retainer without acknowledging my communication issues or case progress. Shortly after, I was informed, without prior notice or explanation, that a new attorney would be handling my case. I received no refund for the incorrect paperwork filed.
The entire experience was a nightmare. I ultimately sought and found competent representation elsewhere. The only positive aspect was the Customer Relations Manager, who contacted me at the end. She was professional and helpful, earning a five-star rating. However, this single positive interaction couldn't salvage the overall negative experience with the firm.

While I understand others may have had positive experiences with Robinson & Henry, my own was deeply disappointing. I initially chose them based on positive reviews and an impressive attorney. I specifically addressed concerns about being passed between attorneys and becoming just a number after paying the retainer. The attorney assured me of consistent communication within two days and that she would remain my sole point of contact.
My case was straightforward: securing court-ordered visitation with my son. Initially, communication was excellent, with prompt email responses. However, after paying the retainer, responsiveness drastically declined. When my son's mother cut off direct communication, requiring all contact through attorneys, I struggled to reach mine. After a week of silence, a paralegal dismissively stated she was "very busy." I also discovered the attorney had filed incorrect paperwork, effectively delaying my case.
Adding to the frustration, the accounting department demanded I replenish my retainer without acknowledging my communication issues or case progress. Shortly after, I was informed, without prior notice or explanation, that a new attorney would be handling my case. I received no refund for the incorrect paperwork filed.
The entire experience was a nightmare. I ultimately sought and found competent representation elsewhere. The only positive aspect was the Customer Relations Manager, who contacted me at the end. She was professional and helpful, earning a five-star rating. However, this single positive interaction couldn't salvage the overall negative experience with the firm.
