I contacted Mr Sohn with regards some unfair driving violations and due to a friend recommendation i contact Mr Sohn and didn't know what to expect. What i can say is that my problem was fixed in a very timely manner, with respect, courtesy and great expectation set on what could and could not be done.
The results on my case were phenomenal due to the knowledge Mr Sohn has of the law. I would not hesitate once about recommending Mr Sohn to anyone regardless of their case. I will certainly be using Mr Sohn going forward, looking no further to any other lawyer.

Joe was a tremendous resource during my divorce. He listened intently during our initial consultation, and ultimately understood how to work WITH me. Throughout the process he was interested in how I wanted to handle and approach each step. He didn't hesitate to recommend alternate approaches to reach my end goals, but never overstepped. He understood that I was the one who had to live with the result.
Joe's legal knowledge and guidance was always spot on. He helped me fully understand the difference between my "wants" and what the law would allow. No Surprises. That was critical to managing my expectations, and helped me to better prepare for the next stage of my life.
Joe was GREAT at helping me manage the financial side of the process. He explained his costs and the billing process. No unnecessary phone calls, no unnecessary meetings. We spoke when we needed to, period. In the end, costs for the process were about 1/3 of my ex-wife's. Not because his rates were cheaper, but because he and I managed the process better.

I called Chas Abate late in the process in a deed-in-lieu where I was getting the run around from the mortgage company. What took me a year to get to a stale mate he quickly brought this to a final resolution. Not many attorneys would get involved this late in the process but he not only did but went to court the next day. Many thanks to Chas and I sleep much better at night thanks to him. I would highly recommend him and it was money well spent. I even received a refund for the money the mortgage company took from my account incorrectly 2 years prior that started the whole mess in the first place. His final invoice was detailed and extremely fair. If I had to do this all over again he would be the first person I would call. He has restored my faith in the legal system after getting the run around from the attorneys from the mortgage company. Thank you Chas you are truly a good person.

A great lawyer. We were involved in a head on motor vehicle collision. We never considered getting involved with attorneys but the insurance company left us no choice. I'm currently working with Attorney Chris Wall regarding a disaster at my home, and a claim against my neighbors who caused it. I can truly say that I couldn't be happier with all he has done for my family. He was there for us on Day 1, helping us scramble to pick up the pieces and make sense of what happened, and what was going to happen in the coming months. Chris and the paralegals at his office (who are also super nice and helpful) have made themselves available to us at a moment's notice whenever we need them, which is not something you get with a huge firm, but I think is really a reflection of them being in our community for many years and really caring about who they do business with (my other family members have worked with Wall, Wall, and Frauenhofer many times over the years). My husband and I have so much on our plate right now, we're stressed about so many things in our lives, but Chris has taken so much of the burden off of our shoulders. It's a huge relief to know that I don't have to be an expert in all of the legal and insurance issues we're dealing with, since he's helping us every step of the way. Whenever I'm in doubt, or overwhelmed, or just have a question, I can speak to him and he'll walk me through what's going on, and gives me advice or direction, and so far everything he's advised us to do has been the right move. Being able to trust that he'll guide us in the right direction is HUGE, and not something you find every day (in a lawyer or anyone else for that matter!). I think what I like best about working with Chris, though, is that not only is he an expert in his field and always very professional, respectful, and thorough, he has shown genuine concern for my family's well-being during this whole ordeal. He always asks how we're doing, checks in with us not just for legal issues but to offer his support. He takes his time in discussing things with us, to make sure we understand everything that's happening and the progress he is making with our case, which in just five weeks, has been a lot. I was a client of Attorney Laudati.
He knows the judicial system inside out and directs you through the myriad of courts and paperwork.
The advantage of Attorney Laudati is how available he makes himself to your questions and explanations. There was nothing I did not like about his services. He saw me through my divorce and always made me aware of the pitfalls and aftermath of the process.
I don't think there could be a better attorney in the Hartford County circa than this lawyer.

I had received a charge for reckless driving (major moving violation) and sought Jason's legal counsel. Jason took the time to explain in detail the impact of several outcomes that could occur and what options we had - ultimately reducing the charge to speeding (simple traffic violation). Jim is a straight shooter. Passion is a understatement. Being on the opposite side of comp for many years working for insurance companies, he knows all the tricks they pull. Now that he's come to the right side of the fight, he puts he knowledge and experience to good use. He takes no bs. I literally saw him make an attorney shake just by getting in a heated debate. If you need a comp attorney, he's definitely the guy you want sitting next to you. Don't rely solely on unions to fight for you because they are not well versed on labor law. Very pleased start to finish.
