First we are owners of the Convent of the Holy Nativity In Fond Du Lac Wisconsin. To Note we won the Appeal, Kimberly Penix a Very Nice woman helped us win our Appeal.
We unfortunatley we not treat right, or fair, But held onto faith in God and trying to do the right Thing. Kimberly and her Council with Our Attorney Dan Kaminsky helped us sooo much. Her knowledge of the law was impressive and she impressed the The Judges and through logic we succeeded but with her help being blessed by God.
And Saved a Historic Property The Convent.., At least we were able to breathe with the help she gave and didn't have to worry over the premature razing of the property.
What could be worst then having to face that awful fact. I feel like she was a real blessing to us. we were tired, exhausted and belittled by unjust prosecution and assumptions bad basically. We should have been working together, our side was but communication was awry... and against us.. leaving us dejected and feeling discriminated against in so many ways.... unreal. We were in essence being bullied.
Long Story short She helped us, and you know i believe God will give her the power to help you and whom ever comes in here path... she's that good, She explained and walked us paitently through the process.

Matt Walker represented me for 3 misdemeanor DV charges in Jefferson County. He heard my case and told me not to take the plea deal. With his help my case was Dismissed before trial.
Matt was there to walk me through every step. If I needed him he was always just a text away and would call as soon as he was available.
He suggested to meet as the trial got closer, not to go over anything but to calm my nerves as this was my first time in any sort of trouble.
He never made me feel rushed and listened to all concerns. He is also a huge LGBTQ advocate which for my case was essential.
I can’t recommend Matt enough and will forever be thankful for him and know if I ever needed counsel again he’s there.

I called Matt about a dispute with my neighbor who had mailed me a letter threatening legl action. Matt met me for coffee the same day I called him. When we met, he reviewed my letter and other documentation. Then he actually called the neighbor on my behalf, while I sat there, and worked everything out. It was amazing. When I offered to pay Matt for his time--he pointed out that he had only spent about thirty minutes to resolve my issue--so no charge. Matt is real and Matt is awesome.

I was involved in an auto/pedestrian accident in 2021. I was simply knocked down to the pavement in a parking lot.
It didn't seem like a "big deal" until I started to have some debilitating back pain. I just wasn't able to stand for any length of time, which was negatively affecting my everyday life.

Jacob and his team defended my sister tooth and nail, all the while carrying themselves with world-class professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Thank you All! This case involved a car accident resulting in a serious bodily injury; the prosecution attempted to blame my sister as the sole cause of the accident. She was driving home from work and hit a driver making a left-hand turn directly in front of her path--she could not avoid the collision. My case in the hands of a bad lawyer would have been a disaster. I found Michael on Avvo after reading all the great reviews. I knew my immigration case was complicated after one lawyer told me she could not in all honesty take it on, because she would be putting me in danger of deportation. The second lawyer just didn't seem capable at all. When i brought my case to Micheal, he carefully looked at everything i had, did amazing research and was able to reassure me that i might have a good chance to adjust my status. I contacted Kip to represent me for a domestic violence charge. Colorado law requires mandatory arrest(s) be made if there is a 911 call related to domestic violence. That arrest happened to be me even though I was the one that walked into the police station to fill out a report. Ironically I was never allowed to complete my report before taken into custody. There was never intent to file charges from either parties involved but Colorado law rarely dismisses a case once there is an arrest. I thought about representing myself but these are serious charges and I wanted the best to represent me. I found Kip online and his great reviews convinced me to pick up the phone and call. I'm glad I did. Kip was great. He was very professional and helpful. He explained things to me and worked hard on my case. He negotiated a very generous plea agreement but I have a hard time agreeing to something that in my opinion is untrue and unfair. I rejected the plea agreement and wanted to exercise my right to a fair trial. KIP is amazing at what he does and was honest about his litigation Comfort level. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the team of people over at Kalamaya Goscha, especially the services of Ms. Georgina Melbye. Since the very beginning of my DUI case, she was there making sure that I felt comfortable and in the know with everything going on. Being that it was my very first court case ever, the whole process felt pretty scary and overwhelming. Having Georgina there made everything clearer, less confusing, and and overall just took a lot of anxiety off my plate. When it came to the sentencing of my case, instead of simply settling on the normal sentence the judge would typically address in this scenario, Georgina spent months and months fighting to get me a better plea deal from the DA. Mr. Huttner is a life saver! I was facing my 2nd DUI in 2019 and was from another state. Not to mention, I knew nothing about Denver and surrounding areas. While back home, I received consultation from a few lawyers but Mr. Huttner stood out the most. I wasn't sure why at the time but I am glad I made that decision. Mr. Huttner was very knowledgeable and respectful. He always made sure he overcommunicated times and dates when it came to court dates/hearings etc. He was open and honest to any questions I had throughout this 2 1/2 year process. He advised going to trial would be best if I did not want to take a plea deal. I was quite certain we had a great chance and ultimately decided to go to trial. Mr. Huttner took every step to make sure that we were in a great position to win this case. Going into this situation and dealing with the uncertainty was extremely stressful but I kept believing that Mr. Huttner had this under control. Eventually, We went to trail and after 903 days I was found not guilty. I cant say enough about this man but he is one of the best I've come across. I highly recommend Mr. Huttner.

I’ve been working with Richard since August of 2016 (Case took 4+ years). I was stopped for a urinating in public, but the charges quickly changed to DUI after they saw my priors. By the end of the encounter, I was facing indecent exposure (Urinating in public), DUI, resisting arrest, and obstruction of a peace officer.
Richard took on my case and immediately got a small win at the DMV. The hearing officer at the DMV ruled that I should have never been pulled over as the officer had no description of the individual he “thought” he observed urinating. This officer could not tell if the person was black, white, or other, and couldn’t even decipher man of woman. Needless to say I was awarded my license back that day.
My case is a very long and drawn out story. We lost at trial due to an error made by the court in which Richard advised that I could Appeal. I was facing 11 months in jail, court fees, probation, alcohol classes, and the loss of my license. I appealed to the district court (won); the people (DA) appealed to the Supreme Court (lost). My conviction was set aside and I was given the opportunity to have a new trial.
The former DA for the 18th district was not a fan of my case and would not just settle with us so we presented the case to the new 18th district DA once he was sworn in. Richard again went to bat for me and was able to get all charges dismissed except for obstruction. I pled guilty to obstruction; no jail, no probation, just a $50 fine. What a difference having a fresh set of unbiased eyes can do for your case.

I hired Andrew Bryant as my lawyer in my child custody case that was a complete nightmare! Both Andrew and Emily worked tirelessly dealing with with custody and criminal aspects of my case. Mr Bussey is a excellent choice. He started working my case immediately. His expertise and reputation lead the DA to immediately drop my case and it was dismissed with prejudice. I hired Tim Bussey to represent me in a difficult matter. He was very proactive with the court, straightforward, and always available to talk when needed. I had a Careless Driving charge, in which I showed up for my first appearance by myself. The DA, wanted to give me a deferred sentence and in return he wanted 4 hours of Traffic School and 25 Hours of Community Service.
I said no and scheduled it for a Trial Preparation and a Jury Trial. I was in over my head, so I got on Avvo and found Mr. Bussey and hired him.
Mr. Bussey. was able to Plea Bargain it to a Deferred Sentence, so that it wouldn't show up on my record.
In return I did a 4 Hour Master Drive Class and Paid $150 plus Court Costs - $212.50 No Community Service. I was ecstatic!
If your life is on the line, you wan't an experienced Trial Lawyer who's name is well respected in the Legal Community, so you don't have to go to trial!
He got it resolved quickly and efficiently and this is all behind me now.

I have been nothing but pleased with Joe and his entire staff. My first call into this office, Joe took my call directly and I could immediatly tell he was an attorney sincerely vested in his clients and thier cases. I could not have asked for better legal representation, at such a desperate hour. I had to take a few minutes to let everyone know just how great of a job Trent did on our injury case. My wife and I were in a horrible accident in 2021 and we received a recommendation to contact the Trani law firm and boy are glad we did. Franz is a wonderful attorney and was a pleasure to work with. I was facing a 1st time DUI charge and refusal revocation as a result of a motorcycle accident. As a result of working with Franz, the DMV refusal case was dismissed. Franz was also able to get the DUI and reckless driving charges deferred with minimal community service and the attendance of Level 2 classes.
While everyone is hoping for a lawyer to get all charges dismissed and make it like it never happened, I am more pleased with the results. Franz was honest and upfront with me when I needed to make decisions on the case and always provided more than enough information to make an informed decision.
In my view, Franz was more than fair with the cost of his services. I was charged a flat rate that included both the DMV and court cases. Since Franz operated on a flat rate, I was nervous about how much time he would allocate to me as a client but that was quickly dispelled. Franz is very articulate and our hour-long scheduled phone calls typically went over on time. While I had a lot of questions, which Franz was able to answer, the reason for the overage in time is that Franz meticulously explained everything and considered all of the options.
In another life, Franz more than likely was a therapist. While I don't expect my attorney to act as my therapist, I always felt better after speaking with Franz and never got the feeling that I was just another paycheck. I really appreciated that despite the hearings being held over Zoom, Franz wanted to make the 3-hour drive to my town on two separate occasions to make an appearance. Again, Franz charged me a flat rate so this drive time was included.
To wrap this up, my experience with Franz was nothing short of spectacular. He never over-promised anything and set realistic expectations for the outcomes. He always came out ahead of every expectation that he set. He was patient and understanding and just a good soul. Franz will be my attorney for all future attorney needs hopefully ones that are not criminal in nature.

Hiring Franz was one of the best choices I’ve made in a long time. After being arrested for a DUI, I couldn’t help but feel that “my life was over” and all hope was lost. From the beginning, Franz was superb at calming me down and helping me get through that initial rough patch following the arrest. He encouraged me to begin steps toward mitigation VERY early on in the process, which helped my case a ton. Franz knows what he’s doing in every regard. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and repertoire with our local courts, DAs, judges, etc. Franz made sure I was prepared for anything thrown my way and he really made an effort to ensure I understood each step of the process. He is attentive, always on-call, and eager to help on even the smallest of questions.
Most notably, he was able to get my case a deferred sentencing. This means that after two years of good behavior, my case will be dismissed. I honestly never even thought this was a possibility given the nature of my case, but Franz made it happen. His dedication and work on my case led to the best possible outcome, and I honestly credit him with helping me get my life back after I thought all was lost.
