Literally 1 Day!!
My wife and I decided to separate. After meeting with another attorney first who wasn't listening to our needs we where referred to Attorney Smith , she helped us prepare all the paperwork, charged us a fair price for her time and made it super easy. The paper work was submitted and lo and behold the judgement was approved the following day! The whole process was seamless, and Attorney Smith's communication was clear and consistent.

I was in a not-at-fault accident where I was t-boned and my car has been totaled. Attorney Stephen Sobin was efficient, personable, on point, knowledgeable about the matter, and very accessible. He wasted no time in coming to a very agreeable r solution. He is extremely bright and was able to provide his analysis in "plain language". Attorney Sobin was very easy to deal with and always returned my calls regarding questions in an expeditious manner.
After my first experience with Attorney Sobin, I again consulted with him on other unrelated matters (a probate matter and a professional work-related complex right of publicity type legal entertainment matter. He was able to deal with both without a problem. He's a very intelligent attorney who is quite competent in handling any and all questions I've posed -- even those which he typically would not be expected to be proficient in. The levels of difficulties varied in all of matters Attorney Sobin handled for me, and he dealt with them all in an efficient, successful manner. Attorney Sobin recently represented me on my motor vehicle accident case, and I have to say that his work ethic combined with his empathy was extraordinary. He treated me as if my case were the only one on his desk, which I know was the farthest thing from the truth. Attorney Sobin was always available to answer my many, many questions and never once made me feel bad about my inquisitive nature. He managed to seek out little details that I think even surprised the opposing attorney! At times I was unsure that I wanted to follow through due to the long process, but his confidence in my case kept me going. Ultimately, it paid off! Where to begin, because I didn't when I got arrested and falsely charged with a dui. I called a couple other lawyers and firms and didn't have any good feelings about who I talked to, felt like they just wanted my money. Tamar gave me excellent advise and made me have no worries proceeding forward with her representation. We went to several hearings with the outcome still wanting to charge me with my crimes, but Tamar took no for an answer she knew something wasn't right with how everything went down that night for me. After a few months and a couple hearings later my case we dropped and only a small fine was acquitted towards me, she saved my future this is something that could of greatly affected me and ruined my life in many ways. I'm very grateful for Tamar's efforts, professionalism, and kindness I highly recommend using her in any situation you may have.

I was referred to Tamar by my custody lawyer Anthony Solomine for a unjustified dui pullover.
From the moment I consulted with Tamar I knew she was on her game and the lawyer for me. The night after I hired her she contacted me and had already been in touch with the PD and DMV for my case. She went above and beyond what I expected from any lawyer on a case like this. She was very thorough and always prepared. Getting me sentenced to the least possible charges with this case.
I plan on keeping Anthony and her as my lawyers and already have referred her to several people. One of which I know has chose to use her and is also very happy with how she is handling his case so far.

Vincent first saw me talking to the prosecutor in the local court house about an unfair violation ticket given that had consequences i would unlikely get out of, especially on my own. Mr. Fazzone saw me and felt the urge to come up to me, not only calm me down but kindly explain how he could help. He gave me his card, i called, the rest was history.
He went above and beyond to fight for me countless times for nearly a year before finally WINNING my case! He pushed and pushed to get more time and assured me it was all for a reason, no matter how impatient I became, he was kind and understanding and continued to remind me why he was doing all this.
He helped me and saved me from a world of trouble and couldn't be more grateful.

Kerry is awesome, plain and simple. He responds to phone calls and text messages promptly and even outside of normal business hours, he is very understanding and does not judge you or make you feel like crap and has been very understanding in a situation where anyone else would have gotten fed up and just stopped dealing with me. Kerry is very knowledgeable, articulate and appears to be highly respected in the courtroom. I hired Beth to represent my college child for an on campus incident. She was forthright, professional, honest and compasssionate at every phase. I contacted Mr Sohn with regards some unfair driving violations and due to a friend recommendation i contact Mr Sohn and didn't know what to expect. What i can say is that my problem was fixed in a very timely manner, with respect, courtesy and great expectation set on what could and could not be done.

Joe was a tremendous resource during my divorce. He listened intently during our initial consultation, and ultimately understood how to work WITH me. I called Chas Abate late in the process in a deed-in-lieu where I was getting the run around from the mortgage company. What took me a year to get to a stale mate he quickly brought this to a final resolution. Not many attorneys would get involved this late in the process but he not only did but went to court the next day. Many thanks to Chas and I sleep much better at night thanks to him. I would highly recommend him and it was money well spent. I even received a refund for the money the mortgage company took from my account incorrectly 2 years prior that started the whole mess in the first place. His final invoice was detailed and extremely fair. If I had to do this all over again he would be the first person I would call. He has restored my faith in the legal system after getting the run around from the attorneys from the mortgage company. Thank you Chas you are truly a good person.

I called this lawyer after receiving referrals from 2 different people at the Stamford courthouse. She not only saw me that day but told me what she could do for me and what I would have to do to stay out of jail. She did everything she promised to do and charged me less than what the other lawyer I talked to wanted to charge. She also helped me deal with my boss so I didn't lose my job. I drive for a living. I recommend her to anyone who wants a really good lawyer but maybe doesn't have the money for a really expensive one. I still talk to her once in a while. I would trust her with my life and my children.

Chris and the paralegals at his office (who are also super nice and helpful) have made themselves available to us at a moment's notice whenever we need them, which is not something you get with a huge firm, but I think is really a reflection of them being in our community for many years and really caring about who they do business with (my other family members have worked with Wall, Wall, and Frauenhofer many times over the years). My husband and I have so much on our plate right now, we're stressed about so many things in our lives, but Chris has taken so much of the burden off of our shoulders. It's a huge relief to know that I don't have to be an expert in all of the legal and insurance issues we're dealing with, since he's helping us every step of the way. Whenever I'm in doubt, or overwhelmed, or just have a question, I can speak to him and he'll walk me through what's going on, and gives me advice or direction, and so far everything he's advised us to do has been the right move.
